Alert! New Delta Sky Club! Love the brand new space with open concept giving you views of the Terminal A. Delta use to be based in Terminal B. This upgrade is amazing. Everyone I interact with is so kind. If I'm there for 10 mins or 3 hours, the servers are amazing. There is a decent selection of food from breakfast to lunch items and a full bar. No bar for me as I'm barely awake for my 6am flight.

New SkyClub in Terminal A... up the stairs and round the corner. It's not a huge Club, but it is brand new with great furniture and staff. The food stations were pleasant and enjoyable. I liked how they have wireless charging. I mean why not!

This lounge is a new lounge in the new Terminal A at this airport and it is noooiiiceee!!!! Definitely a HUGE upgrade from the previous Delta lounge here. They did a great job with the lighting and the décor with various seating options. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Minus one star because of the bathroom situation: There are about 6 individual stalls and they are all gender neutral which means that the men and women in the lounge ended up having to wait in the same long bathroom line while I was there. It would have been nice to have a separate women's and separate men's restroom and maybe just one or two individual stalls that were unisex to accommodate. Other than that, no complaints and I can't wait to return!

The Delta Sky Club at Newark (EWR) is always a go-to spot whenever we fly out of Newark airport. The bartenders are consistently attentive, and keep drinks flowing and guests are well taken care of. The buffet always has a nice selection, and offer a good variety of food options that make waiting for a flight much more enjoyable. Another great feature is the spacious shower amenities, which are well-maintained and plentiful, and there's rarely a wait. Whether it's for a quick bite, a drink, or just to relax before a flight, this lounge always delivers a comfortable experience.

This was my first time at a Delta Sky Club and I used my Platinum to gain access before they take away that benefit. I found out that it doesn't allow for a guest but the first two guests you bring in would be $39, so we bit the bullet and paid the fee. For a 9 am on a Wednesday, it was pretty packed. They had some breakfast items like bagels, toast, turkey sausage, feggs (fake eggs), potatoes, and some fruit. Pretty similar to the continental breakfast you would get at a Hampton Inn. We realized after the fact that I probably should have gone in myself first and scoped out the place to see if it was worth the extra $39. It was not. So if you have free access, of course it's worth going to because any lounge is better than sitting at the gate. But if you have to pay? You're better off just going to a restaurant and you might get a decent meal/drink for less than that.

The Delta Sky lounge is located in terminal B. We hung out after checking in. The lounge is so chilled today, not the usual hustle and bustle for most Delta lounges, it's quite pleasant. I like the pop culture art Campbell soup installations. Mushroom, tomato and chicken noddle soups made the cut. The pico de gallo has gone bad, tastes fermented. The turkey sausage is deflated and had the texture of leather or maybe rubber and it's cold too. The folded egg had American cheese on it and is not good either. The food is bad here and abysmal, not much variety either and the quality of food output is rock bottom. The better item is the instant oatmeal with fresh blueberries and the yogurt with the broken up granola and pepino seedor the granola, pepino seeds with oat milk. Looks like the staff is bringing out the lunch items by 10:47am. The turkey sandwich was too much bread and not enough in between. The tomato basil was as to be expected. Didn't like any of the salads, endive with the grapefruit, kale Caesar, kale with cranberries and sweet potatoes. May have been better with the dressing on the side. The only plus is few folks seem to use this lounge, it's less busy than most Delta lounges.

Delta skyclub attendant, standing guard to a horrible club experience.

Ewr delta skyclub of the nastiest attendants i have ever encountered, FILTHY LOUNGE, with a messy display of food that has been sitting for hours...

The service here is outstanding! We arrived 20 minutes earlier than the 3 hour window, and the agent was able to accommodate us. She was sure to let us know other lounges might make us wait, but they were able to accommodate us here. The food left much to be desired, but I MUST tell you about the amazing service offered by kitchen staff member Nixon. I told him one of the sandwiches looked great, but included an allergen. He was happy to make me a custom sandwich! Small touch that had a big impact on my experience. This was the first lounge where I experienced a server offering to refill my margarita without the necessity of going back to the bar. I truly enjoyed the hospitality the amazing Delta staff provided today. Thank you!!

