Terminal C- i liked it better than Terminal A club because Calvin the bartender had great service. The others did too, but he made conversation with everyone.

Aimed to use my lounge pass before it expires, and I am please with the service all together. Very efficient staff with clean up and serving you at the bar. I was especially pleased with the bartender, Calvin. He was very friendly and personable. He asked for everyone's order sitting at the bar, about 5 minutes before the bar officially opened, so that at 6am he could deliver our drinks without much delay. I look forward to going back and enjoying the bar again.

This newer United Club has good views of the airport. It can be very crowded. There is a nice bar. The layout is somewhat off as it winds in a C shape. The food is standard United Club food which has the basics. There are several coffee stations and this is the one local to offer taffy - perhaps it is a Jersey shore thing.

The United Lounge in Terminal A at Newark Airport is a great place to relax before a flight. It is new, spacious and has plenty of seating even during peak hours which makes it much more comfortable than waiting in the main terminal. It is technically not free, but it is a solid perk if you have a United or Star Alliance account. It is also a convenient way to use a nice restroom and fill up on food before boarding. Food: The chicken noodle soup is surprisingly good and feels like something you would get from a restaurant. The tongs are always too small for the sandwiches which seems to be the case at every lounge, but the sandwiches themselves are decent and about a step below what you would expect from a place like Subway. I appreciate the variety in drinks which includes soda, coffee, water and juice. The cookies and brownies are also consistently good. Service: The employees are always courteous and attentive. They are constantly going around cleaning and are ready to help when needed. Overall, this is a very comfortable and reliable lounge experience and worth visiting if you have access.

Not a bad airport lounge in Newark Terminal A. Stopped by mid-morning on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded. Somewhat automated system helped to facilitate entry. Relatively standard breakfast buffet and a full bar. Restroom relatively small.

A decent lounge with lots of seating and average food options. They use the electronic gates for entry. Guests need to scan their own boarding pass and can add guests upon entry. Some of the staff are very friendly. They have a small variety of cold and hot food options. Some of which include cold sandwiches and veggie wraps, salads, and soups. Not the best, but it gets the job done. They have a bar and a self serve station for the non alcoholic drinks.the majority of seats have an outlet nearby so it's a great place to charge in between flights.

Came here to buy some time before my flight departed. Man oh man was I in for a treat, they had so many options for food and drinks. I full service bar for beer and cocktails. You don't have to lift a finger here, there are people constantly coming to take your trash away. This club is fairly new due to terminal A being newly built. It's very nice and clean, I definitely recommend coming to this club if you happen to be on term A.

This lounge used to be good but no longer. Staff doesn't seem to care about anything. Bar opened at 6 , I was seated there waiting since 5:30. Bartenders came in and proceeded to gossip with each other and text on their phones. Never asked if anyone seated at the bar needed to order. The two self serve capacino machines were down because their grounds drawers needed to be emptied which tells you they sat that way since the night before. No hot food at all till nearly 6:00. Why open at 5:00 if nothing is ready? Not worth it at all. The lounge in the C terminal is much better with more attentive staff.

Newark Liberty's new Terminal A and new United Club are night and day from the old falling apart Terminal A and its dismal, 1990s United Club/Red Carpet Lounge/Presidents Club. The club is in an awesome setting with full floor to ceiling window views of the gates and tarmac. The lounge is spacious but already overcrowded. It was tough to find a seat at 6 pm. The food has improved. I counted 4 hot items plus 2 soups. It used to be just sandwiches and salads. One surprise is no escalator to the club level. One elevator is not enough for 3 airline clubs. Stairs are available for those that don't mind 2 flights. Overall I was impressed. It's nothing like the large United Club in Terminal C near C123 or other Star Alliance member clubs, but a vast improvement for EWR.

Nice big lounge for travelers. Clean and spacious. They cleaned up the tables almost instantly. Great service. Buffet food. Beverages. Snacks. Seats with sockets. Great united club.

An average United Club. Very large but crowded nonetheless. Standard United Club buffet and bar. I rank it a notch below Delta Sky Club.

Hubby and I visited this lounge on a Thursday at around 6:45. It was already pretty packed at that time. Even with all the people, they kept everything well-stocked. The breakfast was better than I expected. For hot food, they had eggs (scrambled and egg whites, and egg whites are rare!) sausages (pork patties and chicken (?) links), home fries, and even pork roll, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches. They also have the typical breakfast staples like bagels, toast, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. It was a good variety. Lounge access is $59 a person. We were flying Air Canada, which is a partner airline. Instead of buying passes in person, they made us go into the United app to purchase them, which was easy - so just make sure you already have the United app downloaded and ready to go. I used my Amex Plat airline fee credit towards the passes, so it didn't cost us anything - so I don't think it would really be worth it if I didn't have the credit. If you're looking for a quiet place to recharge/fuel up for a flight, this is probably not it. But I would gladly use my credit again here in a heartbeat. It sure beats any Priority Pass lounge in the U.S.

    Bar opens at 6 am.

It's a spacious lounge with plenty of seating, shower suites, and a solid selection of food and beverages. That said, I noticed in my visits that a lounge of this size can still feel overwhelmed during peak travel periods. Just outside the lounge, the United Airlines 100th-anniversary exhibit offers a fun trip down memory lane, tracing the evolution of air travel and giving a glimpse into United's history. I enjoyed my visit overall and particularly appreciated having access to the shower suites when I needed one. The only disappointment was that the hot water wasn't working quite as well as it should have. Nonetheless, it was a welcome amenity and a nice way to freshen up before a flight. Highly recommend!

