We made reservations and checked in. The young girl who helped us was very nice. She was friendly with a cool vibe. I forgot her name, but she just started working there like her second day. I would have to give a compliment to her because she did a great job! Even honored a refund because fathers throw for free this weekend since it's Father's Day! It wasn't posted online but there was an advertisement for it on the tv when we walked in. Then we went to Lane #8 where another employee greeted us, told us about the rules and served us drinks. He was very nice and attentive as well. Overall the place was nice and clean. There was jumbo jenga, and big uno cards. I saw some arcade games and claw machines. The bathrooms were nice and taken care of, there's a button on the wall, if you press it lights and music comes on like a party. Very cool. Our wood board was pretty damaged and seemed beaten. My axe didn't stick and it's the worse I've ever played. My man whooped me all four rounds for 75 minutes. But we still had a great time!

Pinstripes is losing an incredible employee, and any organization would be fortunate to have her. **Next is Ray, the upstairs manager.** Ironically, our first few visits to Pinstripes years ago could have been our last. We experienced recurring issues with our bowling lane and service that left us frustrated. Fortunately, Ray stepped in each time with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. He resolved every situation quickly and made us feel heard rather than dismissed. The biggest testament to his leadership? After those early visits, we never encountered problems of that magnitude again. Since the buffet was split between two levels, our entire family, including those helping with a newborn, constantly had to go downstairs just to find available food, which was also limited at times. The protein selection felt pretty minimal with mainly prime rib and ham, while most of the buffet consisted of carbs and desserts. On top of that, three of our family members ended up experiencing stomach issues afterward, which we suspect may have come from the chocolate fountain area. We've celebrated Mother's Day here before and were really looking forward to coming back, so it was disappointing to leave feeling let down. It's really nice because there is something for everyone and every energy level...whether you want something active, competitive, or just casual and fun. We enjoy pool, basketball hoops, racing, several other sit down games like the Top Gun game. We have yet to order snacks as we usually get there too late, but will next time. We love Karoke so we may do a little Karoke The staff has always been kind, and the customer service is consistently good. We also really appreciate the security at the front it, it makes the environment feel safe and welcoming. We haven't tried bowling at this specific location yet, but we have at another Round1 and look forward to doing it here as well. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. There is never an excuse to mock or belittle a paying customer who is simply explaining a medical limitation. Someone who treats customers this way has no place working in customer service. Basic respect, empathy, and professionalism should be the minimum expectation. This experience completely ruined our visit, and I sincerely hope management addresses this employee's behavior so no other family has to go through the same treatment.
