I had a good experience. I knew it was going to take some time. There were a lot of people, it's Saturday, and they don't have a ton of workers yet. Once I got in a chair, though, I LOVED the chair massage-you could actually feel the massagers. And it was a good pedicure. They were apologetic about the wait, but I didn't mind! I'll be back. Oh! They are nice people but i'm disappointed... I paid $65 dollars for a gel pedicure & tipped good on top of that... just for it to come off within that same week. These folks are so nice, it's really a shame that the service is so sub par. This was my 3rd time at the salon. Once last year. Now twice in less than 10 days. Went in for a gel mani and regular pedi. The gel only lasted 6-7 days before cracking, peeling, and flaking. I went in on day 9 (first day I had enough time to go to the salon) and told them my gel manicure from days previous was failing. They acted like I was brand new, asked if id been in before. Then proceeded to give me a new manicure at full price. Okay, I get it, more than a week. Not ideal, but, it happens. Again, they're so nice, I lost my attitude, went along wth the manicure, which was a 5/10. But after 5 hours, the gel on my thumbs BOTH FELL OFF! Like, is it bad product? Bad practice? I'm going back tomorrow to see if they'll "fix it", only because I'm out $100 in 10 days, and it's Christmas. I can't afford to come back weekly, and at this point daily, just for a decent manicure that lasts more than a day. I've paid similar or less for gel manicures that last 3-4 weeks. I usually do my own nails at home these days but decided to come in for a manicure and gel polish for my upcoming vacation. One of the girls at work kept raving about how she loves this place so I decided to give them another try. I walked in on a Friday at lunch time and was able to get right in. My tech was a nice young lady who went right to work. She was not talkative throughout the service but made sure I liked the shape, color, etc. I'm ok with that. She was quick and efficient. Overall I did like how my nails turned out. She did a thorough job on my cuticles which was the reason for my visit. I stopped going to nail salons but would consider coming back here for those times I want a more polished look :) read more

I haven't been disappointed with any set I have left with. I also just do an acrylic overlay so I need techs who put the time and care into removing them without destroying my natural nails. Eh. The atmosphere is excellent - hence the 3. They were extremely professional and kept to our appointment time. My disappointment is in the quality. My daughter and I both had a manicure and a pedicure. For what we spent I would have hoped for it to last longer than 48 hours. Both of ours are already chipped even though we were very cautious. The polish is bubbled so guessing it was old. I had some fuzz trapped under the paint, the cuticles were not cleaned up, and overall it's just not worth what we spent. Unfortunately I had to change my review:-( I went to this place every two weeks in high school, but when I came back after being away at college I was SHOCKED by the decline of this business. I went in on a weekday randomly, at a random time. The place was not busy at all, but I had to sit and wait to be seated in a pedicure chair for a good 20-25 minutes. My pedicure was pretty good, but I again had to wait to be placed in a seat for my acrylics. I wish I would have gotten a picture of my finished nails:/ They were NOTHING like what I was used to getting (quality wise), and the shape was so bad I didnt even know how to get the man to fix it. There was little to no customer service, and I left feeling completely jipped considering what I spent. The grossest part of the whole experience was me sitting there and occasionally seeing roaches crawl across the floor form under the manicure fixtures near me. I also noticed that Tommy (the owner) wasn't present or Sonny (my favorite pedicurist) I think this place will be closing down soon. read more

This place is very unwelcoming. I actually didn't receive any services. I walked in and stood at the desk for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by the lady or the guy working there. The lady finally said something to the guy and he goes oh I thought she was in the phone.. mind you I'm holding my phone and my keys in my hand standing at the desk looking around and even spoke to him a few times hoping he would acknowledge me. He finally said what do you need and I said pedicure he said oh just sit down somewhere and somebody will get to to it. I sat for another few minutes and his conversation with the customer at his table was very unprofessional and rude talking about people coming in in there phone which I was never on my phone. Save your time and your money! This Nail Salon has zero customer service. I went in on a Friday around 4 PM and to my surprise they were not very busy at all. That should have been the first red flag. I was seated promptly and told the nail tech that I would like pink/white ombré and even showed him a pic to make so that we had an understanding. Beyond the nail tech asking me if the color was correct when he brought it to the table, he never spoke to me again until he asked me to wash my hands. This made for a very awkward hour. At first I tried to be understanding because I know that more than likely there is a small language barrier, however, the nail tech joked around the whole time with another worker in English. His demeanor was very rude the whole time and he seemed almost annoyed. My nails look as if they were done by a practicing cosmetology student. The other annoying thing, which is not fault of this salon....they are eight next to a gym, so all you hear is weight being dropped on the floor and loud music coming from next door. It took them around 35 minutes to file them down to get rid of the bumps and lumps.I stayed for 2 hours in total. My best friend and I went for a pre Mother's Day pedicure. They made it seem like there wasn't a wait but then they rotate you around to make it feel like you aren't going to wait but then you end up waiting forever to even get started. When they sat sat me in the chair there were nasty nail clippings in the seat. I sat for 25+ minutes with my feet in luke warm water. I had to ask when someone was going to come once my best friend was 1/4 of the way done with her pedicure. By the time someone finally came the water was cold. Went in for a pedi. It was not crowded at all. This was my second and my last time in there. My polish is horrible and looks like the polish was old and gummy. She was waving the paper shoes and hit my big toe and didnt even fix it so it has a chip on it. Also when she trimmed. My big toe still is in pain because she cut so short. Also the bigger guy was making rude comments to his other employees which was super uncomfortable. Even a client was like "leave her alone.". Will not be back. Not professional at all. read more

I went in for a full set of nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing. I read some negative comments about the staff taking too long. I didn't think so at all. I love that they took their time. I dislike the feeling of rushing I get at other nail salons. My suggestion is, if you are in a hurry just let them know up front. The nails I got weren't exactly perfect. My first experience was for my nails the lay was snappy, but decided to go back a week later for my feet, unfortunately I never got my pedicure after 40 min removed my feet from the COLD WATER and left with my two daughters, I will do everything I can to discourage other people from going. Very pleasant nail salon and everyone is very friendly. I visited for the 20% discount for their opening and was pretty disappointed. I got the dip and they had very few colors to choose from. When I got home I realized the dip color was uneven and my thumb nail had a giant white spot underneath the color. The edges were not filed smooth and what disappointed the most was my nails were lifting 3 days later. I have never had a problem with my nails lifting from the dip and it got so bad I had to go somewhere else a week later to get them redone again. I don't think I will be back but with the staff and the new business the best of luck. read more

I have been twice. The first time to get a simple pedi and gel mani. I was there for 3 hours, yes seriously. There were only 2 people ahead of me. They were simply understaffed for a Friday. On my card, I had indicated the services I wanted. After my pedicure I was led to dry my nails and sat there forever, watched people go in front of me to get my nails done, before someone asked me for payment. I reminded them that I was waiting for my gel fill! They had not looked at my card! They offered me a discount, but they were already giving a new business discount so it wasn't that much more off. I decided to give them a second chance and went in at 2:30 pm this time. They were understaffed yet again. I watched as they took someone to get their nails done who came in after me, (appt? Maybe) first. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I was about to leave. They don't communicate with you and tell you how long it will be or offer you water while you wait. A simple, "it will be 10 more minutes" would suffice. But, nothing. This time once again, as before, 1 technician began working on my nails and I was left waiting with my nails wrapped in acetone and foil for 30 mins, until I was pawned off to another nail tech who was very rough.
