Had a great experience at Hitch RV! Extensive selection of both new and used rvs. Ask for Carly in…read moresales. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really worked to get us into the camper of our dreams! She listened to our necessities and budget and took us right to the perfect one! We compared a few other options on their lot, but ultimately ending up going with the one Carly took us straight to right off the bat. Wouldn't purchase from anywhere or anyone else.

Buyer beware. The $798 is probably tax tags title, $300 admin fee, $200 for propane-wash and demonstrate trailer to me. This is the main reason I never even came to look it. Since you basically called me a liar, I uploaded the photo of buyers agreement you sent me. I really have no issue with you saying that's the price and best I can do, fine I went elsewhere, the added fees sent me to another dealer. 5/7/19 I see you have edited your response to me 3 times already, let's be honest Dave. That buyers agreement has $690 in fees beyond the selling price, when I see stuff like that I go elsewhere. If you had not sent me this I more than likely would come to look at it, I work hard for my money and spend it wisely. These fees are all padded to make the dealership money, which your in business to make. I don't pay an admin fee, you have to do that to sell it anyway so why would I pay a padded fee so you can sell it ? I was actually putting my shoes on to come look at it when you texted me this, when I saw the extra $690 I bailed. You may simply say everyone pays this, not me.

Couple months ago I was looking to buy a small RV with bunks. I came across Delmarva RV and smiled…read morewhen I saw they had some stuff that would be a good fit for my family. The highlights: First location I called was Smyrna, at 4pm on May 20th. No answer. Called twice more before end of business; no answer either time. Called the next morning at 10am and spoke with Tony, who said he was going to check on a Jayco trailer they'd advertised online and call me back in 20 minutes. He didn't call back. This should have been an indication. Nonetheless, and with funds in hand, I found a nice little trailer at the Seaford location. After several calls, all of which I made, I arrived at a deal on a 2020 Aspen Trail and placed a deposit. Great, right? Meh. It took four more calls to finalize a date when I could drive out and pick up my camper. No return calls, so I keep calling until they have time to talk about accepting my money on the deal we made. My schedule was open, their earliest opportunity was a full two after we'd agreed to the sale for a trailer they had on the lot. On the upside, the camper is great! We take it out the first time and decide we want to buy a cover for our spare tire, at which point my wife comments, "it's the wrong size." These are not words a husband longs to hear. But she's right: the spare is an inch bigger than the tires on the trailer. No idea why this is the case. Over many more calls to Delmarva RV to arrange for a correctly-sized replacement - replies, in order, were: 1. "It's a warranty issue" (was it?) 2. "I'll call you Monday" (he didn't) 3. "It's on the truck" (it wasn't) 4. "My manufacturer Rep needs to do something...or something...I'll call you back" (he didn't) 5. "Maybe you'd have better luck with a different dealer" (what? ARE YOU FOR REAL?) I then called the Manufacturer, Keystone, who told me they would reach out to the dealership to arrange to have a replacement shipped to me. 10 minutes after I hung up, I got the ONLY phone call I would ever get from anyone at Delmarva RV. 6. After hearing from the manufacturer, the sales manager calls me to say "great news, we're gonna ship you one." Great news, indeed! If only. Nothing happens for a week, so I called Delmarva back... again... to confirm it's been shipped. 7. "The Manufacturer is gonna ship you one." I call Keystone to verify. I'm not surprised when they have no idea what I'm talking about. I then have to explain the whole situation again, and when I say the words "Delmarva RV," the manufacturer rep audibly sighs. After doing some digging, the Keystone rep informs me that: a. Delmarva RV called their rep and then dropped it hoping I'd forget. Had I not followed up again, this would never have been addressed. b. Delmarva RV never registered the camper in my name after I purchased it. This matters because even though Keystone wants to make it right, the paperwork doesn't indicate that I own the camper - so they can't do anything to help me directly because as far as they can see, Delmarva RV still owns the camper. To be clear, I'd paid for it weeks before. From here, Keystone customer service really steps up for me and begins calling Delmarva RV daily to get this sorted. They, like me, receive no answers and no calls back, ever. After more than a week of this, I started calling Delmarva RV again and after several tries, got someone on the phone. During this awkward and laborious call, I waited while they registered the camper to me, so that Keystone could send me the tire. Within hours of this happening, Keystone had authorized, packed, and shipped my tire which I received July 10th. So to recap: it took a funded buyer almost two months and upwards of 40 one way phone calls to get a camper, properly registered and equipped. Every salesperson I spoke with was elusive and uninterested in my business - especially after I placed the deposit. On a bright note - the receptionist, Amanda, was very kind and the tech, Jodi, who did the walkthrough was nice too, even if he missed the incorrectly-sized spare. Not faulting the guy, I missed it too, but he was courteous to me and I think that's worth noting. This has been a long review, and likely painful to read. But if you've made it this far, there is an upside: you might just be made of strong enough stuff to grunt through a transaction with Delmarva RV. And that's totally an option. Or you could just buy from another dealership.

We have gotten tired of having to drive to Milford De when we needed repairs and service. Finally my wife called again and finally got an answer. They informed us that they had no service tech to work on Rv's at the moment but hope to soon. You may want to check with another company if you need service to your Rv. Darn shame because we really wanted a local repair place.
