Wi-Fi is really slow. Can't get any business done on it while waiting. Seats in lobby not that comfortable.

Slowest service I've had in a long while and it's a slow day! If at TEB just save yourself and go to Atlantic.

The Sapphire Lounge is coming for the Centurion Lounge crown. Disclosures first - my primary/most…read morefrequently Centurion Lounge experiences have been DEN and IAH so I cannot compare the Sapphire Lounge at LGA to the Centurion Lounge at LGA. That aside - a few highlights for parents - 1) There's a dedicated nursing room - I have been to a lot of Centurion Lounges and have never seen a dedicated nursing room - this is enormous and there should be more accomodations everywhere for parents of young children 2) There are two dedicated play rooms - one for young children and one for slightly older children - this is incredible and there's a nice welcoming space for parents to sit comfortably and supervise their children at a short distance - I have never seen a playroom at a Centurion Lounge (which may be indicative of the priorities for AmEx compared to Chase) The service was okay - there as an oddly rude interaction where a staff member firmly stated a stroller is not allowed in a certain space (but there were no signs) though they did help with moving the stroller which was appreciated. The open concept with a central bar and open food space works really well for a lounge and there is a lot of comfortable seating. The food, unlike most lounges, is actually pre-portioned. This creates a cleaner experience with getting food, though does mean you're struck with the portions they decided. I preferred this model for its cleanliness and how easy it makes it to pop in and out of getting food without having to organize into a line - but others may prefer a more traditional self serve portion style. All in all, a really fantastic Sapphire Lounge experience and I'm truly sad IAH does not have one!

I was…read morein NYC on a business trip so I had several hours to kill before my flight and took advantage of that visit and went to the Chase Sapphire Lounge. This experience was definitely a luxury and premium experience compared to other lounges I have visited in the past. I found a comfortable table with chair and set my belongings down and the bar tender kindly greeted me and made a delicious espresso martini with a smile on his face as well! The bar has several drink options to choose from which are all complimentary. The food selection was pretty amazing since there was many healthy options available and there was even a QR code to order more food to your table and included a great and wide variety option. The drink section was spectacular! They had bottles and cans available including energy and electrolyte beverages. They had cold brew on tap as well and all the alternative milk options available. I will say the best part about this lounge is the spa service where I got a mini facial and the spa person was very kind and explained each step and I swear my skin had never felt cleaner! I was so happy to be going back home with glowing skin. This lounge almost makes me want to change my credit card provider for travel!

Here is my experience: I was scanned in quickly and had lunch. There were two soups: broccoli cheddar and onion with beans. Chicken thighs, rice, salad fixings. Someone requested fruit and they brought out some oranges and apples but said fruit is only during breakfast. I guess he meant the cut up fruit. I especially enjoyed the seltzer and water fountain. I filled my water bottle for the flight. Nice selection of teas and some brownies and cookies for dessert. There was a shower available if you needed it. I left after around 45 min because I had to visit the other options at LGA: Chase Sapphire lounge and the Be Relax spa!

The gates are five minutes away if you're a slow walker. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner with rotating menus today we arrive for lunch and there was a tandoori style chicken that was sweet and cooked perfectly basmati rice Chinese broccoli Bucatini with pesto carrot Ginger soup, Italian wedding soup Farro, and of course, the salad bar. For desserts, there were tarts and cookies. There is a full bar and self serve Italian soda, fountain, lemonade, cappuccino. Pro Tip; As with most lounges, these days they do fill up and there could be a wait, so if you have your American Express Business, you're able to make a reservation on your AMEX App as long as you can show up within 15 minutes of that reservation and that will allow you to walk right in.

The matcha yogurt also had no matcha.... The egg corn scramble was a little watery, and everything needed hot sauce which is fine since they provide several. You can debate the nuances of each-- Centurion's food is better, Capital One's is larger and has a cheese monger, Ess a Bagel, and better cocktails. But compared to the sort of lounges that don't have their own bathrooms and offer nothing more than some bananas and cereal, you really could do worse. The Sapphire lounge in LGA is larger and prettier, but they pretty much offer the same amenities. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've visited, save for one time. The menu isn't vast but there's a little buffet station with fresh fruit and hot food, as well as a made to order menu with full sized portions. Sometimes the food has been quick, and other times it has taken a while, so you really should give yourself some buffer time if you're trying to get something from the made to order menu. The food is fine. I've visited enough times to say that the folks who work here have been so warm and nice each time, checking in and asking guests how they're doing. Garbage is cleaned up immediately, so it's a pretty well oiled machine in there. You can bring up to 2 guests and any additional guests cost just $27 more, which I'd say it's worth it, particularly if you have a long layover and will have a couple of drinks.

There's a small buffet area which had limited food options including lasagna and chicken. There's also a salad bar where the veggies were fresh. The one thing I really liked was their tomato based vegetable soup. The vegetables were tender, the broth was savory and hearty, yet had a good balance of the vegetables natural sweetness and the acid from the tomatoes. There's also small bar and only 1 person working so there's always a lot of people waiting around that area. Overall, it's a great option if you want to go in to grab a quick bite and use the restrooms before the flight. However, I did not find it comfortable as it was very crowded but perhaps it's better at other times of the day

We were one of the first parties to walk in, the host took us to our table right away. I was mezmerized by the gorgeous interior, art and decor of the place. They have a huge full service bar as well. The menu had few choices in each of the sections of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, salad and entrees. I ordered the bulgogi tacos from the appetizers section, that came with 2 tacos filled with slices of flavorful bulgogi steak, topped with some pickled carrots and cabbage. For entree I got the NY strip melt sandwich. Again the sandwich was filled with delicious steak pieces, caramelized onions, cheese and aioli. The bread they used was really fluffy and thick, but I was glad it was the soft brioche kind. The seared salmon was cooked perfectly with beautiful char all around. Loved the virgin pomelo drink so much, I got two of them. The service was good overall. Our server was friendly and did a good job attending multiple tables simultaneously, including ours. The dishes came out within decent intervals. Overall we loved the lunch experience, and look forward to returning again in future to try some of their other dishes.