This lounge is smaller than other Delta lounges, including a much smaller food selection, however it is still really nice with plenty of seating. The food is still high quality. This lounge is 10x better than Admirals Clubs with American Airlines. I highly recommend coming here for excellent food, free drinks, and good free WiFi (password refresh).

This was my first time at the EWR airport and while I wasn't impressed with the airport, I was quite impressed by the Delta Sky Club. The Newark Airport is a HUGE United Hub, so there's actually only 8 gates dedicated towards Delta. Despite the low presence of Delta, they still have a Delta Sky Club. I had a 5:50AM flight but I got to the airport a little early, so I was able to stop by for a very quick breakfast as they opened at 5am. I went in and though the club itself isn't big, the amenities were pretty nice! Plenty of seating for 8 gates and they had their usual breakfast servings (egg omelettes, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes). There is also a bar but apparently it does not open until 9am-ish. The windows are connected to the runway so you can see planes take off so that's pretty nice. Overall - I enjoyed this lounge even though it was a short stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and while I don't fly to Jersey often, I hope to be back!

Smaller lounge in EWR airport - just basic foods and slightly limited. However, the service people here are nice.

First time in EWR Delta Skylounge since the remodel.

Whys the rating is so low? Ample seating, ample power outlets to charge your phone, laptop & other devices. The employees are sweet & professional. Lots of food selection's for your dietary needs (I'm pescatarian and the vegan choices are just fine with me) I actually prefer vegan meals when I'm traveling. My only wish is that there were a few chairs with foot raises like the terminal waiting areas in the airport. Another lounge coming soon so I'm sure they will implement a few more amenities. So far so good. I have no complaints. Maybe my 5 star will help bring the rating up to what they really deserve.

This Club is never overcrowded (in my experiences) and always clean. Lots of food options and very comfortable. Charlene is always the server when I'm here and she's wonderful - hard worker and cares about her job. I hadn't been back here in almost a year, and she remembered me and checked up to see how work has been for me. She's always a pleasure. The club also has a nice view of the city and Empire State Building.

United Club - C123 (Newark Airport)…read more This is one of the most modern and beautiful United Lounges I've visited. Debuted, May 2022. The largest United Club location for United Airlines. It spans 30,000 Square Feet. Comfortably accommodating over 400 travelers. LOUNGE: Hats off to who designed and built this lounge. It shows how much passion and love they put into this 30,000 SQFT project. The way to get to this lounge is go past C123 gate and up the escalator. Depending on peak hours, by the entrance, you may have to form a line. Once you enter, the first thing you'll see is a large book shelf with table in front of it. Go past those shelves to the left and through the hallway. This is where all your main lounge will be. Your eyes may get wide and you may feel slightly overwhelmed of how much space there is, like I did. They offer so much seating that you're sure to find a spot to unwind, relax or get some work done. Throughout the space, they have large windows to allow natural lighting. Some of the seating faces the windows for you to enjoy watching the planes. The space was exceptionally clean. I didn't see any trash laying around. The staff did a wonderful job coming up to the guests that finished with their dishes and asked, "May I take that from you?" FOOD: I was on a six hour layover here and I was able to enjoy breakfast and lunch. I have to say, for a lounge that can accommodate over 400 travelers, they were on top of it. They kept bring hot breakfast items. They offered variety of options including healthy options. I prefer eating healthy and some of the other locations don't offer good healthy options. Here, you have turkey sausage and links with egg whites. They have a large space for your breakfast sandwiches, wraps and fresh fruit. A yogurt and oatmeal area with all your toppings available. I didn't get a chance to stay too long for lunch, but I was able to see if they serve good lunch and they did. They offered chicken with penne pasta and many other options. For lunch, they also offered healthy options. Hot beverages are available through their Coffee machines or you can ask at the bar for any additional drink options. Good food options here, overall. SHOWER SUITES: This location offers multiple suites for you to take a shower before or after your long flight. I was able to take a nice shower after my long flight to Newark, and it was so refreshing. The suite was clean, offering good amounts of towels. They provide complimentary, Perricone MD Shower Gel, Conditioner and Soap. Overall, this is a great feature to have at this club. Not all United Club locations offer shower rooms. STAFF: After visiting multiple United Club locations, I would have to say the entire staff working here are just absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and kind, regardless if this is your first visit or you're experienced traveler. Any questions you may have about the space, or flight information, they are here to assist you with a genuine smile. If you just need someone to talk to, they're happy to spike up a conversation with you. OVERALL: If you're traveling domestically or internationally with one of the Star Alliance members, this is a great place to unwind, relax while you're waiting for your departure. I've been at this lounge several times and I am looking forward to continue my visits.

