I originally called Delta Pest because my home in Summerset 111 was overrun with ants! I could not get rid of the ants, who seems to have a huge city under my patio. This was several years ago. They got the ants under control quickly and I have kept their quarterly service ever since. Recently, we purchased a home that seems to have a spider problem! Based on the reviews here, I contacted Matt about a pigeon that I'll had nested under our solar panels. He came to check it out and sent us a reasonable quote to clean up the mess and install netting to prevent further occurrences, which he guarantees for 5 years. When his guys did the work, an issue came up that had to be taken care of. When I discussed this with Matt, he offered to take care of it and came back the next day to do so. No contract required! Most pest control companies can come in at a low ball price but end up costing way more because they require repeat visits. Not Delta, they gave me the option of one visit, which seems to have eliminated our bug problem completely (beetles, centipedes and spiders). I was informed that their treatment would last a good six months, which will get us through the summer, when the bugs are looking for water. They also offer to come back for free in the first 30 days, which hasn't been needed. read more

Tired of Orkin? Trade up and get a local service professional! These folks are great! I became a customer of Delta Pest Services by way of a referral from an HVAC company I hired to clean (and later replace) my air ducts. There was old, but present none the less, rodent waste. Ducts were handled but it was recommended I hire a pest company to seal all entry points into the attic. I had been disappointed with my then service with Orkin (I was an Ecoshield customer). Matt came to inspect and quote the work. We discussed the bimonthly service and I agreed immediately. Price was on par with what I was already paying, so it really just came down to the expectation of quality of service. GOODBYE PIGEONS! See you never EVER again!!!! Thank you Delta Pest Services!!! We originally thought, "Oh maybe the pigeons will go away eventually. It's fine if some live on our roof" and then guess what? We started seeing poop FALL OUT of the roof and we also saw some tiles cracked! They were breaking our tiles!! SO dangerous! Not to mention our dog could potentially eat the pigeon poop and get sick!! This was our "OK, WE NEED HELP! ASAP!" Anyway, we called Delta Pest Services and it was a quick and easy estimate. Also loved being able to text , send the roof pics and seeing quick responses! They made a plan for our roof and I made suggestions and they were SUPER respectful and did what they recommended & what I asked to be added. I had a really annoying pigeon problem where I could hear them walking under my solar panels and throughout the day they would coo loudly into my chimney and it would echo into my living room. I was fed up so I called delta pest services and they added netting around the solar panels, spikes on the chimney, and a shiny thing that spins above the chimney.
