I first hired Matthew for a one-time job at the property we are prepping to sell. It's ant season so I asked him if he could come over first thing in the morning before the week ends. That morning he arrives, on the dot as he said so. He was in and out of there in about 20mins. Right before he left, I asked about pest proofing for the new construction home that we are moving into while we sell our old house. It just so happens that he lives in the same area as our new house so he can do the job right before he heads home in the afternoon. I go to the new house every week but didn't notice any spiders or anything (it's brand spanking new, so there shouldn't be any pests yet... right?). When Matt got there and started his work, he started pointing out a lot of spider webs near the foundation and right around the fences. Who would have thought! He also found fire ants around the front of the house and they just burrowed out. I could have sworn it wasn't there the other day. I highly recommend Matt for your pest control needs. I had a problem with a big wasp infestation. They were in the eaves of my two story house. I bought numerous cans (about 25) and killed probably 300 wasps over a two-week period. They kept coming and I decided to give up and call Beaman because of his high yelp reviews.
