Horrible Car Detailing Service Center! I drove in and asked for full inside and outside detailing and it took them literally less then 10 minutes and my car was outside and they did a horrible job with cleaning, I watched the whole cleaning process, bunch of kids walking around spraying random places on the car and hardly cleaned anything in the car. I talked to couple managers (18-20 year old kids /jokers) and showed them dust and stains all over the car and half the car wasn't vacuumed. This doesn't even consider car cleaning, forgot about detailing, what a joke! One thing for sure, I'm never doing business with this garbage car cleaners and would never recommend them to anyone. Decent car wash; wait was 20, 25 minutes on Saturday in winter which I imagine is their high time. Lines were overall efficient, but COVID-19 and masking policies have definitely laxed and the business information on amenities on Yelp needs to be modified. No one we spoke with had a mask on, and even though we are outside, workers do need to come quite close to speak to you about the car wash options. It made me wonder how many people they're talking to throughout the day unmasked and how many of them may have COVID, while afterwards talking to other unmasked employees. While many who wish to be vaccinated have been, we still have a young child who does not qualify for the vaccine, so we are still COVID conscious in an attempt to protect him and prefer going to businesses that follow this until our little one can get the vaccine. He did love the car wash and all of the fun colors and bubbles, but we will not be returning until we are all protected. read more

Oí wish that they could accept going back to the original offer I had. I had the car wash and deetailing. I let go detailing during Covid, because it was always close and I was paying for it. Still under Covid, Delta Sonic decided we needed to make appointments. That was not always possible for me as I went as I could and not restricted to be there for an appointment and even worse during freezing temperatures. On the order hand, I recognized your employee Justin , I believe his last names is Sanchez. He enjoyed his job, he is polite and very careful with wiping the car in an excellent way. He enjoys his job and deserves to be given an opportunity to do a much fulfilling job, knowing he would put his best food forward to do a great job. My son took is 2019 Toyota Tacoma to Delta Sonic Car wash in Crestwood a few weeks ago for a wash and detailing.When he got back to our house and we found major scratches on the hood and roof of his truck. Theses scratches looked like someone was rubbing or wiping with either something sharp in the towel or the detailer had jewelry on. My son drove back to Delta Sonic in Crestwood to file a claim with the detail manager. The detail manager said the detailers usually don't wear jewelry when working on cars. Well we received a letter from Delta Sonic corporate office today. Here's what they had to say about it. We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident you reported. Based on our findings, it appears the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of Delta sonic. Regardless, we are concerned about any problems brought to our attention by our customers. Even though we may have not be at fault, we can fully appreciate your concern. We trust our sincerity in handling your claim meets with your satisfaction. If any reason you feel we have not handled your situation fairly please do not hesitate to contact our office. So I call the customer service and spoke with a man who asked for the claim number. He looked up the file. He stated that Delta Sonic is not at fault and the scratches did not happen from them . He definitely had a shitty attitude towards me. I stated that my sons truck did not have those scratches on his truck before he went to their business. The multiple scratched areas on the trucks roof definitely showed that the scratches were from delta Sonic . My son never puts anything on the roof of his truck nor has he ever wiped off the truck roof. The only people that touched that truck roof was Delta Sonic in Crestwood. So I'm no longer ever going to go any Delta Sonic car washes. People beware of their shady detailing services and their customer service. I had three young gentleman help me try to find my keys that got sucked into a vacuum and they were so fro and on professional and on top of it . They couldn't find my keys inside so they continued to check the vacuum outside, note it was so hot and humid outside. Once my keys were found I wanted to bring them an ice coffee and they All kindly refused and said no thank several times, Momma's you How to be proud of those boys you raisedAs my heart is so very warm. I think they deserve 5 stars. I love to come here to wash my car and see the light show around the holidays. I will not have my car delay again here anymore because the simple fact that I had to go back to have them clean the inside is not worth it specially because of the big lines and the wait. I do love this place because for a $5 dollar wash they do an excellent job and free vacuum and dry. I come here when my son is over because is on my way when I drop him over at his girlfriends house. I have been to many of the Delta Sonic locations and this one tends to have the longest wait times. Although I have the unlimited their scanner never seems to read my pass so I have to go through the manual lanes. ( Staff have given me attitude about having to walk over to open the gate) On a nice day it's 20+ minutes to go through the manual line. They need to improve how they get customers through the line. read more

