The last one I got in July was only 20 minutes long after my nail tech's next client came in early. People getting regular pedicures at the same time next to me were still going when I was finished. When I complained, I was told I was wrong by Tina for a complaining. I just want to be clear this was the third time it happened in several months -- I told her that -- and she dismissed it and loudly said I was wrong. Honestly I said I would never go back to them. But when I saw Ivy had changed hands, I came back with cautious optimism today. I am so glad I did. I booked the Ivy Special for $80 with Nina and it was wonderful. She worked on me for a full hour with strong and skillful hands. The service included a soak, massage, mask, hot stones, and then more massage. It was absolute bliss. I will hands down go back to the new Ivy's and will recommend you give them a shot. The salon itself is clean and professional. The pedicure chair tubs still have protective bag coverings that are switched out between clients, and all tools come sterilized in sealed bags. The care and attention to detail are clear. If you had written Ivy Nails off in the past, give them another try. The new owners have completely turned it around. Ask for Nina, she is fantastic.

It will take atleast 3-6 months for the nail damage to grow out. Posting a before and after picture for your reference. Update: it's the next day and my nail is already breaking and snagging thanks to the misuse of the e-file on my natural nails. This will be a long process to undo the damage that has been done.
