Theres a bar area on one side and dining on the other and great parking lot in the back you wouldnt even think of it by driving by. Service was nothing to write home about, so I won't. Personally the onion rings were awful. They were not crisp at all and the onions were like they had been soaked in water for a week. I at first ordered the Pulled pork pizza, added a couple extra toppings. She came back in a bit sorry we are out of pulled pork. Ok fine, I ordered the full on Meat pizza, again added a couple and also asked if they could use BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, yes they could. Got my pizza, slide a piece on my plate, and low an behold, I believe they forgot the sauce. Honestly I have had frozen pizza better than what I had. Oh, and I do not like pizza that is cut in squares, but hey thats me. So been there done that, did not bother to get a t-shirt and yes I won't be back. Oh yea, we happen to sit by a table with a lot of people, there was a very foul mouthed female in the bunch, very disrespectful and felt management could have stepped in. This review is not to bash the restaurant because the guy who answered the phone was polite but something needs to change when placing an online order. I received a pizza without any tomato sauce when I called I was told that I chose the option of garlic and oil which I did but I wanted the garlic and oil and the tomato sauce. I didn't choose the option to remove the sauce or cheese as shown on the photo I have uploaded so why would I not receive sauce? It doesn't say if you choose garlic and oil you will not receive sauce, it has the option to remove sauce in which I did not check the No sauce option. Hopefully next time I get to place the order in person so this doesn't happen again. On the bright side the sampler platter is delicious. read more

It was my first time there the pizza was not worth the price. The staff was very unfriendly and at some point rude you couldn't order half of the menu. The wings were so burnt. We had to bring them back. Supposedly they were smoked, but they were so hard we couldn't bite them-with food sometimes that does happen but the unfriendly and rude service from the staff and the bartender I wouldn't go back and reading prior comments . We have lived here since 2007 and it took 14 yrs to go here. I have been twice and was not disappointed either time. The first time I had the regular hot wings. The wings were big, perfectly cooked and delicious. The second time my wife came and we had the all meat pizza. I found it delicious. My wife didn't care for the sauce, but it didn't stop her from eating it. This place is very deceiving from the outside. It looks huge on the inside. Plenty of TV's to watch. My girlfriend and I were coming back from a long trip and decided to stop at Dell's Pizza in Casa Grande, AZ. As we entered Dell's we noticed the ambiance was a sports bar as well. There was a few tables with people, so we thought it was wouldn't take very long. We didn't notice any signs wether to wait to be seated or to seat ourselves. There wasn't any staff in sight. So we waited near the bar. About a minute later, someone came in from outside and asked if they could help us. I said that I would like to eat. He said to sit anywhere, so we did. He brought us menus and asked for our drinks. As we were looking though the menu, we noticed that it was a pretty large menu. There was a full page of appetizers, also pizza, sandwiches, salads, kids menu, and few other things that I can't remember. We decided to both order personal pizzas, a pretzel for an appetizer, a water , and a Dr. P. The pretzel was okay. It was served with a nacho cheese sauce. I have had better at the mall. Our pizzas came out and looked descent. She had a jalapeño and I had pepperoni. Both pizzas were bland. I was waiting for some kind of taste from the sauce, but it just didn't have any flavor. The service was lacking as well. We had noticed that there was a dissatisfied table that left while we were eating. It appeared that the only guests that were getting descent service was the locals. What happened to Dell's? It was once a pizza joint so good we would drive from Tucson for it. Tonight the cheese sticks were spit it out bad. The wings were adequate but nothing like you used to serve. And the pizza crust was like a hubcap it was so hard and inedible. Get it together Dell's! We want the old quality back. The pizza is cut in squares - everyone knows that makes it taste better and they're very generous with the cheese. Everything is fairly priced, especially in this economy. Not at all impressed, not even a bit. I would probably give a bit of a better review if customer service was good but they were as terrible as their pizza. The wings were smothered in salt. The gentleman that took my order over the phone said it would be ready in 20 mins. Obviously it was not ready. It was very awkward because as I waited patiently, I tried to make small talk with one of the waitresses, I asked her how her night was going and she didn't even acknowledge me... shoot, no one did. CHAD is a RUDE ASF. I came in today to pick up a $60 order for pizza and some sides. First the dinner salad does not list meat. But has pepperoni in it. Second I called to inform them my pizza did not taste to par as it usually does, waiting for some kind of customer satisfaction of any accommodation. Instead he rudely said he had no other complaints and I replied with not everyone taste is the same unfortunately but I know how good the pizza at dells is and today it was not...his response was that my taste buds were off and when I asked for any accommodation instead of any type he was a rude smart ass and said there's nothing he's gonna do about it and hung up in my face! Never have I everrrrrrrr been treated so rudely and hung up on. Great way to run your customers away. Dells was a great place to go spend money at and now never again will they get my money or the other 6 people that heard how rude he was. I lived in Casa Grande from 1956 to 1976. Tim Sarnowski was always at the front register. He married my neighbor Brenda Anderson. The Sarnowski Family owned and operated Dell's Pizza at that time. Their pizza dough at the time had beer in it and other secret ingredients in it which made it the best pizza in town by a long shot. I was visiting an old friend in Casa Grande last week and ordered two large cheese pizzas to go. My friend begged me not to go there because he said the quality of their pizza has gone drastically downhill since I last had their pizza in 1976. I wish I would have listened to him. When we got back to his house there were 7 people at the dinner table and every one tried a small bite and spit it out. It was totally disgusting. I threw both pizzas in the trash and I took everyone to Little Sombrero and it was wonderful! Just like it tasted 47 years ago. On a scale from 1 to 100 (100 being exceptional) Litter Sombrero is 100 and Dell's is 0 Oh BTW, Chad, please don't respond with your BS line saying you strive to sell a quality product because you definitely do not! Have gotten pizza here before, tonight it was absolutely disgusting! We had the Chad's special, lots of cheese to cover up a tasteless pizza; crust tastes burned. And, the wings??!! OMG!! My husband had original wings that were Raw!! He had to cook them in the air fryer for 10+ minutes. And, my Buffalo wings tasted as though they were originally cooked a week ago and have been re-heated multiple times. I've had better boneless wings from Frys frozen brand. I'm not even sure what to say honestly. We're not food snobs by any means, but I questioned how this place is in business after one experience. Spent $50 and ended up eating two slices of each pizza and two pieces of each appetizer and decided to pack it up for the dogs. I'd take a frozen pizza and frozen mozzarella sticks from Walmart over Dell's any day. Even if the food wasn't good, a enjoyable environment and friendly staff can save the business, but that ended up on the same level as the food. It seems in today's day and age most places and just people have lost all semblance of politeness or even being able to put in enough effort to fake some friendliness. I've had better interactions being pulled over by Casa Grande Police than we did with the servers. If you hate your job that much just change it, don't bring everyone else down. Ordered the Chad pizza. Service was ok but the pizza was terrible. The crust tasted like a frozen and was tasteless.

