We arrived about an hour and a half before they closed and the manager told us to come back in 30 minutes because there were only 2 techs left for the night. We came back and they brought us back to the chairs and had our feet soak. We ended up waiting another half hour there. I'm very grateful they squeezed us in as walk-ins without having made an appointment. The manager's husband ended up chatting with us for about 20 minutes while we were waiting and he was so sweet! Our pedicures themselves were good. I got gel on my toes and we both got the Classic Pedicure. The nail polish was neat and clean and hasn't peeled yet. The pedicure itself (not including polish) only lasted 15 minutes which was a little disappointing after waiting so long. Maybe they were rushing because at that point it was about 30 mins to close, but I would've appreciated some more time for the actual service. Overall, it was still a great experience and I appreciated the hospitality and friendliness. Four stars because of our wait time, but still an enjoyable experience!

The water soak felt nice and I enjoyed the massage chair. The nail techs all speak to each other in Vietnamese. There's a lot of talking. But, they don't really talk to their clients. They also answer the phone while they are doing your nails. I think that's rude. There is no designated person at the front. It's seems like they take turns answering the phone and cashing people out. My mani was next and started with a white soup bowl of warm water with a lemon and a rose petal. All of the techs seem to work fast, their shirts covered in nail dust and dead skin. After my mani pedi, I was asked to sit for 20-minutes at a table with a built-in fan for my finger and toenails to dry. They accept credit cards for the services but tips are cash only. They have their own ATM machine so no worries there.

Wanted to like this place but unfortunately after two trips, (actually 3, I'll get into that later)…read moreboth were not great. First trip I got a fill, and just a shellac nail polish. On the surface they looked pretty good at first but then after inspecting more the nails weren't painted All the way to the edges and after a day or two they looked grown out. Figured it was just a fluke and I'm honestly not picky so I went back. Then I got another fill. I got black tips painted on. They looked pretty good by the time he was done so I left. When I got home later that day I was doing things around the house and suddenly I had black nail polish on me, then I saw it on a curtain I opened and all over my hand. After inspecting there was such a thick coat of nail polish on the tips, once it was sealed In with the clear shellac top coat it was bursting bubbles of nail polish that were leaking everywhere. It was a Sunday so they were already closed so I called Monday morning. Monday I went in and the same person who did my nails was going to fix them. He first told me I shouldn't use the color black because it won't dry. I suggested maybe because he didn't use shellac paint for the tip, it did not harden correctly (he used a design brush) then another person there suggested it just didn't dry because "of the way I was holding my hand under the lamp". I didn't realize there were multiple ways to hold your hand under the lamps, I've also never had this issue. I just had them repaint my nails a full color since most of the tips were ruined anyway, and the nail artist suggested I shouldn't have tips (Sounded like he did not want to do them again) Anyway needless to say after 3 trips, I will go to another salon.
