Had to try this organic coffee shop. Hubs had the med dark roast coffee drip. He said the medium dark roast grew on him and he liked it. There's no light or medium roast option, his norm. I had the Caramel macchiato. It as good. Very sweet! Would come back to try other drinks.

I love coffee! All things coffee. I have even begun experimenting with it at home. A connoisseur of coffee, a coffeisseur if you will. Deltina is on a whole different level. We are out here playing checkers and Deltina is playing chess, 3 moves ahead! Great service, and greater coffee. My wife got a salted caramel iced-coffee and I went with a latte with almond milk and sugar-free vanilla. Phe-nom-e-nal! The flavor profiles were great, you could taste the coffee and it was not too sweet. Loved both drinks! It was much cheaper than big chain shops as well! Great service, and product at a great price. 10 out of 5 stars!!

Bought it on the 20th, so it's freshly roasted. Can wait to grind it and run it through my espresso machine.

What a great place. I love finding hidden gems and this is definitely that. It's not in the lime light of Pismo Beach but it's 100% worth the visit. I had the latte (no syrup) which was amazing. They roast in-house organic beans (they get their beans from all over the place depending on what is in season). Currently, they are brewing the Cypress Blend for their lattes. It's not acidic and has chocolate notes. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice. I have an espresso machine at home and I pull my own shots. I am a novice so I want to learn from those that are in the industry. He was friendly and we talked about how we got started in the coffee roasting business. What a great story. Deltina has plenty of parking and the interior had a great vibe. The workers are friendly and the service is great. 100% recommend this place.

As a first time tourist from Portland Oregon, I was delighted that they have this Everything cookie! There was only one left by the time we ordered. The everything cookie has everything good to make a hearty oatmeal, raisin, nuts, and everything yummy and healthy. In Portland Oregon I love the Hippie Cookie at Jim & Patty's coffee shop. The Everything cookie here at Deltina's is the next best thing to a Hippie Cookie.

My favorite little town coffee shop. The local vibe is astounding and the coffee even more amazing! Sit in there cozy chairs and wait for them to roast some coffee because the smell is amazing! I especially love their staff! The team is always sweet, even if they are busy you don't see the strain of chaos on their face! They keep a smile and are genuine when asking how your day is going! I have stopped here 4 times in the last 2 months, usually to by a pound of their freshly roasted beans. I usually get the High Tide. Its better than anything else I could find. When the De Bilz family food truck was out back on Friday, I decided to order a specialty coffee, grab a breakfast sandwich from the truck and sit down for a bit. It was easily one of the best mochas Ive ever had. Buy yourself a present, take about 15 minutes for yourself and try one there. You will not be disappointed. read more

We're regulars and make the drive from Nipomo several times a week. The service is wonderful, but the coffee is truly the best that my wife and have ever found, and that's not hype. On top of that, if you ask, they will give your dog a "pup cup" of whipped cream. We love this place. read more

I'm usually picky about my coffee and indecisive. The owner was very kind and helped me pick the latte. The latte did not disappoint. The coffee was very creamy and before I knew it, it was gone. I like to casually sip my coffee, but this one was very tasty and I finished it quickly. The only downside was that I had to deal with the jitters, but it was worth it. Would definitely come back again. The patio area was also a great option considering COVID precautions. read more

Excellent coffee and amazing staff! We had the spiced latte and iced mocha and they were both amazing. The spiced latte was reminiscent of a cinnamon roll and the mocha was excellent and wasn't over-powered by the chocolate flavor which let the taste of the espresso shine. Easy parking and great location. read more

I haven't been to there physical location BUT..the Breezeway cafe in Pismo Beach uses there espresso beans and I couldn't have been more satisfied. I got a simple 12oz americano and it tasted amazing! Not bitter or too acidic. It feels good to be able to support 2 local businesses at once! Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! Thank you! read more

