    I have had mostly good experiences w Delta. Most staff are cordial and the snacks for first class were the best! Nice facilities in most airports and the Delta wing is very clean and they updated the seats w chargers in mostly each one. The seats are comfortable and cushioned. The promote helping those w disabilities by the pic they put to respect them. It's modern and the tiles are high gloss. New carpet.

    Another delta flight logged. I fly mostly delta these days, however on the occasion that I have to fly a different airline I truly miss delta. I have been flying long enough to remember the elegance of flying... it is not that by far anymore, but in the days of cattle car air travel delta is at least kind to the cattle. Mooo mooo... yep... at least they give you entertainment (tvs in the head rests with movies tv shows or games), at least they give you a choice of cookies or mini pretzels (they even let you have both if you ask), and they offer a drink... water, coffee, juice, or soda. I mean none of the air lines are what they used to be... but at least delta is the better of the bunch!

    I lived in Atlanta for years and traveled extensively for business. Delta has consistently been one of the best airlines we fly (and we fly many US based airlines). We did use points to upgrade our flight from Phoenix to Chicago last night- and I was VERY impressed by the dinner served. I'm so glad that the COVID 'dinner boxes' are gone and we're back to real food once again. Husband's impossible burrito was really good and had a decent spicy kick to it. My short rib was cooked perfectly tender - fantastic. Just had to share!! Thanks Delta!

    Since I used to live in Atlanta, I used to fly the ATL-ORD segment a lot. I always liked the nonstop service between these two busy airports and the flights were a way of life for me. Having been Platinum and/or Gold for many years, the upgraded seats made the trips even better, with more leg room, a meal and free drinks. I've had my cancellations and delays, but that comes with traveling. The terminal at ORD is not large, but it does have a lot of options, the bigger hubs in the midwest are Detroit (DTW) and in a smaller scale, Minneapolis-St Paul (MSP), both coming from the old acquisition that Delta did of Northwest Airlines, years ago. It's an easy hop to DTW or ATL to catch a flight from ORD, if they don't offer the city you are trying to reach. Easy.

    I appreciated the flight detail confirmation text and email leading up to my flight with Delta Airlines. The confirmations sometimes remind me the actual time I fly out, and when I can check-in. Noted from previous flights, I downloaded the Fly Delta mobile application which provided me with leeway prior to my arrival to the airport. As someone who had just a carry-on bag with me, the application allowed me to check-in early and head straight to TSA rather than to see a Delta Airlines agent. As for my airport experience, surprisingly, TSA was not crowded at all! I always dread going through security because of its congested lines, but Delta Airlines made it a simple process by allowing everyone to leave all items inside of backpacks including laptops. So, the only thing I removed was my shoes, my belt, and the jewelry I had on, placing it inside of the bin. It ended up being a smooth process going through TSA due to the adjustment. The Delta Airlines gate appeared very professional in comparison to other airlines I have flown out of. Amidst the boarding process, I adored how the Fly Delta mobile application showed a visual of the current boarding zone status which is very beneficial if I were not near my gate. My onboard experience, I slept majority of the flight, so I had no communication with the flight attendants other than the boarding flight hello, and the airplane departure goodbye greetings. And lastly, as for the airplane interior, the one thing I loved about the seat was the headrest! The headrest had a slight grip on my head as I rested during my flight. The seat was comfortable enough for me to get some rest during the entire flight to Detroit. And I had enough foot room to where my backpack could fit underneath the seat in front of me. In closing, I will be open to choosing and recommending Delta Airlines to a friend, relative or colleague after this experience. Safe travels, and blessings to all that read this review. Thomas G

    i was i. a first class flight from punta cana to detroit when a family member who was traveling in coach boarded the plane and needed something that i had stored in an overhead compartment. the flight attendant had the nerve to say i can not have visitation!! the lady that was seated next to me was just as in shock because... are we in prison?? and she was so loud and didnt care that i had to ride a 4 hour flight embarrassed and pissed! i wrote into customer service and all they said was... it will be addressed internally !! wtf?? soooooo forget that my experience was f*@); up, we'll just coach our flight attendant and we hopeeee you fly again with us!! ... i am beyond pissed with the lack of failure in customer satisfaction!! they didnt even give me 20 miles for my inconvenience !! they suck!!

