I do not recommend. My house made salad dressing and garlic knot had more flavor than the chicken Marsala. My husband said "the more I eat this Marsala, the plainer it gets." I also found a hair in my Marsala so I threw it away and shared my husband's dish. For spending $83 bucks, this was a complete waste of money. Well.. left a Google review for this place and they actually went as far as to create a fake Google account to leave a counter review posing as a fake customer. I had 3 or 4 bites of a stromboli when I got sick all of a sudden. Some ingredient had gone rancid and as I was outside waiting for my wife to pay the bill. Today, Monday August 25th, I am still reeling from the effects of food poisoning. This is being described as 'over acting' by their staff but I can assure you it was not. I literally threw up next to our parked vehicle as I was waiting for my wife to get out of the restroom and to pay the bill. Shame on you for your Google response.. Delivery review: This place is great when the pasta cravings hit. The portions are huge and the price is fair. My favorite dish is the chicken sorrentino which is described as: sauteed chicken breast, sausage, mushrooms in white wine sauce with side of spaghetti. Now, I googled it because I wanted to recreate this dish and found that all the recipes use marinara sauce. I'm assuming this is their version of the Italian dish and all I know is it's tasty. My least favorite dish is their spaghetti bolognese. I was craving a rich, thick tomato-based sauce but it was more on the creamy side. While I didn't hate it, it's not something I would order again. I've also tried several other pasta dishes, pizzas, subs, rolls, and desserts. I haven't been in to dine in so I can't speak on the ambiance or personal experience on service but the food is good here is pretty good. read more

I went into this place on 3/14/2025, the guy charged me $8.99+tax for the lunch portion. I was taken aback and even asked are you sure it includes a drink, he stated that it did. I went there on Sunday 3/16, by the way... I tried to call and place an order before 3pm, it stated that a voice mailbox had not been set up. I finally got thru to the restaurant & the lady stated that I can just place the order when I arrive and get the lunch prices. I arrived at abt 3.05pm and ordered. The lady reckoned the lunch meals were $9,99 they do not have any lunch at $8.99, when I pointed out to her that they have a board right now outside showing $8.99 she replies that she will give it to me at that price, then said that it did not include a drink. Her excuse also was that the paper menu wasn't correct? For the record the cash register rings it up at $8.99 without manipulating any price. Prices have increased. If the price has increased and you have not updated ur paper menu then update it by pen, don't tell the customer when they are in restaurant and ready to pay or order. I stated - you might want to go outside and see what you have on the board (it's says with salad & a drink), I cannot make this stuff up, gosh. The register doesn't give me a receipt even though I hit "text," to receive my receipt that way. I asked for a receipt- fine, she does a reprint. My receipt prints showing 4.18pm, kids meal says $6.00 in the menu, she charged me $7.00. They threw ranch dressing all over the salad instead of putting it in a cup on the side. I asked the lady if she was the owner, she stated she wasn't. As I'm about to leave I asked the young girl for utensils... I ordered 3 meals but she gives me two sets, what is up with these people,,, who raised or trained them. I asked for another set. Where is the guy who served me on Friday? Clearly this grown lady doesn't know what she is doing!! The portion of food was also way less food... Then last night my stomach is hurting almost as they they put something in my food...it the ranch dressed had been sitting out in the warm restaurant... As I left I took a picture again of the board outside. I will NEvER go back to this place, NEVER. Food on Friday was great but on Sunday they have some people working there who do not know what the HEK they are doing..,you could not pay me a penny to go back to this place, even if I was starving. You took the time to snap pictures, write a full essay, and throw out wild accusations all over a $2 price mix-up. Going full Karen mode and writing a bad review even after we gave you what you wanted and corrected our mistake is crazy. Calling someone unfit just because you don't understand how a restaurant works is small-minded. It's always the loudest critics who've never done the job themselves. This was hard to chew or bite.. i called the restaurant and told them about it and guy said he could make me another one.. wth? And drive 15 mn again back n forth? Told him to have the manager call me today and supposedly she didnt make it in today. I do know if I can say enough good things about this place. I had a slice of their pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I also ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The portions are generous and the flavor was great. I've spent time in New England and the DMV where there is no shortage of great "mom and pop" Italian restaurants. The margarita pizza we ordered didn't taste fresh at all. Heads up: apparently the baked ziti is super sour due to the ricotta cheese. The good thing I liked was the spaghetti though. It was quite flavorful with the sausage. The inside seemed dark and gloomy. The lights weren't even on. Seemed like they wanted to save electricity? Service was okay. When we arrived, the waitress didn't seem welcoming and she was sitting down and just told us to sit anywhere. I would conclude that the food wasn't great at all. Our favorite Italian food in the area! Their lobster ravioli is amazing, I cannot get enough of the sauce it comes with but I could use a bit more then 5 ravioli pieces that's my only complaint. They are pretty big pieces though. Great service, place is often busy when we visit so that's always a good sign, and their tiramisu is the best I've ever had. I'm from Pittsburgh, Pa and just like any other family with a bunch of kids, we love pizza! The reason why I mention where I'm from is because it was hard to find a good, authentic Italian pizza. We've tried a few locals, plus your typical Big Chains, but they were all missing that special ingredient. Joe's Pizza knows what that is and we've never gone to another place for pizza since. Their dough is thin and floppy. Their cheese is baked perfectly. The sauce is not too overpowering. You can easily fold, roll, or bend your pieces to fit your mouth. The crust is great for dipping into a marinara sauce. Kids love double stacking two pieces just like in Saturday Night Fever (I showed them how. They're too young to watch the movie). A nice cozy Italian Restaurant that resembles a neighborhood Pizza Joint. The Pizza I had was about 7 out of 10. Is it me or are Pizzerias not using Real Mozzarella anymore? Cheese used to stand out back in the day and it was made known they used %100 Mozzarella. Now it seems like a filler to connect ingredients. I also like to see the dough being stretched out. First time here. I understand that food prices have skyrocketed, but these prices are still high. We started out with stuffed mushrooms: 5 small 'shrooms in a vodka sauce (very tasty) for $11.50. Definitely not worth it. My eggplant rollatini was also quite good, but, for $11.95, might have come with a small salad. Joe's Salad was fine. I love the Joe's on 377/Denton hwy so I assumed this was the same or same family per rumors. Not the same. Not even close. Good just wasn't good. Sauces were skimpy on Alfredo. Portions weren't big. Joe's is a great spot for a quick bite with friends. The food is good, especially the stromboli. I'm a big fan of pizza while my boyfriend's more of a generic italian food type person. The margarita pizza wasn't the best thing on the menu but everything else i've tried has been great. I recommend going at lunch and doing the lunch specials. We've been customers here for some time now and have never had anything negative to say until last night. We enjoy their food and pizza, however- I understand stuff happens with food, but to blame your customers is why I'm here. I ordered a salad with Basalmic Vinaigrette dressing, and although the girl only gave me vinaigrette, that wasn't the issue. The issue was that there were fruit flies in them, not one, but whole village of flies! I called to inform them about the flies and I was told -well you were the one that wanted vinaigrette not dressing- ok no, what I wanted was dressing with my salad but what I got was the vinaigrette with a side of fruit flies- that's not what I wanted, no apologies not nothing- manager wasn't there they weren't sure what to do, was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes before she tells me I can come back for a refund for just my salad- ok so back I go. At the restaurant, same thing- no apologies or anything, or let me comp your whole order- so sorry for the inconvenience of you having to drive back- no what I got was- you wanted the vinaigrette- IT DOESNT MATTER what I wanted, there were damn fruit flies in there, not one, but a village!
