DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. We hired Deliciious Mini Pancakes to serve cannolis at our wedding. The contract was clear, 200 servings, 2 hours of service, for 200 guests. What we actually got was 200 MINI cannoli that were gone in 30 minutes. Then they packed up and left, with 90 minutes of contracted service time still left on the clock. These were small. Small enough that any normal adult is going to take two, which is exactly what our guests did, and honestly what anyone in the catering business should expect. When we booked, we asked directly on the phone if 200 would be enough for 200 people. We were told yes, that it would be more than enough, and that they would bring extras just in case. No extras ever showed up. If anyone had told us we were getting one small cannoli per person we would have doubled or tripled the order. We were never given that chance. Most of our family never got a cannoli. Neither did the bride or the groom. Guests who came by later just assumed there was no dessert at all, because the table was empty and the vendor was already gone. When we called afterward they blamed our guests for eating more than one. No apology, no refund, no compensation of any kind. Their position was basically that our guests were the problem. 0 stars. Unprofessional, unprepared, and completely unwilling to make it right. There are dozens of dessert vendors out there who will actually honor what they sold you, go with any one of them instead. read more

When my sister initially floated the idea by me to have pancakes at an afternoon birthday party, along with other, unrelated food, I wasn't exactly sure what to make of it. The pancakes were light and fluffy, topped with as many of the available items as you wanted, and so beautifully presented. They came in quantities of 10, which seemed like a lot but once you started eating these, it was hard to stop! They were so accommodating though so it you wanted a smaller quantity, they were happy to offer that as well. Most of the kids got 5 pancakes. Ahead of time, three dry toppings are selected from cereal, cookies, sprinkles, marshmallows, etc. They also have drizzles such as chocolate, caramel, Nutella, and syrup, along with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, and whipped cream.
