We ordered the You Pick Two and chose the Toasted Italiano sandwich and the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, which came with a complimentary French baguette. The salad was absolutely delicious and packed with grilled chicken. It was fresh, flavorful, and packed with ingredients. The poppyseed dressing was a standout, and since this salad is seasonal, I highly recommend trying it while it's available. The Toasted Italiano was warm, satisfying, and held up well from the first bite to the last. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sunset Energy Refresher, which was light, refreshing, and included real pieces of dragonfruit. Came in around 5 minutes ago to start my day. Get my favorite bagel and my fresh cup of hazelnut coffee. Started my morning relaxed then to have to walk into a hostile work environment. While I was ordering I noticed which I believe to be the manager yelling at an employee about some syrups that were under the smoothies machines. Something she noticed yesterday Honeslty this is not what I want to walk into especially talking to the employee in that tone of voice in front of the customers. I've been feeling a little under the weather with a stubborn cough lately and the only thing I've been wanting to eat is soup. Panera had a nice soup deal going on that was 2 bowls for $14 which I thought was a perfect amount. I love that it comes with some sour dough bread as well. Their chicken noodle and broccoli cheddar always hit the spot! It's super cute inside and great for studying. It's a hit or miss to find a table with an outlet. Those spots are usually taken unless you hang around for a few hours. It's a pretty busy complex so while parking is free you typically have to park a little farther out and walk! If you go during non-peak hours, you might get lucky and find a closer parking spot! read more

I ordered their 1/2 mediterranean salad, sans arugula and basil. Practically all of the greens are arugula. Very disappointed in the size of the salad, even though it was half an order there is very little with a lot of croutons on top, and the entire greens are arugula. I realize that is quite redundant but I wanted to emphasize that my order was not as requested. The Caesar dressing was exceptionally bitter. The problem with ordering online is that one has no recourse to rectify the discrepancies. Sad to spend so much and not receive what was anticipated. I give the Visalia Panera 5 stars! I used them for catering and delivery and they were great! I ordered the Green Goddess salad , it was beautiful and the dressing is delicious! It came with cut up bread pieces on the side that were yummy and could be dipped into the dressing, yum! The dressing. I think was a combination of pesto, basil and garlic, you can look it up online. It was delicious! We also ordered a large fruit salad, it was perfect. Nice combination of , seasonal fruit: cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries and honeydew. It was delicious and beautiful. A small mistake was made on the order and Armond (spelling?) was the best and delivered the missing item personally and so quickly! To me that is excellent customer service. The delivery service was right on time and it was packaged perfectly with a great bag that it came in, along with tongs, utensils, large paper plates and napkins! I highly recommend this restaurant! I love going into the restaurant locations and the food is always fresh and delicious along with a great variety of menu items! Stopped in for a quick bite on Feb 1. Ordered the chicken cranberry walnut sandwich and cup of soup. The half sandwich was literally the size of a playing card, and it had a scant bit of the chicken salad that didn't begin to cover to the edges of the bread... maybe a tablespoon and a half. It tasted fine... but certainly was not worth 17 dollars and change including my soda. Never, ever again. Talk about ripping off your customers. For over $15.00 for a medium salad I expected it to be great! It didnt come close to good! Disappointed! I've only eaten at Panera Bread a few times. I've liked their soup and sandwichs during those times. Today, on a rare occasion I used their drive through to order salads - the Ranch Southwest with chicken. The salads were tasteless. I was expecting yummy and I got not yummy. It was pretty much a bowl of lettuce with some tomatoes and chicken with a few dots of avacado and a lot of corn. Let me just start by saying this place has the rudest cashiers ever. I got my pastry's cold and when I asked if they could warm them up because every other location I have gone to has done it for me she told me to use the microwave in the lobby. Our breakfast sandwiches were cold as if they had called other orders before us. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. For example couple weeks ago I order rapid pick up, I get a notification it's ready, I go up to the rapid pick up shelf and it's not there so I am patiently waiting. Then 2 girls see me at first don't acknowledge me ,fine cool probably busy, a girl asks for the name and then she goes behind the counter and giggles with the other coworker saying "she was standing there for a fat minute". Now this time same thing I'm standing there waiting for my order that was said to be ready, except a man who seems to have a manager shirt on asks for the name and in the middle of me saying the name he walks away with an attitude. then another girl, sweet girl, hands me my order and says have a nice day. By the way it was 5:24 when I got there and when I left it was 5:39. Thank goodness I don't work to far away.
