When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully. He always took the time to explain everything in detail, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure Lucy received the very best care possible. I never once doubted that she was in the most capable and caring hands. After we moved to Florida, we were no longer able to continue seeing Dr. Julian, and sadly, we ultimately had to say goodbye to Lucy due to lymphoma. Even so, I will forever be grateful for the many healthy, happy years she had under his care. I called ahead to ask about wait times and pricing, and Kimberly was kind and helpful over the phone. I'm new to the area and have also never been to this vet, so I was a bit anxious when I got here. My fear was unfounded. Dr. Dawkins is one of the most kind, knowledgeable, and respectful doctors I've met to date. He did not dismiss my fears, and was very attentive to my concerns. I would call my experience here a 5 star one. Thank you to Dr. Dawkins, and I want to seriously thank Kimberly because she was so incredibly supportive and kind to us, I just absolutely loved her and her professionalism.
