Super bummed they are closed for remodeling. When checking Yelp nothing was listed. In the Santa Maria for a sporting event and made the treck over. But I remember that cheesecake... as I walked around the corner I noticed paper on the windows, at the front door there is a sign closed for remodeling. Visit the area several times a year and was excited to finally try this place. Unfortunately, the two pre sliced loafs of bread we purchased were stale and dry. It was clear they were marketed as fresh baked but at least a day old. We purchased to make sandwiches but the bread is cut so thick and is so dry it won't be good for anything but maybe French toast. It's a real shame. We also purchased a sandwhich at the store which was tasty and made with soft fresh baked bread. I will personally skip this place on future visits. read more

Came in for the breakfast sandwich, their options were bologne, or chicken sausage. We settled for the chicken sausage. They were very good! Big portion, so very filling. Also picked up their fave brown butter cookies, Delicious and a couple of small loaves for home. You can also pick up some Deltina coffee here as well. Wow! We were passing by the area and wanted some dessert. Tried their amazing basque style pumpkin cheesecake and came right back for a second one to take to my mom. Hard to find good cheesecake like this!! Creamy and thick, not that overwhelming pumpkin but subtle enough that you can keep eating and it won't get you tired. Sourdough mini loaves where delicious. Baked bread every day fresh, local coffee beans for sale, cookies, dog treats, and those butter but cookies were to die for. They also have bottled drinks to god. It's a small storefront with plenty of public parking and we took a quick walk to the beach so our dog could run around while we were there. Finally made it over to this shop and was blown away! Great selection, friendly service, perfectly fluffy, chewy and tangy sourdough. I loved that they also had a 3 for $10 deal, so I picked up traditional, garlic, and cheddar. I shared the garlic and cheddar with friends, and they really enjoyed them.
