Walked in there due to my distrustful nature when it comes to Arizona food. Asked can I see ur pizza? They were polite on target and the patrons were helpful happy and spoke highly of their offerings of fare. I ordered the large vegetarian with sausage and a sample basket, and beer ipa. They had the variety. And the atmosphere was electric, TVs all over the place! Very clean and accommodating! Service was off the hook great. It was pricey around 62 $ with tip. But the crust was thin the ingredients were puh-lenty! Basket was full of mushrooms cheese sticks etc... food was hot and the best!!!! If I were to compare it to Chicago my home town where we hold our pizza sacred! It's damn close. I would advise and this is a Chicago advise not these knuckleheads that don't know food. I'm always looking for a good slice of pizza/italian. Casa Grande doesn't have many choices. When I first past by this place I thought - eh what the hell. You walk in and its a bit dark, a few people lingering at the bar, EVERYONE stares at you like an alien when you walk in. Very strange, must be a very clickly hangout for the older folk I guess. Any who....I ordered the spaghetti because its an original recipe. Well it was crap, no really, the noodles were dry, stuck together, and the sauce was so bland and basic that I wondered if it was just a can of tomato sauce and some salt. Chances are, you've either just been released from Border Patrol custody, run out of gas on the way to Tucson from Phoenix, made a wrong turn at the Rez, or landed here by parachute while making a daring escape from a burning aircraft. Totally kidding. Though it is not exactly know to be the cultural capital of the great state of Arizona, I actually really like Casa Grande. If you know where to look, you can get some pretty top-notch stuff here. And that's what awaits you at Dell's. The sign itself is nearly as big as the building, so if you're looking for a nice-sized structure, you'll drive right by. In fact, the building itself was repurposed from the Casa Grande Jaycees about 50 years back. When you walk in, you'll immediately note this, as it looks more like a treehouse than a pizzeria. And then the smell hits you. That's right, actual, authentic pizza pie! The menu itself is four pages of fried fare, but don't mess with anything but the pizza section. The other stuff is fine, but the pie is where it is at. Their sauce is spiced perfectly, they never skimp on their quality cheese, and the crust is done to perfection each time. Pizzas come hash-sliced, so you'll not be shoving large wedges into your mouth. The smaller pieces make for fun nibbling as you watch one of the dozen or so large HDTVs that line the walls. On game days this place can be packed to the gills, so plan accordingly. Wearing a Raiders jersey during a Cardinal game, for example, is a license to have beer spilled in your lap. Not that I've ever seen that happen. Or been a party to such tomfoolery. This is the best pizza in Pinal County, bar none. Pizza is okay. I like that they have individual pizzas. Went for dinner sat outside because to many people inside and not sure about the air system inside. Is it filtered? Waitress was really slow and not attentive at all. She was nice but she shouldn't forget about the guests outside. No. Of the staff wore gloves and I never saw them sanitize anything also they had masks on in the beginning and then the masks just fell down. I'm sure it's safe as this is not a place a tourist would go be you can't be to careful in times like these. Also the doors were closed and no windows. Several friends told me about this place that was apparently great, so I tried it yesterday. The beers were not as cold as they should be. We had the boneless wings hot which were pretty decent, the super salad which was alright (not a big fan of salads anyway) and ordered a medium "Dells Special" pizza that has like 11 ingredients. It was good but a bit different that your usual pizza, like all the ingredients were under the cheese rather than on top. Anyway it's pretty decent place, pricing and service I'll probably go back but try a different pizza. read more

Discovered this place while delivering packages for Amazon. Had to drop off a package at the bar and was impressed with the atmosphere and number of tvs they had, so decided to give it a try on my day off. The price is decent and the pizza is insanely cheesy! Some people might complain about the amount of cheese on the pizza but being a Wisconsin boy, I loved it. My only critique would be that the pizza could use more sauce when under that amount of cheese. Where to start? Sandy, the owner, is still a nasty old broad who does not have time for you, unless you are in the "circle" of favorite customers and friends. The building is dark and musty, dust sticks to the walls thicker then the paint. The satellite dish kiosk is way out of place. I wondered if the staff gets a commission if they sale a system or TV. The bartender tried really hard to sale me a TV last time I stopped by. The piizza is bland... I think that the sauce is plain, straight tomato paste. Stay away from the beer on tap, because it is always warm. The employees always have something to complain about, and they don't mind giving you all the gory details. We are new to Casa Grande. My husband and I really enjoyed the food but the service needs improvement. First visit we waited to be seated for 10 minutes. The manager had to send someone to the kitchen to get our waitress. After she sat us at our table she was very cold. We waited maybe 15 minutes before she came back for our drink order. My husband began asking questions about the wings and she made it clear we were bothering her. Next time we ordered from Dells we had it to go. Like I said great food lousy service. read more