Went for my sisters car to be cleaned by detailing today, and let me just say 1 Star is too much... if I could give 0 I would. In summary, the cleaning was less than what I'd get at a 15 dollar regular cleaning. The customer service is the reason I'm writing this review. I was to have my car cleaned next, but asked for the refund of $170 prior to them beginning due to the state of my sisters car. I decided to take my car elsewhere. This is our first time cleaning a car at Delta Sonic, and we will not be back. My sister was in town visiting and it's her birthday. For her birthday, we took her car to get expertly cleaned! My mom paid $170. I posted pictures to show just some of the concerns we had. Ive paid $15 for a superior clean at a regular wash, including the interior. Which begs the question, why is the car still unacceptably dirty for $170? Dust and dirt left everywhere. Some areas forgotten. Blotchiness where the solution for the vinyl protection was placed. The shifter wasn't even fully oiled and protected. The outside, I found dirt regions that I could wipe away with my hand. The cup holders.... just please see pictures. A tall blonde gentleman, working 5/29, around 12:15pm, wearing a dark blue delta sonic shirt is who came out to address my mother's concerns. Needless to say he was rude, short and basically said "well feel free to write a review to customer service." He stated that for $170 and 3 to 4 hours, there's only so much that can be done, including a once over inside the car. That for full detailing 8 hours is needed. Again... $170!? Unacceptable. He did not offer an apology or some way to right the wrong. No understanding or assistance given. He didn't provide any sort of customer service, but a brush off and a rude remark for my mother to take her concerns to elsewhere, customer service. I mean, as I had then decided to have my car cleaned elsewhere after seeing the results of my sisters car.... clearly there was space to try to assist my mothers concerns and address my sisters car. This is during COVID. Everyone is tight on money and we went to Delta Sonic and paid a significant $170 for a superior cleaning. For a job with results less than regular washes for $15, this is absolutely unacceptable. Others should see what could be the result of $170. Most of all the customer service was horrendous and unprofessional, we will not be back. read more

Yes, 100% positive. Underneath the car seat is clean like the rest, latches unbuckled, and the top tether strap was loosened in order to move the infant seat. The employee that reviewed the cleaning job made no mention of this. I didn't notice until we got home so good thing no accident otherwise some lawyers would be involved. Please accept the mistake and train your employees better. We won't be coming back but hopefully this doesn't happen to another family. read more

UPDATE: Delta Sonic contacted me to inform they have a damage claims process which I wasn't aware of (I wish it was posted somewhere.) I'm not going into details about my claim, but Delta Sonic offered several acceptable offers and honored my suggested request. I'm unclear if their track mechanism causing the issues has been resolved and I've since moved out of state. I'm updating my review to 3 stars. - 1 star for original damages - 5 stars for claims process - Final 3 stars as I can't verify if the damage causing mechanism has been fixed A picture is worth a thousand words, so here's five thousand words of proof to not use this car wash if you value your rims and tires. I was deceived by subscribing for membership with Delta sonic. When I signed up a year ago, I signed up for 25 dollars a month for car wash service. This is how they announced for it. However, every 6 months, they increase the membership by 5 dollars. initially went to 30 dollars a month, then 35 and now I am paying 40 dollars a month.!! with this price, they are not competitive anymore as they are claiming. I came in here with my dad to get his car washed the other day. I was generally surprised with the outcome of the car wash. With all of the snow and salt and mush from the weather our car really needed to be cleaned. Delta sonic did a good job of washing it. We ordered the basic service and decided not to do an upgraded one thinking that it would be enough. Sure enough it was a really good job. There was a long line when we came there but it moves surprisingly fast. I know they have a monthly membership with unlimited carwashes but I am not sure I am ready to pull the trigger on that just yet. Maybe down the line as the weather gets worse I will consider it. Stone is one of the managers and he makes it his priority to address all of your concerns. He is calm and patient and makes you feel great about having your car detailed with his employees. During the last werk of May, we experienced severe weather storms in our area. My windshield was slightly damaged. I received a few estimates for the repair that were definitely overpriced and would require being without my automobile for 24 hours. I decided to have the car hand washed before making a decision about the windshield. When I arrived at Delta Sonic, I mentioned that the windshield had a crack. The detail shop manager Ashton provided me with an affordable, quick option that could be provided while I wait. Ashton seamlessly repaired the crack himself while training another employee during the process. Immediately, after repairing the windshield, Brandon took charge of the hand wash. As much as I want to keep Brandon all to myself, I know it's only fair to share his impeccable attention to detail with others. As I watched Brandon work, it was very evident that he LOVES to detail cars. He treated my car as if it were his own. He took his time and he was thorough!