If zero stars were possible, I'd surely grant less. Was enjoying my meal until I pulled out the parmesean cheese shaker, there was a black crust looking thing inside. We made a joke saying that it was a big, then I got more curious and opened the shaker, it was a dead curled up cockroach inside the parmesean cheese shaker, gross! I complained to the owner and showed him the roach, he acted like it was nothing and threw it on the floor (we were sitting outside), he then asked, "what happened?" I replied, "that roach that you just threw on the floor was in the parmesean cheese". It was like a big joke, after raising a fuss and almost throwing up, we were given free beer. I laughed thinking that the beer was great, I would have preferred that the pizza was free. But, like most things in Casa Grande, things are handled "ass-backwards".... to make a long story short, I was thoroughly disappointed because the place had a good atmosphere, but I don't recover from a roach attack and will never, ever step foot in this place again. Having grown up in CG, I'll always have a soft spot for Dell's. This was regularly the place we'd go for sports games, get togethers, etc. The funny thing is, I don't think I've had anything from here besides wings and pizza, because it's so good I don't bother with anything else. I love everything about their pizza, especially. It's thin crust, square cut, Chicago style. So damn good. I came back here for the first time in years the other weekend and the pizza was still delicious. The beer menu has come a long way since Chad started running the place several years ago as well. All in all a great family establishment with some great pizza to enjoy during a game. I read someone on here say Pizza Hut is better, that is hilarious, and shows the taste buds of a lot of Casa Grande-ins. It's not as cheap as the gross chain pizza places, but there is no better pizza in CG. read more

As a local resident for over 30 years in Casa Grande, Dells Pizza is my and my family's ABSOLUTE FAVORITE restaurant to eat at EVERY week! If we could afford to eat here every day we would! The food is to die for, the servers are WONDERFUL and funny! They have TVs for days, delicious selection of draft beer, an outdoor patio, and I could go on. Parking is limited but other than than the atmosphere is soooo fun!!! read more

Decent food, wife had wings and I had a pizza. I asked to have my pizza pie cut instead of square cut and was told "we are not allowed to pie cut our pizza". This is very strange, I've never been denied having a pizza pie cut before. I would sure like an explanation as to the reasoning behind this rule. We ordered 6 pizza's to go for a gathering. They were done when they said they would be done & they were delicious! My husband loves shrimp pizza & really liked the fact that he didn't have to order a cheese pizza & take it home to put shrimp on it. Love the thinner, but not too thin crust!
