The food was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. As far as the ambience, a little background, music wouldn't hurt.

We order to-go here. The food was ready to go 10 minutes early. It was a nice restaurant. We got the chicken lo mein, miso soup, pan fried dumplings, crab wontons, beef and broccoli, and beef buns. There were 4 of us sharing. It was all delicious and we definitely had leftovers. We are here visiting but our son and DIL order from here all the time.

Service was really good. My server recommended the Tropical Thunder roll to me and I really enjoyed it. The salt and pepper scallops were pretty good too. The only downside was the papaya salad. It lacked both spice and flavor (it was really bland). Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience.

I think I am going to get some push back on this review, but this is based on my experience. I had an opportunity to check this place out with my husband during the week so there was only 1 person in the lobby. I ordered the Chicken and brocoli with a bowl of Wonton soup. The chicken broccoli was a lunch portion so it was affordable, however, it lacked depth of flavor. I do want to add that the vegetables were fresh and still had a nice crispness to them and there was also a fair amount of chicken which I appreciated. The problem I had was with the flavor. It was very flat and bland. I had to add soy sauce to give it enough salt and it still tasted like it was missing something. As for the Wonton soup, it was aweful. There was a layer of oil on the top and the broth was extremely bland. There were 3 wontons in the container and sliced green onions and it did nothing for the flavor. Whatever wrapping they used to wrap the wontons in also disintegrated. I was very disappointed with this experience and was glad that I only got these two items and didn't waste my money on anything else. Again, this review is based on the items I ordered. One thing I did appreciate was they provided me a pen that had a QR code on it that took me to their menu online. Great idea so I don't have to find a place for another menu. I wish more places did this, plus it provided a pen that I can always use.

Great place. They are so friendly. We come here every Christmas. The general tsos chicken is the best.

We are still new to the area so checking out many food options in the vicinity. Was in the mood for some Sushi so stopped here & Thought I'd grab an Alaskan roll, the Vegetable Spring Rolls & The Royal Wonton Soup & The Chicken Lettuce Wraps. The latter was awful. Funky taste & spice. Not spoiled, just not good. You want good Lettuce Wraps go to PF CHANGS! The soup was very delicious. The broth flavorful & not salty. The delicate shrimp dumplings were fabulous in taste. The sushi roll was standard as was the spring rolls. The wasabi had no heat and the ginger was a bit dried out. The chili dipping sauce was mediocre. The restaurant looked very clean and they were pleasant and efficient with the checkout. We will try some other menu items next time.

We were pleasantly surprised! We started with the Dim Sum Sampler, there were four different DimSum in the steamer with two of each, great to share with a friend. I had the sea bass and it was cooked to perfection. My friend had the mango chicken and would not share it was so good. The portions were perfect sizes. The staff were friendly and kept us informed. The sea bass took a few minutes longer but knew that when I ordered it. We will be back.

Dynamite Roll and Chicken with broccoli

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with a party of 8. $39 per person with gratuity tacked on as…read morewell (assuming due to our large group) As a value proposition, this place is worth it especially if you're a shellfish lover. Lobsters and crabs were abundant. I learned about this place awhile ago from YouTube of which many gave praises. We frequented many mid level AYCE places like this and we've found that as time goes by, quality degrades with restaurants like this. Now there was a rather long length of time between discovering this place on YouTube and actually visiting this place. I wonder if the praises that were sung about this place were still valid. I would say yes. As previously mentioned, lobsters and crabs were abundant and makes it worth the trip on that alone. As for the other offerings, it was mostly surprisingly good. Don't expect Michelin quality food here. Generally, it's about the quantity BUT the food is pretty good. The sushi/sashimi shocked me a little. AYCE sushi is usually just passable but here, I thought it was pretty good. Everyone in my group loved the quality of the salmon. Other offerings, of which there were many, were pretty good. Standouts were the lamb chops in my opinion. Dessert options wasn't as extensive as the other AYCE places I've frequented but they do the job. Aside from the usual fountain soda options (serves by the restaurant staff) , they had a few fruit drinks and a milk tea option as well as some specialty drinks in a can. Scale 1 to 5. (Keep in mind that this is based on quality you'd expect from a typical AYCE restaurant. Food 5 (large selection of food and that shellfish!) Service 5 (Friendly staff and were pretty efficient in clearing the plates) Cleanliness 4 (Place was well kept. Deducted 1 star due to the stickiness of the floor around our table which reminded me of a movie theater floor... lol) Value 5 One con to point out. The restaurant was rather large yet the bathrooms were small and couldn't accommodate a lot of people at once. Not a huge quibble as the wait wasn't astronomical BUT it did seem odd that the size of the bathroom didn't match the size of the restaurant.

visited this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch and was informed upon arrival that there is a…read more2-hour limit for dine-in, which is something to keep in mind, especially for larger groups. The restaurant itself makes a great first impression--it is very clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of parking available outside, which made it convenient for our party. The dining area is spacious with lots of seating, and they also offer private rooms that are ideal for large gatherings or special occasions. We had a group of about 20 people, and overall, the service was quite good considering our size. The servers were attentive, accommodating, and fairly quick in clearing plates and assisting when needed. It didn't feel like we were being neglected, which can sometimes happen with bigger parties. The highlight of this place is definitely the buffet. There is a wide and impressive selection, especially when it comes to seafood. They offer crab legs, whole lobsters, lobster claws, oysters, crabs, shrimp, and more. For seafood lovers, this is a big plus. The sushi selection is also extensive, and the fish tasted fresh without any strong or fishy odor, which speaks to the quality. In addition, they have a carving station, a variety of dim sum, and a good selection of soups, giving guests plenty of options to choose from. That said, there are a few downsides. The dessert section is quite limited compared to the rest of the buffet. There are not many options beyond basic ice cream and fruits, which felt a bit underwhelming considering how extensive everything else is. Another issue we noticed was that the restaurant only provides one crab cracker per table. For a large group like ours, this was inconvenient and honestly not very sanitary, as multiple people had to share the same tool while eating seafood. I also took the time to check the restrooms, and they were clean, which is always a good sign. However, I did witness a concerning situation where a staff member left the restroom without washing his hands. That was disappointing and raises concerns about hygiene standards. As a restaurant worker, maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices is extremely important. Overall, the food quality and variety are excellent, and the experience was enjoyable for the most part. The restaurant has a lot of potential and does many things well, but there are a few areas--particularly hygiene practices, dessert variety, and small details like providing enough utensils--that could be improved to make the experience even better.

The Crouching Tiger roll was fantastic, I didn't realize it had tempura crab in it as its not listed on the menu which I would have probably not ordered had I known, however it was very good and flavorful. I also had the Plum sushi entree, it was very good as well. There were some issues throughout our visit such as some raw pork shumai served to one of the members of our party and my Plum sushi set coming with a California roll originally though I had ordered a Tuna roll, wouldn't have been a big deal besides the fact I am allergic to Avocado so needed that remedied immediately. Thankfully we had a FANTASTIC server named Ausitin who not only fixed all of our issues but had great energy throughout the meal. None of the issues we faced stemmed from him they all stemmed from the kitchens lack of attention. Ambiance is super casual which we appreciated for a relaxed dinner. Overall I will be back to Saketumi next time I am in town!
