I had to walk out fuming because the owner, Nicky has the absolute worst customer service ever!!! How is she running a business with that kind of attitude?! Unbelievable!! I have never experienced such attitude and mean behavior. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 9:03am. Yes, I'm behind by 3 mins but did she really have to lecture me and give bad attitude? Not only was she impatient to hear what type of lash style I would like, her demeanor and facial expression was nothing but unkind. Here I am lying down about to work on my lashes, having to listen to her argumentative tone, she just wouldn't stop. I can't believe I gave her a 2nd chance by trying her services again. The 1st time, I was mistreated as well. It was my first time doing lash extensions, so naturally I have questions. She was very impatient, had attitude and said she has another customer booked right after me. Maybe she should leave a little wiggle room to hear your customers out?! I thought this was a one off moment for her that she's having a bad day, but apparently, this is HER! The lashes are weight less that there's no any kind of uncomfortable feeling. My daughter has gone to this person a few times. This past Saturday she had an appointment and the tech tried a different lash from what my daughter usually gets. When my daughter got home and saw her lashes in a different light she was not happy with the work as lashes were uneven. My daughter then texted the tech with her concerns and the tech was just contradicting and blaming it on my daughters natural lashes as to why they were uneven. She finally told her to go in on Sunday. When she went back this person instead of fixing her lashes, removed them and charged my daughter another $20 for removal when my daughter had already payed her $100 the previous day for a service that she was not happy with. Unbelievable how this person is so unprofessional and argumentative instead of fixing my daughters lashes!! She OVER PAYED and returned with NO lashes. And the reason the tech "tried a different lash" was because the other lashes she got 2 weeks before were falling off within a week of getting them done! I've been to many lash artists throughout the years and am very picky about my lashes since they've sort of become part of my "low maintenance" identity. What I like best about Nicky is that she removes your old extensions and puts on a new set every-time so the sets look totally fresh each visit and stay on much longer than if you were to just get a fill. Also, the lashes she uses are very high quality. They're soft and minky and not plasticky so they're not heavy even with a full volume set. I am so happy that I found Nicky on Yelp months ago. I always get my eyelashes done cause you know why not - however, whenever I go to different places, I cant seem to find a good place that has good material and doesnt look fake.
