I am very happy and impressed with Denali Builders. I needed to replace my old roof where a 7 KW old solar system had been installed. With the newer solar technology where a 210 W solar panel 15 years ago now produces 420 W. I decided to upgrade my solar system as well. I contacted several roofing and solar companies. Denali Builders did an excellent job re-roofing my house and garage. The house was shingled and the garage is a flat top, which required a torch-down roof. The end result for both was fantastic and the price was great when compared to other quotes received. My only criticism is the demo crew caused some damage that could have easily been avoided. The December rain really brought us needed water but also trouble with our 30+ year young roof. We find three different leak in our home and getting worst as the rain season continued. Wow. What a joke. I called to see if they do roof repairs and to get an estimate and the response the lady on the phone gave me was "we don't do jobs for less than $5000, so if you're okay with that. I don't want to waste your time out or time." If you don't want a roof repair job then you shouldn't advertise that you do roofing jobs or give free estimates. And also put out ads that offer 25% "any complete roofing projects" whatever you justify as complete projects. The person didn't even spend time to figure out what the job would entail before backing out of it. I do not recommend a place that has set minimum payment jobs set. How utterly underwhelming and disappointing. I guess they're too good and busy for a mom and pop owned apartment complex roofing needs. Corporate requests only folks read more
