I appreciated that he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being performed. Eddie made sure all of my fluids were topped off and checked everything thoroughly. One of the biggest benefits was the convenience. Instead of dealing with the hassle of scheduling service with the dealership, I was able to pull in, have everything taken care of, and be back on the road in about 30 minutes or less. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and the facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured into purchasing additional services I didn't need. Unfortunately, that's become pretty common at many places, but this team was honest, respectful, and focused on providing great customer service rather than making unnecessary sales. Eddie was especially kind with my son, taking the time to talk with him and making him feel included. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was just as friendly and welcoming with every customer who came through the door. I have bought 6 tires from Mavis, and I will say they have been very fair in their pricing with me. Each time I come I'm given a break on the price. The Warren Mavis is never super crowded. It's easy to get your car in and out. Somethings do take an hour, to an hour and a half but they do have a TV and you can wait or you can drop it off. You can even purchase your tires online and for a fee Mavis will put them on your vehicle. It is highly recommended that if you do this you get an alignment to go with the new tires. Mavis stands behind all work that is done.

I waited a total of 45 minutes.They were very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. I also got replacement windshield wipers on my car. It was a very easy process to deal with this company STS. I had a problem with the front end of my 2000 Saab 9-3 and haven't been able to figure it out, so I thought this shop might be worth a try. Being a part of the Saab scene for decades, I expected a friendly voice. The person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly difficult and unfriendly. When I asked if he specialized in Saabs he replied in a manner that sounded like he doesn't even like them and was not interested in working on them, saying there aren't many left, and my car is "old". When I told him how many miles were on it, he said, "we'll have fun with that", which is just what you want to hear from a mechanic. All Saabs are old because they haven't been made since 2011, but if well maintained they'll run and drive for a long, long time. My car has 156k miles on it, which is quite low in Saab terms, especially considering the age of the car, and it has been very well maintained. Some of the cars he has on site are older than mine. Apparently this guy does not want new business. It's really bizarre. Avoid this shop.
