I've tried this place twice, decent manicure however the staff are very unprofessional. The nail tech next to me was talking on the phone and swearing while working on a lady's nails! The owner would not allow me to use my birthday discount as I was 3 days past my birthday month. (July 23!!) little things like that will make me choose a different salon next time. read more

The owner was extremely rude. Denied appointment even though I had proof via text. argued for 15 to 20 minutes that the text message was wrong and he almost brought me to tears. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about 7 or 8 years now and I love it. Yes, they get busy and you might have to wait a few extra minutes.....but there's a reason they're busy! They do a GREAT job. I sometimes will request an individual but if they're not available, I'm comfortable with any of the manicurists who do my nails. I wanted to give a Shout Out to Anthony, Jaden, Ann and staff for the great manicure and pedicure during Wednesday's big thunderstorm. We lost power and between phone flashlights and battery operated UV nail dryers, they got the job done for me and the rest of their clients. Superior customer service as always! read more

Terrible pedicure. Had my toe cut by the guy who answers the phone and works the cash register. I've been here before and the gals are good. This guy is bad. He cut my big toe with the clippers and of course it bled. He never apologized, just shrugged his shoulders. He answered the phone twice while applying the polish I brought. He painted my bleeding big toe, and even managed to give me a bruise on my other foot because he was bending it weirdly to apply the nail polish. At checkout, I even gave him a tip but I never got an apology nor a discount on the $30 pedicure. Worst experience ever. I won't be going back. Find another spot where they do a professional job and act accordingly. read more

Worst nail place i've ever been to. I got acrylics with shellac, within a week it all chipped off. That's never happened to me before with any nail place i've been to so they must be using cheap stuff. I asked for coffin nails and they were horribly shaped. the guy doing my nails kept saying "oh yeah i do the best job" like no sir u most definitely did not. They cut too deep around the skin of my cuticle cutting me to the point where i was flinching and telling them to stop from the pain. All they said was "my bad". I tried taking one of my acrylics off today (4 weeks later) and they're literally impossible to take off with soaking too. i don't know if they superglued this sh*t onto my nails or what. NEVER go to this place save your money. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. Older lady, who barely spoke English, attempted to do my manicure. She tried to be friendly, but the language barrier made this a real issue. More to the point of why I came here, she was incredibly hurried, very rough, did the absolute minimum to shape the nail, and actually cut me while cleaning up my cuticles. Any attempt to complain was pointless, so I guess this is what you get for a $12 manicure. Suffice it to say, I didn't leave a tip, nor would I ever return. read more

My first review of this place was glowing. I had gotten Ombré nails in the beginning and loved them with tons of compliments, I was totally happy with them and had them filled with no issues 3 weeks later. The third time I went, I had my nails done with shellac which I normally don't do. In less than two weeks, to my horror, mold was growing underneath two of my nails. I called and let the owner know what was happening, I was near tears. That only happened to me one other time about 19 years ago so I know it was nothing I did. He offered to "fix it" but you could tell he was irritated. Within two days, I noticed the other nail had popped off with mold underneath, I was furious. I told the owner I wanted them off and redone which he did but you could tell he was belligerent and was trying to put the blame on me. The job he did was only mediocre and I left after he was done. I am now putting up with a half assed nail job I don't even like because I have to keep an eye out on my nails to make sure there's no more problems. Needless to say, I will never go back again and would never recommend them to anybody. read more

Great price, wonderful staff very clean. I got the dip nail done for only $35 they are very reasonable, I appreciate that all of the awesome nail techs male, and female are very kind, and make nice conversation. When you are receiving treatment they bring you a small water bottle, I think it's a nice gesture since most other nail salons don't follow suit. The only thing I'd suggest and why I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the electric nail grinder they use when using it on the dip the smooth it out or on any nail please be mindful that damn thing can get HOT! Lol I had a little fear that the nail tech ground down to my nail bed, but thankfully it wasn't the case, it was just the sensation that was produced from overheating of the electric nail grinder. read more

I am posting under my husband's account and would give negative stars if I could! I never treat myself to a pedicure, but I was pressed for time and really needed them done. The one time I finally go and I end up with a botched one! The guy that did my pedicure was rushed the whole time and literally scrubbed the skin off of my foot. It was extremely painful! I yelled in pain, from his hard scrubbing or he would have kept going! Then I get no apology and charged full price?! I was livid and astonished, but due to the language barrier arguing wouldn't have done much good. I could barely understand him. He did not act remorseful at all for what he had done. Everyone in there knew what happened as well and did nothing! This place is garbage and I will be showing everyone my foot on every site as well as in person because I have been throbbing in pain since I left. He didn't even do a good job on my paint either! You're supposed to go to a nail salon for a relaxing experience especially since you are paying for a service, instead I left hurt and limping in pain! Horrible customer service and horrible salon! Have the rudest workers ever. They can fix their attitude problem. I've had a problem with them being rude on two separate occasions now.

