Such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Nicki is truly talented. This was my first time getting Lashes, she by far exceeded my expectations. I really liked how nikki takes the time ti talk through the design and what you want. I was going in without a clear vision in mind. She explained that i showed her 3 different ones i liked. Needed an emergency lash removal and they were so accommodating! After calling, she let me know that I can drop by anytime and she had me lay down while she finished up an eye for another client. Then, she popped over and started my removal process before popping back over to the other client. In and out in less than 20 min!

Because of that, a handful of my lashes weren't usable, but she still managed to make them look incredible. My daughter has gone to this person a few times. This past Saturday she had an appointment and the tech tried a different lash from what my daughter usually gets. When my daughter got home and saw her lashes in a different light she was not happy with the work as lashes were uneven. My daughter then texted the tech with her concerns and the tech was just contradicting and blaming it on my daughters natural lashes as to why they were uneven. She finally told her to go in on Sunday. When she went back this person instead of fixing her lashes, removed them and charged my daughter another $20 for removal when my daughter had already payed her $100 the previous day for a service that she was not happy with. Unbelievable how this person is so unprofessional and argumentative instead of fixing my daughters lashes!! She OVER PAYED and returned with NO lashes. And the reason the tech "tried a different lash" was because the other lashes she got 2 weeks before were falling off within a week of getting them done! Go take lessons on how to treat customers and get off your high horse you ain't that good. Keeping money and sending a client home with no lashes, unbelievable... read more

I've been going to Nicky for 3 years now. She does an amazing touch that wow you every time. She does it fast and perfect. The lashes are weight less that there's no any kind of uncomfortable feeling. My skin's super sensitive, other place's glue and eye mask always makes me feel itchy, and she managed to find these eye mask that's super gentle doesn't cause any allergic reactions. this was my first time here and my lash tech was Krystal, she was amazing! She was very considerate of my needs and let me know the different styles and shape of the lashes. I got the hybrid wispy and I requested for a fuller look. I dont have a lot of lashes but Krystal still tried her best to give me a fuller wispy look. I found this lash studio through Yelp and to be honest I was very hesitant because I'm very particular about my lash artist. However, Nicky was super sweet and patient. I explained to her what I wanted and she also sketched out what type of lash style would fit my eyes. During the session, I barely even felt her working on my lashes. She has the SOFTEST touch ever! I highly recommend her and the quality of lashes are amazing! Not cheap and synthetic feeling. I love the fact that she's very flexible since my schedule varies weekly. I don't know why it took me so long to write a review, but Nicki is the best lash artist I've ever had. I have tried quite a few lash artists before but Nicki stands out from all the rest,she's very gentle and efficient, she tells you what lashes are right for you. I always get compliments on my lashes and it does make a difference. Its so easy to arrange an appointment with her, very flexible hours. I highly recommend her. Nicky is the best !!! . You won't regret coming to her for your pretty eyelash extensions that will last for weeks or a month long! I had tried many other lash studios in the past but either I don't like the style or after 1 week all extensions falls off .its never an issue with Nicky . My average is about 3+ weeks and longest more than 5 weeks . I had been doing my eyelash extensions with her for the past three plus years. I have extremely sensitive skin, I have never had issue with eyelid rashes or redness or irritation EVER. Nicky really takes her time with every set of extensions. I've been getting lash extensions for over 15 years now, monthly for the last 6 years and of that time, the last two years have been with Nicky. I've been to many lash artists throughout the years and am very picky about my lashes since they've sort of become part of my "low maintenance" identity. What I like best about Nicky is that she removes your old extensions and puts on a new set every-time so the sets look totally fresh each visit and stay on much longer than if you were to just get a fill. Also, the lashes she uses are very high quality. They're soft and minky and not plasticky so they're not heavy even with a full volume set. As far as style, I just showed her pictures of lashes on other celebrities that I like and she was able to imitate the same lash map on me. read more

I am so happy that I found Nicky on Yelp months ago. I always get my eyelashes done cause you know why not - however, whenever I go to different places, I cant seem to find a good place that has good material and doesnt look fake. Nicky's job is always wonderful, it lasts long (almost a month & a half), she uses a good material and lastly, she has good flexibility when it comes to scheduling! I love her & I love coming to her place. I know i'll walk out with really good eyelashes! Nicky and her team made sure I am satisfied with my lashes before I leave her place. They are very patient and detail and ensure you get what you want. Their glue is great that I do not have any irritation with my eyes like I did at other places. And lashes are very light that you barely feel anything. Price is also fair. I am SO impressed with Nicky's service! She was fast (about an hour and a half), polite, professional, and extremely talented! I got my first ever set of lashes from a different lash tech last week and they were gone by the time one week passed and my eyes were constantly irritated. I was so disappointed because I was hoping to have lashes for my sister's bachelorette party. I found Deluxe Lash Studios here on Yelp and saw all the amazing reviews and couldn't wait to book! Nicky was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment for Friday AM before I left for the bachelorette trip. She was so quick and it came out so nice! Consultation was with Nicky but it was done by Rachel who did a nice clean job. My eyes were not red or irritated. Finally found a place that didn't go dramatic on my eyes. Many places think you want a dramatic red carpet look but I just want an everyday classic mascara kind of look which they gave me. Next time I'll ask for longer lashes to get a subtle cateye look. Overall, I am pleased with the look. Hating it means I end up crying or cutting it because it's too long for me, but I'll definitely go back for my refills :) read more

