Half the puppies were not chipped when I got them home. They rechipped for free, but a puppy buyer was with me and after she saw the chip just laying on the puppies coat she refused to try and get the puppy chipped a THIRD time. Our elderly dog suffers from chronic pain resulting from a past injury. Dr. Roesener spent a lot of time carefully evaluated our dog during a recent flair and came up with a treatment plan that alleviated the dog's pain and increased his mobility. Not to mention, our dog is acting like his happy old self again. So grateful to have such a wonderful vet in our community!

All the vets (4) I have dealt with have been kind, knowledgeable, and willing to discuss every option with regard to treatment and finances. They provide excellent follow-up; after each visit, I receive an email synopsis of the appt findings and treatment, which I find extremely helpful. Cypress works very well with Chewy for prescriptions (and autoship is a blessing). Their front-office staff and technicians are exceptional for their helpfulness, patience, and knowledge. Yes, vet care can be expensive, but consider the advanced technology and treatment options that our pets can now receive. There's a price for that. Cypress is still less expensive than my previous vet. I absolutely recommend Cypress Vet.

I have to re-explain my dogs' medical history every time because they don't take 2 seconds to read over past notes. Just recently I tried to take my dog for a surgery consult and it took 9 whole days just for the staff to get back with an estimate, even after I called and asked. I was "scheduled" for a surgery date but that seemed to go nowhere too. Luckily my dog has been taken care of already at another practice, but it's unfortunate this practice is run this way and you have to call and constantly be on top of them for anything to go anywhere. After being loyal clients of Dr. Kwon's office for over 8 years with multiple pets -- and referring…read moremany friends and family -- I am beyond disappointed by the way we were treated during a medical emergency with our dog. After emergency visits to both Penn Vet and VRC, we called Dr. Kwon's office for help and compassion during an incredibly stressful time. Instead, we were met with coldness, dismissiveness, and zero empathy from the office manager, Jen. When our dog became too heavily sedated after emergency treatment to safely make her appointment, I politely asked if our prepaid fee could simply stay as a credit on our account. I was told "no" because I had "broken the policy." No compassion whatsoever despite the circumstances. What upset me most was the accusatory and disrespectful way we were spoken to while worried sick about our dog's condition. Policies are important, but so is humanity. Sadly, this experience completely changed how we view this practice. I always liked Dr. Kwon and thought he did a great job but unfortunately, the unprofessionalism of his office manager Jen is enough for me to never return. She is rude, and clearly shows no compassion or care for Dr. Kwon patients or families.

Very unprofessional. She may be better suited maybe managing a McDonalds. In a nutshell we filed a dispute against charges of her "policy" we were never made aware of. We gave 24 hours notice, which every doctors office I've ever dealt with has as their policy. She tried some BS saying it was 72 hours. We filed a dispute, with her blessing mind you, AND WON! I guess she can't handle being corrected! LOL, on to another vet who knows how to run a practice and acts more professionally.
