Tim in oil change was very helpful and kind, I purchased every he suggested while in the shop.

I paid for a Super Kiss Plus plan and come to find out that Delta Sonic has been doing a basic wash on my car all winter. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage read more

Really good and quick service compared to some of the other locations this one is one of the best. Also the woman making pizzas on Thursdays did a phenomenal job, better than I've had at any pizza shop. All around this location has great customer service. Fool me once same on you. Twice - that's on me. Decided to give Delta a second chance with detailing my car. I once again paid for the $35 steam clean. Workers were pleasant. The gentleman even mentioned how slow today was. I ordered food at the Brick Oven pizza place. My car was ready before my food. Come on - if I'm paying $35 to have my car cleaned it's BS it was finished before my fast food. I also had to awkwardly drive my car from the back of Delta to the front even though I was waiting for lunch. My car is still filthy. My windshield has scuffs. There's hair and leaves all over my console. I was also offered free "new car" scent. I don't smell anything but my dog and BO from going to the gym last night. I paid $35 + tax to have my floor mats vacuumed and sprayed. Maybe my expectations aren't in line? read more

I actually used to work at this location as a teen and it has came a long way in the last 20 years. Now it has a brick oven pizzeria, a Timmy Ho's, a detail/maintenance shop and a much larger convenience store and gas station. The prices have also increased a significant amount over the years. My Red Trax needed some TLC on the interior so this past Monday I took it in for a cleaning. I added the waxing on the inside dashboard and doors for an additional $25 because of several spilled coffee stains over the last year. $65 plus a $5 tip is a bit steep for this service , but I must admit the end result was worth it. My car almost looked good as new. The scent they added , "Fresh and Clean", smelled like exactly that. Now If it wasn't so crowded and dangerous going in and out of their lot, I would do more of my car services here! read more

I stopped here yesterday to have my inside cleaned/sanitized and my carpets shampooed. (I had three cleaning and sanitizing passes that I bought as a deal on Black Friday. I also bought three 15-minute express detail passes on Black Friday. The choices were hand wax, carpet shampoo, vinyl protectant, leather conditioner, or aquapel. I chose the carpet shampoo.) The girl who cleaned my car did a great job!!! She had me look it over to make sure everything was okay before she gave my keys back. After I helped a family member, I came back to get my seats shampooed. It was around $45.00. (I shouldn't have gotten the seats shampooed. It's winter and they're not dry yet. They're still damp. Big error in my judgment. I should have waited until the summer time to have the seats done. They would've dried a lot sooner.) The staff were friendly, kind, and did an excellent job with the inside of my car. (I recently lost a gift card that was supposed to be for a family member. One of the staff who was cleaning the car had found it and left it in the back left map holder.) I will definitely be back for any inside detailing that I might need. (Not as happy with the car wash, since they usually have other cars RIGHT on TOP of you with no room to breathe and you're right on top of the car in front of you.) Well it's winter in Buffalo...how do you clean your car??? This place! You can't beat this place...we got a oil change and they gave us a free car wash. But even if you purchase a car wash you usually get a free car wash with a purchase. This happens all year long. But today we decided to come after a few days of below zero temps and the bills playoff game in 15 minutes we thought it would be empty! No!!!! Everyone had the same idea. Still giving it 5 stars. The guy that hand dry my car was very into doing his job and did a great job. Love it here! I didn't have to wait that long to get my car wash since I am a member of the unlimited car wash. I was able to listen to my music loudly and didn't have anybody look me wrong or be judgemental. ‍ ‍ There is free vacuum to clean the inside of your car and it is just great costumer service DOT. It feels me with joy to come here it is like one of my therapy. It being first come first serve I thought I would be helped 3rd. 3 hours later and 10 cars going before me I finally asked why I was told to wait. Tom took care of me during my visit. He told me exactly what my car needed with regards to service and did not try to sell me unnecessary services. It's in a great spot in West Seneca, employees are always friendly and helpful and there is a Tim Hortons inside which is a plus :) I recently went there for a exterior & interior cleaning and ended up getting my oil changed as well and I was helped by a super nice guy (GaryFoster). My vehicle was dented and scratched due to one of your signs blowing over in the drive-through car wash. Currently have a claim going with the West Seneca location. Manager refused to do any work on site. Claim number: 528352 Date of loss: 2/22/20 12:40pm No compensation and no remedy offered by the manager. The claim process is a joke. After years of actively avoiding yelp, I have finally created an account specifically to leave this review. This place is an absolute zoo. In fact, every delta sonic I've been to is. I'm sure the idea of having gas pumps, a car wash, detailing, service, and a convenience store all in one place is a good one but it requires proper implementation. You can't access half of this stuff through the parking lot of cars even during "slow" hours. It takes forever to get a simple not-that-great car wash here and I can't even count how many near accidents I've had while trying to do so because of how poorly the parking lot and driving areas are set up. I put off cleaning my car so much longer than I should because of how much I hate coming here. I will say that the staff is always super friendly. Can't complain about them! read more