The woman who did my pedicure cut my toenail way too deep and the next day it was very painful. She also said she couldn't do my nails with the massage chair on. Why do you have massage chairs then?! She was rough and seemed annoyed that she had to do my nails, she did not even acknowledge me when I sat down. I should have walked out. read more

If they seem upset, it's likely that they are unhappy with themselves for your displeasure. This is a very standard nail salon, but I was pleased with my experience. It is big and open, with more than enough staff to get you in without a wait. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and prominently displayed so there was no question about how much I was going to pay. TicTac Nails had all of the elements I look for in a nail salon: cleanliness, good staffing, not too bad of a smell from the chemicals, plenty of stations for manis and pedis, a huge selection of colors, friendly employees and reasonable prices. Not a very exciting review, but my nails looks great and I didn't spend an arm and a leg to get them looking that way. read more

I went in to get my nails done before I left for my honeymoon. The guy who did my nails was very rough and seemed to be in a bad mood. He filed so hard that he broke skin around my nails and I began to bleed. He then proceeded to ask me if I picked them. No... you just did that. My skin now hurt everytime I put them under water. He also went very fast and did a poor paint job. I am very disappointed and will never return. read more

It's really too bad they don't stand behind their appointment times. Kim does a fantastic job on my nails. But if I'm making an appointment with a specific person, it is because I do not have time to wait around for the person I want to do my nails to finish another client. Made an appointment for 11AM today. Arrived at 10:55 and Kim was early on in the pedicure process. I waited until 11:18 and she was nowhere near finished with the lady they squeezed in before me and that client was playing family reunion with her family pictures - not a whole lot of heel scrubbing was happening. Waiting a little bit because someone is running behind is one thing - waiting 20 minutes while they perused family photos is quite another. read more

There have been some changes lately, but all good. I'm thankful that Anthony has helped me grow my natural nails out, after having acrylics for years, and the powder is so gentle yet strong. I'm an RN and wash my hands often, but they last 2 weeks at a time. The changes I mentioned include, using liners in the pedicure bowls, way more color options of polish and also many colors of powder to choose from. Also, they now carry the color changing gel polish. How fun! read more

I used to come here a lot, and it was always a good atmosphere and good service. Unfortunately, that changed. Now (with several new people) the service quality has severely decreased and the overall salon seems to have decreased as well. I went there with my mom a couple months ago to get a full set of acrylics, and my mom to get a gel manicure. My nails turned out ok. Not the best manicure, not the worst. Although my moms nails were absolutely horrendous. She has always had beautiful nails, and they were jagged, bleeding and red. Not to mention the polish looked patchy and quickly done. This was my first time for me and my friend she got coffin shape ombré and I got the dip for the first time. Both nails came out beautiful. The 5 star comes in cause I was getting dressed and my nail broke off so I had taken the dip completely off and had it ready to be fixed even tho it wasn't my fault it broke with past experience with other shops I was fully expecting to pay to have the nail fixed that was not the case no questions asked he fixed it for free. Only thing is if you are used to getting your nails done in the city you will be paying a little more not much more but so worth it. read more

My teenage daughter and I went for a manicure and pedicure. She received a pedicure, I had a manicure. Two of her toes are actually bruised. When the owner/manager was doing my manicure he cut several of my cuticles and I was bleeding. He would not give me a piece of paper towel for the blood and instead he pulled a small makeup brush out of the drawer to soak up the blood with some yellow powder, I assumed the brush was sterile. After he was done he tossed it back in the drawer without cleaning it. He also got some of my blood on the brush that was in the nail polish, he kept using it and then returned it to the shelf. I am not sure of the chemical makeup of nail polish, but that does not seem like it would be a situation where it would decontaminate the nail polish after being exposed to blood. And, maybe he used something to clean the brush after I left, but it sure did not seem like his intention since he tossed it back into the drawer and moved onto the next person. They were also super abrupt, rude and rough. I mean, I was bleeding from 4 fingers. Also, the paint on my manicure is uneven and gloppy. read more

I stopped in here on a Friday evening hoping that I could get in for a manicure and pedicure. They were busy, but were able to fit me in.