I really was pleased at the interior of the place having been slightly apprehensive from the outside. Lots of tvs, very clean and nicely appointed. We ordered pizza and I have to say, it's really expensive. A 14" cheese pizza was like $15? It's square cut and decent tasting with plenty of cheese but underwhelming crust. We went on a Sunday and it was packed for the football crowd. Our server seemed a little rushed and backed up but we were greeted by two others who asked if we'd been helped yet. Me and my gf arrived here at 7:06 pm. We ordered two beers from bartender immediately and were helped! We were sat! We ordered at 7:13pm boneless wings and traditional wings. At 7:51 our boneless wings came out drenched in nasty Bbq sauce! With not once a server coming out to check on us in between! My gf had to go to the bartender and ask for our other wings and order more food... fried pickles a pizza and beers! She said omg I forgot while just leaning on the bar doing NOT ONE THING along with our server! So my gf brought out 4 beers bc she knew we were not going to have service! The server came out 15 mins later and said there was a mix up in the kitchen, ur food will be out in 6 mins.... 30 mins later the food came w no apologies. The pickles were way too salty and we dared not try anything else but took it to go to give to people in need of food in our home town! I wanted so badly to speak w the manager but my gf said not to and that we will never go back! Which we won't! It's probably one of the only places to go during COVID but not worth it all! I cook for a bar and had wayyyyyyy more people in the house (not even standing room) and two of us feed them within a 25 min window! The BBQ wings, are lathered in what can only be a Food City black label sauce. The $10 plate of spaghetti as described as a "meat sauce", is another Food City tomato paste. It has no meat to view or taste, without flavor, and poured atop thick overcooked Food City noodles. Pizza is tolerable. Oh, and they make their own hours. The Manager was rude and lacked any customer service skills to speak of. She had no intention to try to make effort to try to correct order or situation. The calamari was over cooked, the cheese fries were pathetic, but worst of all the pizza had burnt crust, terrible sauce that wasn't even warm. For as many toppings that was on our pizza it was not hot enough to have been cooked all the way though. I would recommend saving your money and going somewhere else. If I could I would give this place negative stars. It would be a negative 5 stars. 1.The manager/owner can't manage to treat her customers as human beings paying good money for a quality product. 2.The wait staff is on attentive and has to be called over for any assistance. 3. We just moved to the area and thought "trivia and beer" sounded fun. Our waitress was awful. I had to ask her multiple times for my soda. We asked her several times about the trivia game and by the third time we went over and got the machine ourselves. My husbands pizza came out 10 mins before my sandwich. My meatball sandwich was so bad. Meatballs were cold all the way through. Bread was stale. I could only eat half of one meatball. When our waitress came over to take my plate she just said "you finished?" She didn't even ask why I hadn't eaten anything. Never asked us how our food was. We spent more time watching the other waitress Bs with a table of people (close to 20 mns). The only things I can say is that the onion rings were good. It's all I was able to eat. The place was NOT super busy, there were about 10-15 people in the bar. I was so disappointed! We want to be part of this community and support local businesses. Don't waste your money or your time here. We came in on a Thursday at 3:30pm and were the ONLY customers. Food is mediocre, prices too high, service HORRIBLE. We got orders at different times, the last orders coming out to us at 4:48 after most everyone had finished eating. When we said something when paying our bill, the woman behind the bar (who was quick to take our money) just argued and tried to justify that they only had one cook and we ordered pizza AND sandwiches on two checks, like it was somehow our fault. It was her chance to apologize and instead she chose to argue loudly. Lack of people skills is an understatement. We will NEVER set foot in there again and advise anyone against it also. Had dinner here with in-laws when helping them move. This is a typical sports bar with typical sports bar menu. They have a nice selection of craft beers, I had a chocolate porter which was pretty good and my husband had an IPA. We started with a side of onion rings which were a very large portion and nice crispy. My husband and my father-in-law had the fish and chips which they enjoyed. The fried foods weren't too greasy since the paper under the food was dry and not oil stained so that was a plus. I ordered the cheese burger with mushroom and grilled onions which took much longer to come out then any of the other food. It was okay the meat seemed tasteless but I ate the whole thing since I was starving. I ordered the homemade potato chips and they too were okay I've have had tastier homemade chips elsewhere but at least they were crisp and thin and weren't greasy. Would I choose to return? I attempted to bring my family from out of town here along with my 3 year old son. When you walk in, the place is dark and is completely a "bar" atmosphere to say the least. They have outdoor seating so I figured it would be better to sit outside to avoid the noise and alcohol, HOWEVER once we entered the patio, an employee was sitting out there smoking and said my son could not be outside because is was for 21yrs old and over! I think they have their rules backwards. She was very persistent and could not explain why he could be inside around the alcohol but not outside . Mind you my family was going to be the only people outside at the time. I was so frustrated with her stupid rule and attitude that I took my family elsewhere. Great thin crust pizza! Dells has been around forever in Casa Grande and it looks it!! The building is old and dingy, and still has smoke stains on the walls and sports pennants that litter them. It's definitely is an old school sports bar. The wait staff is pretty decent., but plan a long wait on busy nights. They have your typical bar food on the menu, but it's their thin crust pizza that brings people back. Not too thin and flakey and it doesn't taste like cardboard like other places. Good sauce and toppings. For a twist, try their sausage and sauerkraut pizza. It's actually pretty darn good! read more

Well I've got mixed reviews, ate pizza here last winter (didn't write a review) and it was good as I remember because I went back yesterday and ordered pizza again. The second time wasn't memorable. The crust was tough!! couldn't cut it with a knife and it was darn hard to bite through. The quality of the pepperoni was second rate. Now the service was good and the waitress exceptionally friendly. I got a cold beer but the glass that came alongside smelled like bleach.....glad I had not poured the whole bottle into the glass. I call and order wings, three pounds at over $9/lb. I figured based on average size of wings at the least 10 will make it per order. I get home and in one order 7 wings the other 8 and the other 8... Needless to say I paid over $27.00 for less than two dozen wings and at close to $14.00 a dozen and $1.17 per wing they didn't taste that great. I enjoy Dells very much including their wings but at those prices and having only wings at home with my family, T&M will be who I call next time. read more