Stop at Delta Sonic for a car wash and inquired about their unlimited super kiss car wash. Brittany helped me get set up, very friendly and help explain the ins and out of the program. This is a great deal if you're getting you car washed on the regular. This also gives you access to the "speedy" lane which will come in handy for busy days in the summer and the get the Buffalo salt off your car day. And you get the nice little extras at the towel drying station like rain-x for your windshield and wheel scrubbed. This particular plaza is very well thought out, with plenty of room for hustle and bustle when it gets busy (some DS locations are extremely cramped, especially when it's busy). This location has plenty of gas pumps to choose from, free vacuum service to use, amazing car wash, detailing section, oil changes, they even have a Tim Hortons and Brick Oven Pizza in their cafe. For a delightfully mediocre car wash, Delta Sonic is your place. No one ever makes sure everything is done properly on you car. I have had everything from dirty windshields, in finished interiors, sloppy wipe downs and even have had 3 of 4 tires get the tire shine. Often they'll forget one side or the other but one wheel? If you are looking for an oil change or an inspection where you can actually be comfortable while waiting, definitely come here! The service station is attached to the convenience store/Tim Horton's/Delta Sonic restaurant. Check in is a breeze and they are more than happy to come find you when they need you. Seating is comfortable with booths and tables available in the eating area. There are a few TVs to watch and plugs in the booths for your electronics. The bathrooms are always nice and clean and everyone that works there is always chipper and smiling. Really great experience all around. read more

Every time he makes my food it's LITERALLY picture perfect. I mean look at my picture! And it tastes amazing. Just what I was expecting and better. I am not saying the other workers aren't as good but he is spot on each time, uber courteous, and always ends with a thank you topped off with a smile. The other day I paid for a wax but it turned out to be a pretty bad experience. The guys that did my car after the wash, although extremely polite, did a crazy fast rush job and I ended up re-wiping the car when I got home. I let Delta Sonic know about my experience and as promised, a manager called me back within 48 hours and went way above and beyond to make up for the prior less than perfect experience. The guys and gals they have wiping down the cars after the wash do a good job. I'm sure they only have a certain amount of time to get a car done so that the can maximize the amount going through but sometimes they are just in too much of a hurry. I know they speed up the wash process on nice sunny busy days and I get that, but let those folks who wipe the cars afterwards do the good job they want to do and don't rush them so much. All in all, this is a well run location and everyone there is always friendly and willing to help. read more

Definitely my favorite of all Delta Sonics. Great car wash, lots of pumps. Also lots of activity. They have the little pump stoppers, which I love. Especially on the freezing cold night that I was here, so I could put my hands in my pockets. They zip you right through the car wash. Nice employees. Access to and from is easy because it doesn't empty onto a main road like the DSes in Williamsville/Amherst. If I'm in this area again I will definitely come back here. In fact, I have a free wash, and I'm thinking of just coming right back here instead of dealing with Transit Road or Maple/NF Blvd. It's close to work for me. Stop here and enjoy. read more

