1st : FYI unable to leave a negative review on their website... I had very high expectations for this restaurant but we were very disappointed. First we ordered the calamari, all of them were the same size which tells you it's frozen not made fresh and it tastes frozen and rubbery. Awful. We ordered two of the special sushi rolls and they looked beautiful. As soon as you start to eat them you realize they are drenched in Eel sauce ! Way too much. So much that you can't taste any of the other ingredients in the roll . We did not finish our food and my husband was so hungry. It's not like him to not eat sushi. We took the remaining food home and threw the calamari and sushi in the trash. Go to Chaiyo on Forest. FAR BETTER food and atmosphere! read more

This used to be a favorite but the last 5-6 visits have been disappointing. Today I tried again and ordered take out. General Tso's chicken was awful; the chunks of white meat that were dry and so tough I had to spit it out after chewing for some time. There was no flavor except for the slight burn from the sweet chili sauce. The pineapple rice did not have any flavor except for a slight turmeric flavoring. I really enjoyed eating at Delicious Fusion. I'm not from the area (we were visiting my husband's side of the family), and my mother-in-law recommended it. The first time we went, I tried their sushi and it was really good. We enjoyed our food so much that we came back on our next trip up with some friends, and I tried the curry with rice. It was the kind of comfort food that warms your soul but still feels fancy, you know? My mother-in-law knew what she was talking about with this one! We order to-go here. The food was ready to go 10 minutes early. It was a nice restaurant. We got the chicken lo mein, miso soup, pan fried dumplings, crab wontons, beef and broccoli, and beef buns. There were 4 of us sharing. It was all delicious and we definitely had leftovers. We are here visiting but our son and DIL order from here all the time. read more

It was a little pricey but the food was excellent. The service and ambience were very good.

I went at lunch and the hostess seated me quickly. The server greeted me promptly and was welcoming. The restaurant looked clean and orderly. The decor was simple. The restroom was clean and had enough supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) The booth I sat at was comfortable and in good condition (no rips, table didn't wobble). I looked over the extensive menu for several minutes before deciding what to get. I ordered crab wontons for an appetizer. They were so good-they came out hot. I thought the serving size was reasonable for the price. For the meal, I ordered a California roll and a Philadelphia roll. Again, I found the serving size to be reasonable for the price. The server remained attentive without being disruptive. I thought Delicious Fusion was a good place to get my sushi fix. Their menu has a lot to offer so next time I will try something new. read more

Service was really good. My server recommended the Tropical Thunder roll to me and I really enjoyed it. The salt and pepper scallops were pretty good too. The only downside was the papaya salad. I think I am going to get some push back on this review, but this is based on my experience. I had an opportunity to check this place out with my husband during the week so there was only 1 person in the lobby. I ordered the Chicken and brocoli with a bowl of Wonton soup. The chicken broccoli was a lunch portion so it was affordable, however, it lacked depth of flavor. I do want to add that the vegetables were fresh and still had a nice crispness to them and there was also a fair amount of chicken which I appreciated. The problem I had was with the flavor. It was very flat and bland. I had to add soy sauce to give it enough salt and it still tasted like it was missing something. As for the Wonton soup, it was aweful. There was a layer of oil on the top and the broth was extremely bland. There were 3 wontons in the container and sliced green onions and it did nothing for the flavor. Whatever wrapping they used to wrap the wontons in also disintegrated. I was very disappointed with this experience and was glad that I only got these two items and didn't waste my money on anything else. Again, this review is based on the items I ordered. One thing I did appreciate was they provided me a pen that had a QR code on it that took me to their menu online. Great idea so I don't have to find a place for another menu. I wish more places did this, plus it provided a pen that I can always use. read more

We are still new to the area so checking out many food options in the vicinity. Was in the mood for some Sushi so stopped here & Thought I'd grab an Alaskan roll, the Vegetable Spring Rolls & The Royal Wonton Soup & The Chicken Lettuce Wraps. The latter was awful. Funky taste & spice. Not spoiled, just not good. You want good Lettuce Wraps go to PF CHANGS! The soup was very delicious. The broth flavorful & not salty. The delicate shrimp dumplings were fabulous in taste. The sushi roll was standard as was the spring rolls. The wasabi had no heat and the ginger was a bit dried out. The chili dipping sauce was mediocre. The restaurant looked very clean and they were pleasant and efficient with the checkout. We will try some other menu items next time. read more

