I came in with my friend who is a regular here. I made sure to make an appointment for us before going. A sign at the door states a mask is required to enter the establishment. No worries, we had ours on already. Actually we were greeted by a gentleman disinfecting the door handle inside and outside. The first thing we were asked to do was sanitize our hands. All the employees here were wearing masks and there were clear shields at the manicure and pedicure stations. Every other station was being used so my friend and I did not sit together, much less in the same row. I understood why but just a heads up. Girls' day out will not be the same for a while. I liked how detailed and careful my tech was with my nails. She was also quick and efficient to boot. We didn't engage much in conversation but she had a friendly demeanor. I didn't get nicked by the drill! Finally a place that lets me keep every drop of my blood when I leave. My friend and I were not offered a drink of any kind which was disappointing. I noticed the owner/manager(?) constantly sanitizing every station thoroughly once a customer left. It was just reassuring to know that they were putting effort in preventing the spread of COVID as best they can. I would definitely consider coming back. read more

Walked in and showed the guy at the front the first picture and was told it can be done. The effect of the cat eye was done but the color kept coming out pink and purple. Carol said she would try and while I appreciate her trying she said she can try doing an effect of blood dripping then once she finished she said she does the blood on white nails and it wouldn't look good on black so she was done and walked away. This was my first time visiting this salon and it's safe to say I will NEVER return. I received a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure paint job was sloppy. My manicurist was rushing that she kept making me bleed on my cuticles, my nail shape is uneven, the paint job was very sloppy as well. She did NOT let me wash my hands which in turn, left my hands covered in adhesive. And the gentleman who I presume was the manager, kept rushing her to finish with me because an other customer was waiting on her. When I went to pay, the gentleman collecting my payment, rolled his eyes at me when I told him that the ladies I came in with were separate payments from me. My pedicurist just seemed a little distracted throughout the whole ordeal and I had to repeat my additional services to her a few times as well as to the eyebrow waxing lady (titles escape me). There was no topcoat on my nail design. Going home and coating my nails with any additional substance after a pedicure is a blatant no-no in my book, and my presence will never again grace one of their shiatsu chairs. This used to be my go-to place for a pedicure. We used to get awesome service and a really good foot and calf massage with the $47 Hawaiian. We stopped going a while back after the second round of toe nail fungus for my wife and I began to get a rash that would last several days along my lower legs. We went back this last weekend after about a 6 month break. While the girls were nice, I again got a rash, and we got no massage at all, only a hot rock "stroking" of our legs and not only did we not get a foot massage at all, but we got really very little work on calluses what so ever. I don't know what has changed. They got new amazing chairs, but we won't be going back here again. If there is a 3rd tail fungus, we will be calling the health department. When I got my gel mani was when it started to go down hill. I was almost done with my pedi and the other lady came over to start on my nails. She was a little rough with everything. Yanking my hands back and forth. She buffed my nail so hard that she cut my finger and said it was because it was a new buffer. She was rushing yourself and kept messing up and having to repeat my polish on a few fingers. Said it was a difficult color to paint. Overall was not the best experience but I've had worse. Just wanted them to be redone and dipped with black powder.. well she did that but didn't do it right, I've never seen anyone do nails the way she did and the outcome was NOT good, rigid shaping, no UV lamp. I have been going to this nail salon for a while now. I went and got a full solar set of just French tip nails. Within 3 days my nails were chipping and getting ready to fall off. I had went up there after I started to notice it. They said they would fix them free of charge since the lady messed up. She proceeded to be very rude about having to fix them. All she did was take the drill and rub the top of the off. They looked better when I had left. The next morning they were even worse then that day before. They fell off a week after getting them done. Definitely will not go back after that. read more

I CANNOT understand why any business would set open & closed hours...if they do not follow them. I have been a "regular" for years here & I always get the same thing EVERY TIME...EVERY 2 weeks!!!!!!Deluxe pedicure w/gel polish & manicure w/dip color. So...obviously I spend a good amount of money with them. I showed up 30 minutes before they closed (I walked in at 7, they advertise a close time of 7:30 & it is something I don't make a habit of)! I also had my husband with me who wanted a deluxe pedicure as well. They refused to see us because they were closing "soon". If they posted a notice with something like "we can't accommodate walk-in's after 45 minutes prior to closing" or whatever, I could understand! BUT- RUDELY refusing to accommodate us (especially with me being so loyal to them & spending the amount of money I have spent with them) 30 minutes prior to closing makes zero sense! That would require them closing at 7 in that case!!! You accommodate EVERY customer that walks in up until the listed closing hours! I should be able to walk in at 7:29 & still be seen! Due to this, they have lost a loyal client! I will NOT spend another dime in this nail salon!!!! Came in for a mani pedi with me and 2 other girls. We did make an appointment and they were able to sit us right away. Helen was the lady who did my pedicure she was nice and friendly. She did do a good job but her massage was a little weak. Tracy was the girl who did my mani. I got the gel manicure and I think she was new. She cut me twice and didn't apologize even after I jerked back. She finally apologized since I kept bleeding and kept looking at my 2 cuts. She said in Vietnamese (they didn't realize I was Vietnamese til after) that it's a good thing I chose pink polish so it'll help hide it better. I was shocked but brushed it off (they will always talk). My gel nails look decent from afar but you can definitely see that she did not paint them evenly. It's only day 1 and I already have a chip.