United Club - C123 (Newark Airport)…read more This is one of the most modern and beautiful United Lounges I've visited. Debuted, May 2022. The largest United Club location for United Airlines. It spans 30,000 Square Feet. Comfortably accommodating over 400 travelers. LOUNGE: Hats off to who designed and built this lounge. It shows how much passion and love they put into this 30,000 SQFT project. The way to get to this lounge is go past C123 gate and up the escalator. Depending on peak hours, by the entrance, you may have to form a line. Once you enter, the first thing you'll see is a large book shelf with table in front of it. Go past those shelves to the left and through the hallway. This is where all your main lounge will be. Your eyes may get wide and you may feel slightly overwhelmed of how much space there is, like I did. They offer so much seating that you're sure to find a spot to unwind, relax or get some work done. Throughout the space, they have large windows to allow natural lighting. Some of the seating faces the windows for you to enjoy watching the planes. The space was exceptionally clean. I didn't see any trash laying around. The staff did a wonderful job coming up to the guests that finished with their dishes and asked, "May I take that from you?" FOOD: I was on a six hour layover here and I was able to enjoy breakfast and lunch. I have to say, for a lounge that can accommodate over 400 travelers, they were on top of it. They kept bring hot breakfast items. They offered variety of options including healthy options. I prefer eating healthy and some of the other locations don't offer good healthy options. Here, you have turkey sausage and links with egg whites. They have a large space for your breakfast sandwiches, wraps and fresh fruit. A yogurt and oatmeal area with all your toppings available. I didn't get a chance to stay too long for lunch, but I was able to see if they serve good lunch and they did. They offered chicken with penne pasta and many other options. For lunch, they also offered healthy options. Hot beverages are available through their Coffee machines or you can ask at the bar for any additional drink options. Good food options here, overall. SHOWER SUITES: This location offers multiple suites for you to take a shower before or after your long flight. I was able to take a nice shower after my long flight to Newark, and it was so refreshing. The suite was clean, offering good amounts of towels. They provide complimentary, Perricone MD Shower Gel, Conditioner and Soap. Overall, this is a great feature to have at this club. Not all United Club locations offer shower rooms. STAFF: After visiting multiple United Club locations, I would have to say the entire staff working here are just absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and kind, regardless if this is your first visit or you're experienced traveler. Any questions you may have about the space, or flight information, they are here to assist you with a genuine smile. If you just need someone to talk to, they're happy to spike up a conversation with you. OVERALL: If you're traveling domestically or internationally with one of the Star Alliance members, this is a great place to unwind, relax while you're waiting for your departure. I've been at this lounge several times and I am looking forward to continue my visits.

Lounge & Co (SIA) - Newark Liberty…read more Full Disclosure: This lounge is currently undergoing major renovations following its previous ownership by Virgin Atlantic. I've visited Singapore Airlines lounges at Singapore Changi Airport and Incheon International Airport, spending time in both the SilverKris Business Lounge and KrisFlyer Gold lounges. Each offers strong service in its own way. Based on what Singapore Airlines consistently delivers both in the air and on the ground, it's reasonable to expect this lounge will eventually reflect that same standard once renovations are complete. Below is a breakdown of the current experience. ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 First impressions matter. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ann Charles, whose professionalism stood out. In a lounge setting, the ability to read and adapt to different travelers is important, and she handled that well. Inside, the ongoing renovations are immediately noticeable. The wooden flooring shows age, sections of the ceiling need attention, and parts around bar and coffee area were covered in plastic from recent painting. Seating is a mix of updated and older furniture, which creates some inconsistency. That said, the bar design stands out. Even across different locations, Singapore Airlines tends to execute distinctive bar areas well, and that design consistency is evident here. CUISINE: 4/5 The food presentation was clean and organized, with neatly arranged dishes and utensils wrapped in cloth napkins. The breakfast buffet was visually appealing. Compared to other Singapore Airlines lounges, the selection here felt more limited, with a few less balanced options. Some items were slightly overcooked, with minor burnt edges. I tried noodles, a folded omelet, a sunny-side-up egg, and a hash brown. Overall taste was good, though not exceptional. A small selection of pastries was also available. RESTROOM / SHOWERS: 3/5 This area needs the most improvement. The design, carried over from Virgin Atlantic, is visually distinctive but not very functional. The sink setup is awkward--the faucet is loose and positioned too low, making basic use uncomfortable. The shower layout also presents issues: the floor slopes from the sink toward the drain, and the curtain is set too high. As a result, water spreads easily across the floor. After showering, the area near the sink was significantly wet. Ventilation is another concern. While shower water pressure and temperature were good, the lack of proper airflow leads to noticeable humidity and condensation. On a positive note, the staff member who assisted with extra towels was courteous and helpful. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 4/5 Service overall was good. Staff remained professional, even when dealing with difficult travelers. My interactions were smooth and without issue. But, I can reassure you, if this is your first time flying Singapore Air, they will more than exceed your expectations on your business class journey. After flying with them 5 different times, both in Economy and Business Class, I have never been disappointed. Their customer service is truly unmatched!
