I used to love coming to this burger spot. But over time the customer service was not at all good. They will be irritated and upset if you want them to fix your order. The wait is always super long, so if you are in a rush, I recommend not going. Also, the last time I went, my sister, brother, dad, and I got food poisoning. We usually get good service during the day but we called to place an order and they still had 20min to close and the guy said we're closing in 20min so we can't take anymore orders.
