Been waiting for them to open. Menu is extensive with lots of choices for sushi, chinese, Thai or Japanese. Tried dim sum sampler with 8 dumplings and pad Thai. A lot of food for one and very tasty. Came here for lunch on Tuesday. The scallion Roti was fresh, crispy and delicious with a great dipping sauce. The Sushi was fresh and yummy. The shrimp dumplings were perfectly steamed. We were so excited to try this place as their menu looked amazing. Some items were good while others were a disappointment. I was so excited to see spicy lemongrass chicken offered but expectations definitely exceeded the reality. There was no lemongrass flavor at all and to call it spicy was a joke. The walnut shrimp was good but the shrimp were a bit over cooked. The red curry chicken tasted good but again had no heat - don't advertise something as spicy when it isn't. The crab wantons were really delicious - a must!! The sushi was ok - but the spicy tuna again had no spice. I think this restaurant has potential but they just need to amp up the heat to meet the description. We will give them another chance as there are still items on the menu that we are interested in trying. read more

Ive never ate at a place time this in a long time, the appetizers were delicious, the soup dumplings were to die for, the vegetable rolls were crispy and flavorful, the eel and cucumber roll was rolling in flavor, we had a constant flow of drinks coming to the table when one of us was running out, constantly being asked if everything was ok, and having a funny conversation with the owner himself was very enjoyable, our main entrees came hot and ready to be devoured so much so we had nothing to take home with us, the mochi ice cream dessert was cold and nothing like ive ever had before! I've had pretty good luck finding restaurants through Yelp, even when they're in a strip mall. Before you enter look up at their sign, their sub headline is Sushi and Asian Food. I went with the sushi and ordered two special rolls and was Not disappointed. My wife ordered the Pad Thai Chicken, big mistake. The Pad Thai was flavorless, the sauce was watered down with a strong "vinegary" taste. The only plus was the amount of chicken, though the texture was off. Service? The person taking the order was friendly and patient as I read the Special Roll menu and came back several times. On the second visit I thought I ordered the Papaya Salad with Shrimp while I continued to peruse the menu. After ordering our entrees the salad never came out, I didn't ask, and didn't see the server until it was time to pay. I've ordered takeout from Delicious Fusion a few times now, and it has always been excellent! The workers are very nice over the phone and in person, and my food has always been ready promptly after my arrival. I usually get the sushi lunch special (with two miso soups instead of soup and salad, bc the miso soup is that good!) and an additional special roll.