It's all in the name, delicious. In dover this is my go to place for reliable delicious Asian cuisine. From sushi, to noodles, to dim sum, it's all great. The staff is great, the food comes out quickly. The restaurant itself it light, bright, and clean. Don't overlook this place just because it's in a strip. It's great! read more

We were pleasantly surprised! We started with the Dim Sum Sampler, there were four different DimSum in the steamer with two of each, great to share with a friend. I had the sea bass and it was cooked to perfection. My friend had the mango chicken and would not share it was so good. The portions were perfect sizes. The staff were friendly and kept us informed. The sea bass took a few minutes longer but knew that when I ordered it. We will be back. read more

From the moment I walked in here, till the moment I left, dining here was an incredible experience. The restaurant has an open concept layout with a gray scale interior broken up by bits of color, and a simple, modern design, that felt both comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly, and the server was fantastic. After we ordered, everything arrived pretty promptly - there wasn't an inch of space left on our table because we ordered a ton of food. I'm an all-in kinda gal... go hard or go home amiright? Anyway, as we dug into the smorgasbord of dishes before us, we all just kept looking at each other in silent approval, too busy stuffing our faces to stop and communicate. Honestly I was blown away by the flavors and the quality of the food. The walnut shrimp was perfectly fried and the sweet mayo sauce that goes with it was spot on, the sushi was nice and the fish tasted very good (I had the yellowtail scallion), the soups were delicious and comforting (and generous), and every other entree and appetizer we tried was great. Also, their house green tea is really nice and their Thai Iced Tea was perfect. This is definitely one of my favorite places in the area now, that I plan to revisit whenever I get the chance... Food and ambiance was amazing but the service on the other hand not great. I was out with a friend and didn't have enough for a tip so my friend got it on a separate check. We where about to leave when our waitress comes back and asks "where's my tip?". I looked at her with confusion and my friend steps in and says "oh I can just tip for her". Our new go-to! My husband and I are always looking for the next best thing when it comes to restaurants. We were really wishing for a Asian inspired menu ~~~ we found it!! The Host was incredibly friendly, very informal on all items listed on the menu, and assured our visit was a pleasant one. The food! The food was wonderful! The flavors burst in your mouth!! The food is good. I stopped in with my family which included a 10 and a 6 year old. The older kid enjoyed the sushi, but you'll pay full price even for the youngest set since they don't have any kid sized meals (I ended up splitting lo mein with the six year old). The Chesapeake bay roll was good, and the basic rolls like cucumber eel were too. They have a hibachi menu but there's no actual hibachi tables as far as I could see. One of us wanted hibachi with noodles instead of rice, but they wouldn't do the substitution which is unusual if you have full hibachi. On the whole a good experience, just with a few caveats. The sushi here is SO. GOOD. I was pleasantly surprised about the superb quality of the rolls and sushi- everything was extremely fresh and was prepared with care. I had the "Plum" with a tuna roll (one of my pet peeves is having my roll fall apart as soon as I grab it, but these stuck perfectly together). Flavor was phenomenal. Keeping in mind that it's a fusion restaurant and nothing will taste just like it does at the take-out or the Thai place, we had nothing bad. Scallion roti was just that, crispy with a nice dipping sauce (that tasted best mixed with a little soy in your soy dish). Our to go order was packaged neatly and I was in and out in under 2 minutes. We had veggie spring rolls, dim sum sampler, California roll, shrimp tempura roll, and avocado rolls. Everything was great! The wasabi seemed a little spicier than other places, which I liked. It had a nice kick. Prices are comparable to chaiyo and other Asian places in the Dover area. What a surprise to find this awesome place so close to my home. Went there tonight for dinner (Super Bowl Sunday) and was not disappointed by anything that I was served. Started off with the Green Garden Salad which was presented beautifully. My son had the Lemongrass soup which he said was quite delicious - big shrimp, shiitaki mushrooms in a delicious broth.... I thoroughly enjoyed my Shrimp Tempura. Portions were large, shrimp was crispy and, I do believe, that was the best Shrimp Tempura that I've had since I lived in Delaware. My son had the Tuna Tuna roll and he loved it! The food prices were reasonable, the staff was pleasant, attentive and accommodating and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. As an avid sushi eater (at least once a week) I will never to anywhere else! read more