I highly recommend Nicky for lashes! I've been a customer of hers for over 3 years because she is so good at what she does! She is very gentle when applying lashes and really knows what works well with my eyes shape. She does not do any refills as she likes to apply new set of lashes each visit but it last 4-6 weeks every time. Her prices are very reasonable and she only uses high quality lashes. I saw results, and a week later, i messaged them and they decide to retract that offer and told me terra is now only offering $600 for 1 month + 1 wk free. Ok. But whats the point of offering me 700 for 2 mo when youre not going to follow through? Although thay made me uncomfortable, i let it go. Today, i reached out to ask for quote on service for shurink, specifically 400shots. I also asked for price on botox. They avoided answering prices and was vague and said terra is offering 1x shurink for $500. Because of the experience i had last time, my instinct told me to lock in and schedule that offer and price for when i return next month from my trip. And i was right because when i tried to lock it in, hana told me "ok. But ill let you know in march" There was some back and forth and suddenly, they said they have availability march 27 for the services. So why would you let me know in march?? To change the offer again? How come as a business the cant give me clear and direct answers? As a client i felt it was shady and unnecessary, and a stark contrast to what their customer service used to be. I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

She was nice initially till she realized I had a Groupon. Her whole demeanor changed. When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it. I'll find out in 2 weeks and let them know.

Some of you might be like me and have extremely high myopia and want the vision freedom. From my experience, I researched ICL surgery since 2019. Once EVO ICL was FDA approved, I started looking for a surgeon for advice and see if I was a candidate. Before choosing IQ Laser Vision, I had gone to a different surgeon and he did say I was a EVO ICL candidate, however I was not impressed by him. I was later referred to IQ Laser Vision, where they contacted me and scheduled an appointment to see if I was a candidate. Their multiple offices made it easy for me to go meet with an advisor and doctor. However, with personal reasons, I was unable to get the surgery done during that year after that initial consult and going through their state of the art arcscan (apparently they're the only office that are using this technology to make sure to see if your eye has enough space/vault...very cool). Fast forward March 2026, I contacted IQ laser vision again in hopes that maybe I can ask them for another consult. Again, the advisor walked me through, doctors did their check up, arcscan again (still cool) and I was able to schedule my surgery. It was an honor to have Dr. Robert Lin be available to do my EVO ICL surgery. He was incredibly patient with my questions, listened to my story of researching this procedure, and I knew I was in good hands from someone who had worked on so many eyes. Perhaps my favorite part aside from the whole journey of vision correction and having 20/20 vision is that you can feel how much Dr. Lin cared for his patients. He called me personally to make sure my first day post surgery was ok. And even after 4 months later, he contacted me to make sure I was ok and how I am liking my vision. For those who are like me going back and forth about vision correction, I highly recommend making an appointment/consult to see if you can be a candidate. From there you can move forward and make that decision. I know it was later than I anticipated for myself, but I can truly say I am happy having that peace of mind that I can wake up and see, not have to worried about my glasses/contacts during a possible evacuation (fire or earthquake), and do water sport without fear of infections if I wore my contacts. That mental peace is probably the second to best part of this journey.

At 41, I've started to think that advancements in eye correction technology are much more promising than what has been available in the past. Surgery can be a daunting experience, especially when it involves your eyes. However, I encourage you to try the "Evo ICL" it's safe and has improved since last year. One of the best parts about this procedure is that if you're not satisfied with the results, or if a better option comes along, you can reverse the treatment. So, there's really no major risk if it doesn't work out. I qualified for the "Evo" ICL, and while I had my doubts at first, I've learned that patience is key when adjusting to a new way of seeing. Along with eye drops to aid the healing process, I found that after about three months, my eyes began to coordinate and adjust. What was once a constant dependency on glasses is now improving, and I'm starting to feel more normal without them. It's funny; I still find myself touching my face to lift imaginary glasses that no longer exist--it's just a habit! I highly recommend this option to anyone who wants to change their vision, whether it's for practical reasons, like gaming without glasses or to keep up with future technologies like AI glasses. As technology continues to advance, my previous vision issues made it difficult to enjoy some of these innovations. This procedure has truly helped me.

Parking was also a little difficult since the lot is shared with several other businesses. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I'm not sure the quality matched the price point. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.