Came back again to this lounge, and still left nothing to be desired from me. The food on this sad Saturday evening was a chicken dish, root veggies and either rice or pasta. On top of it all, when I walked to initially sit at a booth table top, it was still dirty and there was no one around to clean it up! While this club "looks nice" I am disappointed by the cleanliness and the food options, leaving nothing to be desired.

Lounge & Co (SIA) - Newark Liberty…read more Full Disclosure: This lounge is currently undergoing major renovations following its previous ownership by Virgin Atlantic. I've visited Singapore Airlines lounges at Singapore Changi Airport and Incheon International Airport, spending time in both the SilverKris Business Lounge and KrisFlyer Gold lounges. Each offers strong service in its own way. Based on what Singapore Airlines consistently delivers both in the air and on the ground, it's reasonable to expect this lounge will eventually reflect that same standard once renovations are complete. Below is a breakdown of the current experience. ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 First impressions matter. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ann Charles, whose professionalism stood out. In a lounge setting, the ability to read and adapt to different travelers is important, and she handled that well. Inside, the ongoing renovations are immediately noticeable. The wooden flooring shows age, sections of the ceiling need attention, and parts around bar and coffee area were covered in plastic from recent painting. Seating is a mix of updated and older furniture, which creates some inconsistency. That said, the bar design stands out. Even across different locations, Singapore Airlines tends to execute distinctive bar areas well, and that design consistency is evident here. CUISINE: 4/5 The food presentation was clean and organized, with neatly arranged dishes and utensils wrapped in cloth napkins. The breakfast buffet was visually appealing. Compared to other Singapore Airlines lounges, the selection here felt more limited, with a few less balanced options. Some items were slightly overcooked, with minor burnt edges. I tried noodles, a folded omelet, a sunny-side-up egg, and a hash brown. Overall taste was good, though not exceptional. A small selection of pastries was also available. RESTROOM / SHOWERS: 3/5 This area needs the most improvement. The design, carried over from Virgin Atlantic, is visually distinctive but not very functional. The sink setup is awkward--the faucet is loose and positioned too low, making basic use uncomfortable. The shower layout also presents issues: the floor slopes from the sink toward the drain, and the curtain is set too high. As a result, water spreads easily across the floor. After showering, the area near the sink was significantly wet. Ventilation is another concern. While shower water pressure and temperature were good, the lack of proper airflow leads to noticeable humidity and condensation. On a positive note, the staff member who assisted with extra towels was courteous and helpful. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 4/5 Service overall was good. Staff remained professional, even when dealing with difficult travelers. My interactions were smooth and without issue. But, I can reassure you, if this is your first time flying Singapore Air, they will more than exceed your expectations on your business class journey. After flying with them 5 different times, both in Economy and Business Class, I have never been disappointed. Their customer service is truly unmatched!
