Last night was probably the last straw. We came back after our last visit. It was around 6:30ish pm. There were 3 other tables with a few people at them. We were greeted and promptly seated by someone who I assume was the manager. Once seated, it took our waitress 15 minutes to greet us and bring us water. We only ordered salad as an appetizer, which she brought out pretty quickly after that. There was one guy walking around with pizza on an almost empty tray. It was 35 more minutes before we got any pizza, and even then, it was one small slice that tasted old and reheated. The cheese wasn't rock-hard, but looked melted. By about that time, the dinner rush happened, the restaurant was full and there was still no pizza for about 20 more minutes. Finally, they started bringing pizza around. There were several times the servers passed us but served all the tables around us. The waitresses were helping because I guess they were understaffed. However, now there were so many people eating, they were running out of pizza before they got to some tables. We did get some pizza, but the service was the worst I've had. Side note to say, it was so bad, the manager was back there struggling to make pizza. He was moving slower than the cooks and looked like he'd never touched dough before, but at least he was trying. It will take a LOT for us to return to this business, especially after my first review. read more

Because of that, you may not always get the exact pizzas you're hoping for, as the rotation tends to lean more toward the simpler options. Great pizzas! I was not expecting it to be Italian style. I have been holding off to come here because I thought it was gonna be thick new york american style, but it is thin and chewy just like Italy!! Service was great from the people walking around carrying the pizzas. Our waitress was okay, a bit pesty. We went at an odd hour, so kinda felt bad they were bringing out fresh pizza. I guess their warmer works well so it's okay. The guys were really nice, better than our waitress. They were much more accommodating than her. She was in a bit of a rush, there were certain moments it felt like she was trying to kick us out. She tried to take the salad plate away but we weren't done with it and got another refill. The she gave us our check mid eating, but we didn't even get to dessert yet. Her shift was over so we ended up getting another waiter. We got the cheapest experience, the honey lemon vinaigrette arugula salad is spectacular!!! Especially the sauce, I love it. I also like how their slices are small so that we can try more variety of pizzas. I ended up with 20 slices including dessert. Also tried Brazilian lemonade, lack the sourness and I think it's premade. Asked for more lime, it was great. Not a bad deal for $5 PORTABELLA & TRUFFLE PIZZA 4/5 I love mushroom pizza, this was delicious, but my second slice didn't have any truffle oil. THAI CHICKEN PIZZA 0/5 the peanut sauce is just straight up peanut butter. Will not get again, very glad this is a seasonal item. TURKISH LAMB 3/5 tastes exactly what it is, good lamb and onions, not overly smelly. HONEY SOPPRESSATA 5/5 Best pizza! The hot honey sauce is fantastic. Their best pizza yet. SAUSAGE BBQ 3/5 this one was okay. My slice didn't have any sausages, but BBQ pizza is always good. CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA 4/5 Delicious!!! Great sauce, goes well with the ground chicken. I believe we came at 2:45pm and I tried requesting some pizzas that haven't come out yet around 4:00pm but the waitress said certain flavors were only for dinner time so we got kinda confused. They should have a list of pizzas that's excluded from lunch, it's the same price regardless so I don't know. Overall great experience!!!! Would come again for dinner to try all that they got. We've been looking forward to trying Delucca ever since the moves into the Alliance Towne Center. My wife and I made a reservation at 2:30 on this Sunday but realized there was no need when we arrived. I was surprised there was only three tables at when we walked in. We were actually greeted by a young lady that appears to the manager and she was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, that was the last we would see of good customer service. Our server did explain the menu and how the ordering works. I opted for the four course and my wife the three course. Besides the salad, pizza and dessert....my fourth course was the lobster bisque. I was impressed with it. Just a little different that you drink it out of a cup, but ok. We started by turning over the coaster and that's where the service dropped like a boulder. There were two pizza servers ( a young man and a young lady). The young man was very nice but unfortunately he was in the kitchen a lot. The young lady serving us had the worst attitude I've seen in a long time. She literally tossed our slices into to our plates, appeared severely pissed off and this continued the entire time. One time she tossed a slice into my wife's plate and it landed upside down, she just walked off. It took everything in me to not say anything. The we come to the pizza. I was disappointed. The cook was all over the place. Some were cooked well and others had soggy bottom crust and falling apart. At least half the pieces we tried lacked simple seasonings and were fairly bland. This is a great concept. My love and I made reservations for brunch to celebrate our anniversary. The restaurant is beautiful. We were sat at a big booth off to the side. It was nice and cozy. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. She explained everything about the menu choices and brought us chilled bottles of water. We chose the 5 course brunch option and two drinks- an Italian beer and a white sangria. The appetizers were delicious. I looooved the arugula salad. The arugula paired so well with the honey lemon vinaigrette. I also really enjoyed the wagyu meatballs and lobster bisque. It was very tasty. Once we flipped our cars the pizzas kept coming. I can't even tell you how many I tried! Some I liked, some I passed on, and some I'm obsessed with. And this comes from someone who doesn't really care for pizza. An elegant dining experience with pizza! I like the lobster bisque, arugula salad, margherita, Brazilian sausage, cheese and truffle, honey soprasado, Nutella. They have so much selection and different flavors to try. You can also request a pizza to be made as well. I always have room for like 5 Nutella pieces after I'm done with the course meals. Service was amazing for the birthday dinner we were having. Service was A1. Bartender was friendly. The hostess went above And beyond to make our dining experience comfortable. The table was wobbly and she was able to fix it quickly and easily. That definitely was gonna set the dinner tone well. Especially since we were here for a large party of 25. First time there today and the pizza was fantastic! With Mister 01 down the street with pizza equally as great, it will be a hard choice. All the pizzas were awesome, the dressing on the arugula was amazing, and the meatballs were good but the sauce was the big winner. The only complaint was the staffing, maybe it was understaffed today. So when there got to be a party of 13, 4 booths, and 1 other table, there was a 20 minute lull in the pizza action watching the many trays going to those tables and running out multiple times before getting to us. This is my second time dining at this location; it took over the space where Zoë's used to be. The space is beautiful and spacious, lots of seating area and great got big parties. If you've never been, think of the Brazilian steakhouse where they bring you meats to your table, but with PIZZAS! All different toppings on the most delicious thin crust dough baked perfectly crispy. The service is definitely top notch, never missing a beat. You'll get plenty of chances to try all the flavorings and if it's something specific just let them know and they'll bring it right over. Our classic favorites are the pepperoni and soppressata, the mushroom Ava truffle oil is amazing. We also love the fun infusions like Mexican elote and the tikka masala. The chicken is also a popular choice for my boys. But you definitely have to save room for the dessert pizzas-- the guava is hands down my favorite with the toasted coconut de leche coming in at a close second, but you really can't go wrong with any of them. The great thing is that now you get a choice to pay for only the starting apps you want or no apps at all, which is nice if you are not a fan of lobster bisque or want to fill up on their meatballs-- but it's so really so good, you shld try at least once & it's unlimited. You can do the all you can eat Brazilian style for $26 a person or you can of course order just a pizza. Naturally, we did both. We were able to try every single pizza on the menu which was awesome. Delucca is an all you can eat wood fired pizza place with multiple locations across the DFW area. Aiming for Brazilian steakhouse style buffet vs going up to a counter like other popular pizza places. They fire the pizzas up and bring the pizza's around offering slices at each table. They offer up unique pizza options, and have at least a peperoni option for the pickier eaters. Though I'm curious if they would do a regular cheese for kids. They had some interesting drink options, the most popular being a non-alcoholic that came with an orange on the rim. Unfortunately we forgot pictures of our drinks! Where I could say I dropped a star is that at the 25 and some change price point, and the system of bringing pizzas to each table, it can be easy to feel like you didn't get $50 dollars worth of pizza. The flip to that is, I feel like the price is for presentation, number of staff, and ambiance that the restaurant tries to have. I would like to come back to try other seasonal options, or have a few of the favorites from this visit again. So, we had passed a Delucca in Southlake many times but never had stopped, and never knew it was all you can eat! We went ahead and stopped at this location so we could justify stopping at H‑E‑B while over here. Staff was outstanding ... with your meal price you get beef meatballs in a marinara sauce, arugula salad and a lobster bisque to start with. My one change I would make on that in is to have another soup option for those who can't eat shellfish. On the pizza side of things they bring various wood fire pizzas around to the tables, with the most basic being a pepperoni pizza. I forgot to ask if they would make a more basic cheese if we had kids with us but I forgot. While pricey, if you go in with it being the one meal of your day I'm sure you will feel like you got your moneys worth. read more

