Regular visitors brought their own food. Several of the service vitrines were cracked. The glass + tableware racks that busboys brought, were very dirty (see pictures, replace them). The sides were good, the coffee as well: but the coffee was always empty. The food is middle of the road. Service is slow and lacks a single 'leader' who can keep business humming along. People waited to pay. Cash was left unpaid on the register - people just gave up and walked out. It is very very chaotic. Food is passable, not refined. Coffee refills took a very long time. When we arrived and told her the disparity on price, she said well this is what the computer says. We showed her one of their menus which said the Toscana costs $27. We were fine with that. She went and got the 'chef' and he took the menu from us and said the higher price was it. We opened another menu and showed them the lower price again. They weren't going to budge. When I said we were going to leave without the pizza, they reluctantly have us the price that their own menu stated! Not one apology, just attitude. I understand that prices change and maybe new menus weren't re-ordered yet to reflect that. But I know how easy it is to change prices on a website. Horrible customer service. Entitled 20 somethings. Pizza was good, but we will never go back there again. Sticking with LaBella's who knows how to treat customers.