My husband and I have gone to this shop 2 days in a row and plan on making it a third tomorrow! The shop is absolutely beautiful and clean, the baristas are so incredibly friendly and our drinks were to die for. My hubs got an iced caramel macchiato and I got an iced white mocha both with an extra shot. Way better than Starbucks!! We said this will be our shop when we come to visit from here on out. This is probably my favorite coffee roastery on the Central Coast...the beans are organic and fair-trade sourced. Owners Jack and Jill Quint are helping to elevate the Oceano experience. There is a huge variety of beans to choose from and of course, they know their stuff! They provide coffee to many restaurants in the area and have a big operation. We will definitely be checking out more varieties, we tasted the ones we bought in comparison with a bunch of other roasters on the Central Coast and they are the winner for variety as well as quality. They definitely take pride in their selection and quality!

i usually come here when i'm looking for coffee in solvang! it's solid with great service. the…read moreowner seems to be a one man army a lot of the time, which i respect a lot! the space itself is super cute and i'd do work here if i needed to. the most recent time i went, i got the velhrona ganache iced latte with oat milk and it was... just okay sadly. i looked through reviews and people are pretty mixed on its flavoring- to me, it tasted like hershey's cocoa powder and nothing more. it was interesting that i was getting little clumps of cocoa powder in my drink? i also couldn't really taste the espresso in the drink at all. perhaps it just wasn't for me.. also not sure if things have changed, because i remember asking if there are more shots with size increases. i was told there were not, so i got the smallest size available for iced drinks. if i came again, i'd just play it safe with an iced americano or iced vanilla latte or something :p

Somehow they really do blend together. Now one would expect the drink to be more green or pink somehow but it's pretty natural, which makes sense with the overall vibe of the place. No artificial colorings or flavorings here. Ham & cheese: The pastries seem to rotate so there isn't a set food menu. They had an assortment of pastries available and my preference leans more savory so a toasted ham and cheese was perfect for me for lunch. Service was friendly and informative - they have a pretty extensive menu but the staff know the menu and can offer recommendations. The ambiance is really what would deter me from coming back. Personally, it's just not my vibe, feels a little bit claustrophobic like I'm in a old beachside cottage or mini barn. The floors are worn and tired and pained this jarring shade of teal. The plate my ham and cheese was served on was a similar shade. Blue is not a color that triggers appetite traditionally so I'm curious as to why this choice was made. If I were to come back I'd probably either sit outside or take my drink to go. Really a bummer because the latte was so good. But again, just personal preference.

**Mixed Experience with Service** My visit to this café was quite disappointing, primarily due to the poor service from one of the baristas. I asked a question to the barista with the blonde hair, but she completely ignored me. To make matters worse, I noticed her grabbing shot glasses and putting her fingers inside the cups, which was unhygienic and off-putting. She then proceeded to open the fridge door without washing her hands, further adding to my discomfort. It was not a pleasant experience, and it definitely affected my overall impression of the place. On a positive note, the girl at the cashier who took my order was very nice and polite. Her friendly demeanor was a bright spot in an otherwise lackluster visit. I hope the café addresses these hygiene and service issues, as they significantly detract from what could otherwise be a great experience. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee house. They roast their own beans and the flavor is amazing. I ordered a mocha latte and it was smooth and rich, with just the right amount of sweetness. The environment was hip and relaxed, with comfortable seating and a nice vibe. I could hangout here for hours and read or hammer out some work. The cinnamon roll with icing was so good too, soft and moist, with a generous layer of frosting. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great coffee and a cozy atmosphere. My only critique would be to warm the cinnamon rolls. read more

I'm so thrilled these guys moved in this spot in Oceano! They did a beautiful job on sprucing it up! The coffee is delicious. So much so that we buy all of our espresso from them and even though we make lattes at home we still find reasons to stop in here and treat ourselves to one of their specialty drinks. The staff is very friendly and does a wonderful job. Highly recommend. read more