Not sure I would call it a salad- technically I guess but needs more to be a salad. The Damn Good Margarita was good. * When you got the pizzas straight from the oven they were solid good. Lots of options to choose from. Some were a unique combination. What could of been better: * This one's a big one for me, why wear clear gloves if you're going to run them through your hair or tuck your shirt in the back of your pants. Or wear one glove but use both hands? The hygiene practices at the open pizza kitchen had some opportunities. * If the pizza wasn't hot, wasn't good as lukewarm. * The "lobster" chowder was a decent cream but wouldn't say lobster. Overall this is one of those "experiences" you do with some friends for a night out. before i continue, i think the reason i'm giving this place 4 stars is that we got a BOGO offer in the mail. I don't think this place is worth 26 bucks a person for the pizza buffet.... especially if your spouse or significant other doesn't eat a lot. lol. Anyways, this place is like fogo de chao, where servers will come by to serve different slices of pizza. I didn't get to eat all.. and honestly i don't think i could. there are too many to eat. But i think i did try more than half the menu. The meal will start with Arugula Salad, Wagyu Meatballs, and Lobster Bisque. The lobster bisque and the wagyu meatballs were really good. and i'm sure they are unlimited. As for the pizza, my favorite slice was the indian inspired one and also the Brazilian steak one. They also have dessert pizzas (we tried two out of the three and the guava one is really good!) I understand this place is definitely more upscale than other pizza buffets. I do not like giving anybody under four stars. Unfortunately, this was a three star experience, at best, when we visited this past weekend with friends. We have been to the Southlake location and have picked up pizza from there many times. Each time, it has been a good experience. However, this Alliance location (where Zoe's used to be), while beautifully decorated and full of eager employees, misses the mark in many areas. Delucca is like a Brazilian steakhouse, but with pizza. You flip your coaster to green on your table and the employees will bring pizza. However, every single employee, minus the two female managers, are clueless and do not understand what the black side of the coaster means. We continued to be bombarded even when we said we were finished and had flipped our coaster over. We could not complete one single thought without another person coming up and asking us if we want the pizza they're holding. (Two of the people dropped pizza upside down on plates at our table. One landed NEXT to my husband's plate and splashed his phone; fresh and hot. I understand those issues because these kids are young and this place is new. Grace.) Our waiter, Pedro, is unseasoned as well. In fact, when I asked for more arugula to go, he said I would have to pay for a salad. The arugula is what comes with the $25pp non-stop pizza. It's like the chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant, if you will, but not free, clearly. I paid $200 for this dinner, a little arugula togo should not be a thing. I understand Pedro is following the rules, so more grace for this issue. The main issue is the gluten-free pizza. It tasted awful. It's like the temperature was too high when they cooked the pizza or maybe the dough was just not handled properly. It was doughy/hard throughout and burnt on the outside. It tasted nothing like Southlake, but should be the same dough. Maybe not. I understand this is a new location. However, please do better. read more

It's a brazilian gaucho style type pizza place, which means they are going to walk past your table with 18 different types of pizza and ask if you want a slice! Start with a cocktail! They are good here! Round 1: The will give you a salad! Not only is it delicious, but you are about to eat like 2 full thin crust pizzas... if you know what I mean! Kobe beef meatballs, they are freakin' delicious! The soup: Lobster Bisque! Maybe the best you have ever had! PRO TIP: It's bottomless! You can get more salad, meatballs and soup! Do not hesitate to order more!! Then the pizza! 4 dessert pizzas: dulce de leche (my favorite), bananas foster, Nutella and Guava. Save Room! 14 rounds of pizza heaven, it's like Cici's on Crack!! All you can eat, and it's all hand tossed and wood fired right in front of you! Man this place rocks! Pro Tip #2: Don't fill up on the first rounds... they have some real high-end pizzas, that are worth waiting for! But be sure to try EVERYTHING! We were excited to try Deluca Gaucho since the concept sounded great--Brazilian-style pizza served rodízio style with a fixed price, all-you-can-eat setup. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was tasty , but our experience was mixed. My husband ordered the full meal (meatballs and lobster bisque), while my niece and I went for the pizza/salad/dessert pizza option. The pizzas came around in small slices, which makes sense for trying multiple flavors, but as a vegetarian, the options for me were pretty limited. I will say that the couple of choices I tried (the margherita and the four cheese with truffle oil) were very good. Service, unfortunately, was where things fell short. Our waitress started out friendly but quickly became rushed and inattentive. We ordered a bottle of wine early on, but it never came until I literally got up halfway through the meal to ask about it. Every time she stopped by, she seemed in such a hurry that we couldn't even get a word in before she dashed off. On the flip side, Noah--the server walking around with the pizzas--was a true bright spot. He