Amazing time here! Loved the vibes. Tim helped us so much to get all set up on our lane. The food was super yummy as well.

We bowled in the room with the lights and music which was awesome. Had the chicken tenders, fries, and a beer and I was surprised that the tenders and fries were actually pretty tasty. Everyone seemed really nice and helpful. I'll return!

It's one of the last family ran places and reasonably priced for the whole family. They actually grill the dogs which makes it taste so much better. They have an arcade for those who are not interested or waiting to bowl. You do have combo of families, pros and beginners who have not learned about bowling etiquette. One thing I really like is you if you pay for 3 full games you play 3 full games, there's no timer's chasing you down.

We made reservations and checked in. The young girl who helped us was very nice. She was friendly with a cool vibe. I forgot her name, but she just started working there like her second day. I would have to give a compliment to her because she did a great job! Even honored a refund because fathers throw for free this weekend since it's Father's Day! It wasn't posted online but there was an advertisement for it on the tv when we walked in. Then we went to Lane #8 where another employee greeted us, told us about the rules and served us drinks. He was very nice and attentive as well. Overall the place was nice and clean. There was jumbo jenga, and big uno cards. I saw some arcade games and claw machines. The bathrooms were nice and taken care of, there's a button on the wall, if you press it lights and music comes on like a party. Very cool. Our wood board was pretty damaged and seemed beaten. My axe didn't stick and it's the worse I've ever played. My man whooped me all four rounds for 75 minutes. But we still had a great time!

Service issues happen from time to time, but what truly keeps customers coming back is the people. We wanted to recognize three team members who have consistently made our family's experience exceptional. **First, Kaydy, the Kids Club Coordinator.** For the past two years, our family has attended countless Kids Club events, and Kaydy has been the heart and soul behind so many of those memories. She greeted every family with a genuine smile and brought so much energy, warmth, and passion to every event. You could tell she truly loved what she did. It wasn't just another job--it showed in every interaction. When we recently learned she would be leaving, we were honestly heartbroken. Before the recent changes to the Kids Club program, events were consistently packed and often fully booked, and we have no doubt Kaydy's dedication played a huge role in building that loyal following. Pinstripes is losing an incredible employee, and any organization would be fortunate to have her. **Next is Ray, the upstairs manager.** Ironically, our first few visits to Pinstripes years ago could have been our last. We experienced recurring issues with our bowling lane and service that left us frustrated. Fortunately, Ray stepped in each time with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. He resolved every situation quickly and made us feel heard rather than dismissed. The biggest testament to his leadership? After those early visits, we never encountered problems of that magnitude again. We truly believe his attentiveness and commitment to the guest experience played a major role in that. **And finally, Monica, the hostess with the mostest.** If you've been to Pinstripes, you've probably seen Monica constantly helping guests with a smile. She's hardworking, attentive, organized, and always makes us feel welcome. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to acknowledge people and make sure they're taken care of. As long-time customers, we can confidently say that while food, bowling, and bocce bring people through the doors, it's employees like Kaydy, Ray, and Monica who keep families coming back. Thank you for making our family's visits so memorable over the years. Your hard work and dedication have never gone unnoticed.

The restaurant seemed very understaffed, and throughout the two hours we were there, many of the food items stayed empty for long periods without being replenished. Since the buffet was split between two levels, our entire family, including those helping with a newborn, constantly had to go downstairs just to find available food, which was also limited at times. The protein selection felt pretty minimal with mainly prime rib and ham, while most of the buffet consisted of carbs and desserts. On top of that, three of our family members ended up experiencing stomach issues afterward, which we suspect may have come from the chocolate fountain area. We've celebrated Mother's Day here before and were really looking forward to coming back, so it was disappointing to leave feeling let down. Hoping this was just an off day, but sadly we probably won't be choosing Pinstripes again for future Mother's Day celebrations.

They still have a decent variety of arcade games, and there's enough to keep you entertained for a few hours. One of the biggest draws back then was the claw machines. It felt like you actually had a fair chance of winning prizes. These days, they seem much harder to win unless you're a claw machine expert. Another issue is the food area. Every time I've visited, it seems a bit dirty and could definitely use more attention. It takes away from the overall experience, especially if you're planning to grab a bite while you're there. On a positive note, the beverage selection is pretty good, and there are plenty of drink options to choose from. Overall, I'd give this location a 2/5. It still has some fun games, but the atmosphere and maintenance don't feel like they used to. I hope they invest a little more into the customer experience because this place has the potential to be much better.

It has quickly become one of our favorite spots for a…read morerare date night because it stays open late, which works well for us since I am mostly bedridden and wheelchair-bound due to Stage 3 full-body CRPS and other medical pain conditions. I don't get out often, usually only for appointments once or twice a month and about once a month (sometimes every other month) for a date...so when I do, it's something very special that I have to carefully plan for, and I need significant time to recover afterward. Round1 has so many fun options all in one place. There's bowling, a huge arcade with both classic and modern games, racing games, basketball hoops, rhythm and dance games, and interactive skill games. They also have karaoke rooms, ping pong, and billiards/pool tables. It's really nice because there is something for everyone and every energy level...whether you want something active, competitive, or just casual and fun. We enjoy pool, basketball hoops, racing, several other sit down games like the Top Gun game. We have yet to order snacks as we usually get there too late, but will next time. We love Karoke so we may do a little Karoke The staff has always been kind, and the customer service is consistently good. We also really appreciate the security at the front it, it makes the environment feel safe and welcoming. We haven't tried bowling at this specific location yet, but we have at another Round1 and look forward to doing it here as well. One of our favorite things is just walking around and trying different games together...it honestly feels like stepping into a playful, fun space where you can forget stress for a while. My husband is incredibly supportive and often carries me so I don't have to use my wheelchair inside, which makes it easier for us to enjoy the experience together. Even though I'm 38 and he's 42, it truly feels like being kids again, laughing, playing games, and just enjoying each other's company. We're really grateful to have found a place like this where we can still make joyful memories together despite health challenges.

The employee referred to a child as "handicapped." That comment was completely inappropriate, offensive, and unacceptable. No employee has any business speaking about a child that way. When I explained that I was using a lighter bowling ball because I have an injured finger, instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding, he repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending, demeaning tone. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. There is never an excuse to mock or belittle a paying customer who is simply explaining a medical limitation. Someone who treats customers this way has no place working in customer service. Basic respect, empathy, and professionalism should be the minimum expectation. This experience completely ruined our visit, and I sincerely hope management addresses this employee's behavior so no other family has to go through the same treatment.

I sure hope they sanitize regularly. Might I even suggest hand sanitizer available and trash cans throughout the course. 2.