I am writing this review with gratitude to a representative who went above and beyond, along with his co-workers, to help make our flight happen as planned. I wanted to write this review as soon as I got back, but I have been busy until now. United Ground department, I hope Samir didn't get in trouble for spending an extensive time helping a customer. His compassionate ways have made my mom's relocation possible. I highly encourage recognition of such working ethics. Good workers make great companies. It was the weekend of May 30, 2026, flight # UA2373. My mom was a frail disabled senior over 80 years old. I came to NY to fly her to CA, as she had been requesting. The flight was long, she got very tired and became very difficult to deal with. She was walking around the area with a cane, being uncooperative with me. She found Samir Mezzi and got very comfortable with him. She only trusted him and no one else. Samir was on duty but was very willing to help her. My flight was close to departure when she refused to enter the TSA checkpoint for the security screening process. When I explained to him the situation, he didn't hesitate to help, he was very determined to successfully help us fly. After some time spent being patient with my mom, he called his colleagues to figure out some ways. They figured to team up and help us out. There were several of them, from various departments. They comforted her, were gentle and patient with her. They even bought her a soda. The TSA checkpoint was successful. The manager of United Airlines came and offered solutions to the challenging situation, of a complimentary onsite hotel stay or delay it, in wanting to help make the flight an easier and more comfortable experience. She was also very patient and genuine. We passed the TSA checkpoint and went on with proceeding to the check-in gate. I wanted to let her know of my decision, but it would be a hassle and leave my mom for a moment to come back to talk to her. So, I didn't. I hope she understands. But I did speak to her about my appreciation. Samir kindly helped my mom all the way until she was seated on the plane. He said some comforting kind words to her before he left. We appreciate everything he has done. My mom is now happy and healthier living in CA with me. Congratulations to United Ground for having such a stella worker. He well represented the department and the airline. Thank you, Samir, his coworkers, United Airline manager, United Ground, and United Airlines for making it possible. Much appreciated.

Leading up to our trip, we kept receiving email confirmations that everything was on time no issues at all. Then, the moment we arrived at the airport, we were blindsided with an email saying our flight was CANCELLED. No warning. No heads-up. Just canceled. The only options given were to rebook or take a refund. The earliest available rebooking wasn't until Tuesday, which completely ruined our plans, so we were forced to take a refund and book last-minute tickets with United Airlines costing us significantly more money out of pocket. We were told our baggage would be transferred to our return flight, which added to the confusion and stress. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. On our way back from Puerto Rico, we were scheduled again for a 12:29 PM flight. Throughout the day, we kept getting delay notifications one after another until the last update pushed the flight all the way to 2:59 AM. We waited, checked in, and then unbelievably the flight was CANCELLED again. At that point, there was little to no help from staff. We were told to go to the Spirit desk, leaving us scrambling around the airport, trying to figure out how to retrieve our luggage from baggage claim, rebook flights, and then go back through TSA all over again. It was chaotic, exhausting, and completely disorganized. Once again, no available flights until Monday or Tuesday. Rebooking with Spirit would have meant more delays, more uncertainty, and more money wasted with zero guarantee the flight wouldn't be canceled AGAIN. So we had no choice but to request another refund and book with United Airlines spending even more money just to get home. This entire experience was stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable with proper communication and customer support. Spirit Airlines showed zero reliability and zero accountability. Never EVER flying with Spirit again. The "cheap" price is not worth the headache, the risk, or the extra costs you'll end up paying in the end. Huge thanks to United Airlines for actually getting us home safely.

I had to remind myself that I once flew with Spirit Airlines to New Orleans, Louisiana for crying out loud. And most know that Spirit does not have the best reputation. As for my airport experience, surprisingly, TSA was not crowded at all! Other than my carry-on bag being checked due to me having toothpaste check-in went smooth. At the time, I chuckled with personnel because I knew clearly what it was but leave it to hard-headed me for packing it, hehe. As for the flight gate, it took me forever to find it due to lack of signage. As mentioned, I have never flown JetBlue, so the terminal was one I had never visited. What threw me off was the fact that the only terminal 2 signage I saw was for baggage claim. Eeek! I nearly missed boarding, but I kept on moving until I found the JetBlue gate. Now as for my onboard experience, I wanted to charge my phone as I slept on flight because my phone battery was low. I found that there were no power outlets at all which left me with no other option but to preserve my battery as much as I can enroute. I have to point out that it was unpleasant smelling smoke as the plane prepared to lift off from Chicago, Illinois. It was then, I started to take notice of how outdated everything appeared on this plane as my melatonin kicked in. I slept the majority of the flight, so I had little communication with the flight attendants other than the boarding flight hello, a flight attendant asking me if I wanted a snack as I woke up briefly, and the airplane departure goodbye greeting. And as for the airplane interior, the seat comfort was decent! I did have an acceptable amount of leg room, even with my backpack underneath the seat in front of me. I did love the image of the airplane hovering over states on the seatback television which I could not help but notice while awake. In spite of what the plane did not have, it did have access to XM radio stations & Direct TV channels. I survived this flight with JetBlue and would be open to flying with again, as well as recommending to a friend, relative or colleague after this experience. First time using them they hung us out to dry giving us no options within 24 hours to even get home. We lost over $1000 and they didn't do a thing to help after making us suffer for 6 hours from 1:00 in the morning to now 7:30 in the morning because they probably have 2 total (incompetent) reps. If I could give negative stars or go on the news to make sure this is known, then I would.

    Everything , they are the worst airline I've ever been on. We flew into Chicago and they may just…read morewait on the tarmac for 45 minutes to an hour. So we missed our flight going first class from Chicago to San Antonio. Then I was unable to get anybody to help me none of the gate agents could do anything I called for a supervisor. Finally, when the supervisor got there he wanted me to fly the next day. I said no I need to get out tonight and I understand there is a flight out 9 o'clock on American reluctantly he got me tickets on the American flight. I will never fly United again