was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Honestly, he was the highlight of our night and the only reason this review isn't lower. Other issues: the arugula salad (the only salad offered) wasn't for me, and it felt odd to be asked if we wanted another plate of salad while we were already eating dessert pizzas. We also had a server repeatedly try to bring savory pizzas after we'd clearly switched to dessert, which got frustrating. Bottom line: the idea is fun, and if you love trying lots of different pizzas, you may enjoy it more than we did. Food was average when we finally got it. Service was very bad. 3 People at our table were never served - I made multiple servers aware yet the service did not improve. We were overcharged (total bill was $359) but I did not realize until we left the restaurant. We were there for a birthday and had out of town guests and everyone just wanted to get out of there. We had a great experience at the Dallas location in the past so I felt confident with my choice. I could not have been more embarrassed and disappointed than I was tonight. Well this was a find!! We were out and about running errands. We're new to this part of town, and were looking for a place to eat. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this gem! The best way to describe this place is CiCis for boujee adults who like to drink alcohol!! The pizza is all you can eat, but gourmet loveliness. The salad is straight up arugula with a house made dressing--yum! All you can eat meatballs...it's like I died and went to food heaven! The wine list is slightly limited, but they've got all of the basics to meet any hankering. The cocktail menu, however, is quite creative. We had wine, but I'm going cocktail next time for sure. They do have cauliflower crust if you're into that sort of thing, but I recommend you opt in for the carbs if you're making the trip! Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Loved the look of the restaurant. Very surprised with how they were able to completely redesign the space that used to be a fast casual restaurant. I tried 2 pizzas that I loved, pepperoni and truffle and cheese. Usually not a fan of truffle so this was a pleasant surprise. The green salad, meatballs and lobster bisque were all very tasty and came with the all you can eat price. They do not provide spoons for the lobster bisque. When I asked for a spoon, the waitress Emma stated the spoons are almost as big as the cups the bisque was served in. They were big but still small enough to use. I don't like the feeling of drinking lobster bisque out of a cup. There were no discernible pieces of lobster in the bisque but still tasty. The host was very friendly, the staff that brought the pizzas were very prompt and knowledgeable about the variety of pizzas. Our server,Emma was nice but not very attentive. I asked for the previously mentioned spoon but after waiting for her to bring it, I had to go to the front to the hostess stand where she was standing and chit chatting with the hostess to ask for the spoon. Every time I needed anything, I would look up and see her laughing and enjoying herself at the hostess stand. A manager cleared my table, one of the staff members serving the pizza had to go search for a clean plate for us. Our waitress was literally at the front ignoring us. She was pleasant when we spoke to her but she just wasn't doing her job at all. I would return but hopefully get a different server. I didn't know until the end of our meal that we could request different pizzas and have them served. The manager that cleared our table told me.l, not our waitress. Delucca I love to love you! This is a great new addition to Alliance town square! I met a friend at the bar on Friday. They have happy hour from 4:30p-6p. My friend and I ended up ordering multiple pizzas and I got the beef empanadas. The bartender was cool and patient. I really liked the empanada flavor. The beef looked a little red but I blocked at the visual and ate it anyway. Lol I really like the cupped pepperoni on the pizza and I love the fact they don't add a lot of sauce on the pizza. They also did a great job on the decor. Overall I give this 5 stars and I will definitely come back. It would be a 5 if the happy hour was longer and if the person delivering the food actually knew who ordered it. Every time new orders came out they would ask everyone if the order was theirs and I don't like people breathing over my food... Overall this place is surely worth stopping by. This place is delicious! My fiancé and I stopped in for an early dinner Sunday night, and we were very pleased with the service and all of the food. I have a gluten and dairy sensitivity so my pizza was completely separate, but my fiancé was able to enjoy their wide variety of pizzas and dessert pizzas! He said everything tasted great. We were seated and treated immediately and with a smile. Each pizza we tried, we really enjoyed. Each has a unique flavor and the quality of the ingredients are on point. The appetizers are really delicious. The Kobe meatballs are really good in the marinara sauce. The arugula salad and lemon vinaigrette is fresh. The fact there is unlimited lobster bisque is such a plus I can't stop ordering it. We use our crust pieces to dip it in the bisque. The ambiance is clean and organized. We really like how this place feels like a bistro and pizzaria all at the same time. I will be back to this location for sure. The bar tenders were very attentive and quick with the drinks.
