I came here on a Wednesday night with a date to grab some food to go. We both got a Poké bowl. I opted for the salmon and my date got the tuna. I talked to the chef to make sure that we could make it gluten-free and dairy free for me. They said it wasn't a problem at all. The bowl was really good and flavorful. They skipped the sauce for me and use tamari. Overall, this place is convenient and tasty. I would definitely come back again. Note, this area is street parking only. First time here. Walked by many times as it is right next to my place of work. I went with classic California roll. My friend ordered tofu ramen as she is vegan. The restaurant itself is very small with minimal seating. Venue is clean, the guys working seemed to be stand-off-ish but maybe they were intimidated by my beauty? lol jk. You have to place your order through their touch screen. They have a decent amount of options to choose from and also have 'create your own' ramen/sushi option. They also have outdoor seating which is nice. The sushi tasted fresh and my friend enjoyed her ramen. She's been here a handful of times but this was her first time getting their ramen. I think it was $9.98 for one California roll, I ordered two. My friends ramen was $17 or something around that price range. First time checking this place out and I got the Sunrise Sip drink (~6.95) and the Tropical Ocean Queen poke burrito (~13.99) I ordered online and arrived on time but my order took a bit longer and had to wait ~5-10 minutes more. The ambience was fine, and there was a decent amount of seating available as there weren't too many people when I went. Service was nice and polite as well. For my drink, the flavor was one-dimensional, basically just a mango popsicle taste which isn't necessarily bad but just to let yall know! I did have a big problem with the boba however, as the texture and flavor was inconsistent..Some of the boba was chewy and had a slight sweetness from the syrup, while some were on the harder side with no flavor whatsoever. Great stop if you are craving Asian food in the south waterfront area. They have a menu sitting outside the door you can flip through which was convenient. I ordered take out but the indoor seating area while a bit crammed looked cozy. There's a lot of outdoor spots too. The edamame was very flavorful and refreshing! The sweet sriracha roll was also delicious and had the perfect kick to it. In the picture you can see it was a pretty filling portion. I would totally get them both again! The service was nice though I'd recommend ordering beforehand since it can be a bit of a wait if you order at the front (took my meal around 30mins - though at least the quality is there!) read more

Had the spicy mala ramen today. Pork belly was incredibly flavourful and melted in my mouth. Loved that I could pick what vegetables I wanted in my ramen. Their eggs were also the right level of jammy. I've also had their poke bowls, really appreciate how customisable they are. We were happy to receive an email from our apartment company letting us know about this new location. Being new, it was packed. We decided to take our food to go. However, it looks great in there. The decor fits the restaurant's theme well. Every time we try a new Japanese place we order a Rainbow Roll and some Nigiri. It was all fresh and delicious. The fish was the perfect thickness. The rice to fish ratio was on point, too. Definitely recommend it. I had heard of cheese tea a while back. They have it here listed as Cheezi tea. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was delicious. It tasted like a wonderful, creamy, fruity frozen drink. It is quite sweet so keep that in mind if you order it. I'm grateful that we have this new restaurant in the area. I really enjoy the Hawaiian style poke and sushi here, especially since it's right down the street. The flavors are booming and recommend the TNT Roll, lava bowl and poke bowl. I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. We came for boba, also ordered a poke cup and veggie roll. Boba drinks didn't taste like anything, the girl who made them didn't know what was in it or what it might taste like. The milk was separating and it was flavorless. Boba was not the correct texture. Sloooow service, don't check back to see if you're ok, condiments are seriously rationed. I was the only person here, and not one customer came in or out for pick up orders or to dine in, yet it took 30 minutes for my order. No once did any staff come out to see if anything was ok or if I needed anything. Came here to treat myself but sorry I did. Not worth it. Why so stingy with almost $40 worth of sushi? Huge disappointment. It took an hour for the first dish to come out--and it was the wrong order. The rest of the food filtered to the table over the next 40 min. Meanwhile they took and filled multiple take-out orders. My hot dish, when it finally came, was stone cold. They couldn't have cared less. The owner responds to every poor review with piles of excuses rather than recognizing that EVERY restaurant deals with staffing issues, online orders, and unfriendly/slow staff. The restaurant has had a "soft opening" the past couple of weeks and is open Thursday through Sunday (at the moment). We tried the Yum crunchy roll and the TNT roll and the gyozas. All were very tasty and we enjoyed them a lot. We ordered online and picked it up. One thing was puzzling. When we ordered online there was a fee for "service and taxes" - not referring to gratuity which had a separate line. I wonder what makes up the "service and taxes fees. There is no sales tax. Everyone here is amazing. They were kind to me and my friends. The customer services was spectacular and outstanding. They made sure we were well accommodated.