This review is not about the car wash but the inspection/repair service at the same location. Visited on a Saturday for an oil change and inspection at 2PM. One car in line in front of me. Supervisor tells me they have taken their last inspection customer of the day (makes no sense) but can do an oil change. So I pull in line for that. During the work, I ask if they can quote tires. The tech (different person) tells me they don't do that (despite the stack of spent tires outside before I pull in and the big overhead sign inside saying 'tires'). I ask if they do brakes and he says "sometimes." I ask what that means and he says they won't do brake pads, only rotors + pads at $650/axel, which I find amazing (both that he can quote without looking up make/model and the obvious lie that they don't do brake pads). He tells me some total BS about how rotors have to be replaced with brake pads as if I'm 16 driving my first car. Then tells me that I shoud go to another shop because they would do it cheaper. I complete the oil change and come back the next day at 12:30p for an inspection. One car ahead of me. You guessed it... again someone walks up (again, someone new) and says they have taken their last customer for the day for inspection. I ask him when they close for inspections and he says "2:30 or 3". So you can only do one more car for the day in the 2.5 hours remaining? What on earth is going on with the lies and horrible service at this site? Obvioulsy the techs at this location simply don't want to do work. Pretty amazing. Service so horrible that I will never return to this location for any reason. read more

Went in for a state inspection recently and often go for oil changes. Good service and a quick turn around keeps me going back. Near me they also offer the lowest gas prices, too, which is nice. Their convenience store section provides plenty to browse through while waiting on the shop crew. read more

I would love to review Delta Sonic because I feel that sometimes you have to say it out loud. I was in yesterday with my daughter to get her new used car cleaned for the first time. We dropped it off with a promise to have it detailed in 30 min. No problem we went for lunch. When we returned the vehicle didn't even look like it has been touched. The Detail Sup Robert Rombkowski took her vehicle right back in to be correctly cleaned. He made sure the car was done perfect. Sometimes things happen. Who doesn't love going through the car wash? After several years of living away from a Delta Sonic I'm so glad to have on back. The super kiss is always my go -to and I appreciate the pre-rinse, touch-less wash with the berry smelling soap. The best part is not only do you go through the air dryer you also have your car wiped down by 2 attendance by hand! They make sure you don't have any extra streaks or messes that the wash didn't get off your car. This doesn't take very long as the dryers are experts about getting your car dry and moving on to the next person in line. They also offer a discount on your gas if you purchase a car wash with it! This location is getting a bigger "store" added on and I hope it gets a service center as well! read more

I love this location. We use the detail dept often. This location is blessed to have Bob working in this dept. I am thrilled when I pull up and see Bob working. I am confident i will leave satisfied. I did have a problem the other day when my car went thru the detail shop for the 10 min. When I checked the car it was obvious they never even touched the windshield. I told the young man it wasn't done and walked back inside leaving him to do it right. I seen Bob and told him I'm sorry dont mean to complain and told him what happened. Without hesitation Bob was on it. He made sure it was done and done right without hesitation. I know it has to be hard to be the boss but Bob handles all situations professionally and quickly. This Delta Sonic screwed me over I asked for a New York State inspection and they gave me a glorified oil change when I specifically said I need my inspection done. Went there back after my dad realized that I was given a glorified oil change they refused to refund me my money and I refuse to get my inspection down there because they took advantage of the fact that I am a first time driver who is a female. They then decided to start blaming me about it they said that I asked for the oil change when I specifically said I know I need my inspection done. Their so-called supervisor there then began to yell at both me and my father saying I can either get my inspection done there or leave which I do not appreciate, being talked like I am a 5 year old child when I am 25 years old. As a first time driver I refuse to ever go back to Delta sonic ever again they take advantage of first time drivers who are mainly young women do not take your money there ever to get anything done. Let's just say if yelp let me I would give this place a zero star rating. We need to realize that there should be more women mechanics because then they would know that, women should not be screwed over the way that men screw women over during inspections oil change or anything dealing with a car. read more
