I have been looking for a store that carries my size in unique pieces that will last. I happy to pay for quality of a well-made piece and am tired of the mass-produced casual wear that seems to be the only options anymore and fall apart in a couple months or after a few washes. The saleswoman was super sweet and helpful. I kept bugging her to look at the pieces behind the counter that just came in. She was steaming them but they looked so good, I had to try one on. I didn't end up purchasing anything, as I wasn't planning on making a purchase today and my meter was running out, but I did try on 5 more items and cannot stop thinking about this store and the Joseph Ribkoff items. I have to go back and soon. I gave my husband fair warning :) This is the type of store you building your wardrobe from, with great pieces that will last.

They also offer a wide variety of sizing so those of us with more ample curves have options, too. When I walked in, I fell in love with a nice cowl neck top. Made in America (which they noted on the tag) the top was black and had a shiny silver spotted pattern on the cowl area of the shirt. It was different! The pricing was inline with what I've paid for other pieces made in America, which I personally value and seek out when shopping. When I turned the corner in the back, a whole new area revealed itself. Several racks of wardrobe pieces that will all stand out in a crowd. I told my husband that some of them I saw myself wearing when I finally doubled down on my "fun and kooky art teacher vibe" but not everything is that bold. There were some very smart pieces, some more traditional silhouettes but in bold colors. There is also mid-century modern clothes that were retro but also in the here and now. I haven't intended on buying a bright pink party dress, but when I slipped it on in the fitting room I was thrilled - it fit like a glove. The dress was an XXL which I don't think I've ever worn, but knowing fashion sizing can sometimes be wonky I gave it a go. It had some frill, a front zipper that smartly hid itself (and thank goodness, a dress I can zip up for myself and I don't have to shimmy into), and the best part... POCKETS! REAL FUNCTIONAL POCKETS. It was even on their sale rack for a great price. The next time I'm looking for an outfit for a wedding or maybe just to replace a couple shirts with something with a bit more personality, I'll definitely be back.

They are all very knowledgeable about the healing crystals and stones and the energy is always flowing during the visit. I think it's working because I always leave in a good mood with a "new" vintage treasure for myself. Also, they have a feather bar! Yes, feathers! You can pick your favorite feathers and put them in a vase for decor. Such a cool idea and the feathers are ethically sourced!
