I was referred to Denali Service through my home warranty provider they did come and take a look at my oven but Alvin was supposed to be between the hours of 3-6pm and came 15 minutes to 7pm he did call to tell me he was running late. He didn't look very professional his shirt was not tucked in and looked out of breath I realize it' hot here in AZ but still no excuse for unprofessional appearances. He told me that the knobs might be the issue he would call to confirm that it was going to be covered and give me a call back the next day and order the part & try it out to see if that was the main problem. I paid him my deductible of $60 which I thought was $50 not a big deal I thought. Well, it's been over a week no call from him. I even called the company and they said they would need to contact him and get more info. I have not heard back from them since I called this afternoon no answer left a message on their machine & still no call back. A phone call would have been nice to say they haven't gotten a hold of him or something I would have given no stars but that's not an option guess I'm better off getting a new oven instead of wasting more money on services. ****UPDATE**** Got a call about 2 1/2 weeks after first "service" to have the guy come out with repair part... mmmk didn't know it was ok'd by warranty agency no one called me to confirm but I will let it go .... Guy was supposed to be here today between 12-3 NO SHOW NO CALL to confirm him coming and NO CALL to say running late every time I've tried calling I don't get anything but machine so I left a message stating how upset I am I will NOT be doing another "follow up" with this company. better off fixing it myself or getting a new oven which we can't afford but need. Today Denali finished a repair to our whirlpool dishwasher. Alvin was the repair tech and did a fabulous job. If you look at my posts I don't give a lot of 5 stars but Denali and Alvin kept both my wife and I posted on the repair time and that the needed part would take a week to order. In addition the appointment times were always met and they gave updates the night before and the progress during the day. Our warranty company 2-10 utilized Denali and we are completely satisfied. My warranty company sent this business out to fix my garage door which a previous company couldn't diagnose. The repair man was excellent and fixed the problem. I need to buy a new garage door and was seriously considering this company as I figure out my finances to cover that expense. On the flip side, my warranty company also sent this business for my fridge repair since my warranty company told me the previous company didn't service the brand I have. I scheduled appointment and they no showed. I called company and asked what happened? I was told the warranty company decided fridge wasn't covered so this company cancelled appointment. I did not get a call and was left hanging for the 3 hour time frame provided for arrival. I would think if a company is told a problem isn't covered, they would still keep appointments or contact customer to confirm plans, knowing they could benefit from gaining a new customer with several items to be repaired, especially with a potential big purchase like a garage. I'll take my business elsewhere now. read more

Great service today. Darren came with a helper and was very friendly and knowledgable. Help charged my system and educated me on my system. Would definitely recommended this company. They also showed up an hour early and the company called me twice to confirm. They established when the service person was coming and that he'd call 30 minutes ahead. My second time with Denali, first was this spring for a wash machine. Made my appointment several weeks early to coincide with me being home as I a gone a lot. Time came and went, no show. After my week at home, still they could not make it. Had to have a neighbor meet them, still did not communicate well with him, but finally got things taken care of. Now my AC is out, called for appointment and was scheduled for this afternoon. As I predicted, no one showed up or called. Their office was already closed at 4:50 PM, website says open till 5. Needless to say, I am getting on the phone to find someone else. These guys don't seem to care about earning repeat customers. First problem I can get past, second time--- shame on me. read more

If I can give this company zero stars I would give this company zero stars, they have came to my home after my air conditioning unit stopped working, they were referred to me by the home warranty company, they sent me a notification that they would be at my property in 23 minutes and then they canceled five minutes later And made it horrible excuse about having to go to another state so they couldn't come out and fix the air conditioning on the second day with no air.. at this point my house was 91°. after three days of 110° weather in Arizona They finally made it this morning and they came into my home for five minutes six minutes max, did no air pressure or temp checks did not even look at my unit, failed to bring A ladder when I asked him if there was anything that he could do to fix it he said to me "what did you think I brought a helicopter?" At this point I decided to record him because he was walking out at home I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he started walking away, I told him he was not doing his job correctly and he said he didn't care, I asked him why he was only in my home five minutes he shrugged his shoulders, I told him he was being recorded and that's when he started trying to cover his face with his hat so that I wouldn't record him being as lazy piece of shit he was behaving like. Needless to say my warranty company is looking for another contractor to come out and fix my home my thermostat now says 96° I tried to contact his supervisor and they sent me to voicemail and will not return my call. fuck this lousy company. read more

Called 2-10 Home Warranty. They contracted out Denali Services. Working with this company has been very frustrating. Our ac runs with no air being blown out or it turns on/off continuously 4-5 times before turning off completely (in a couple min time frame). The house does not cool down as the motor runs but the fan doesn't, or it runs on and off in such a small frame that it can't cool the house. They came out in June (which we paid forand since the problem did not happen when they were here they couldn't fix anything. They have since been out numerous times even showing them a recording of what's happening. Denali service then contracted another company who came out and said that it was our relay. Why did it take 2 1/2 months for Denali to not figure it out but the other company said it was the wires and relay to begin with? Hm. Now it's August and we are still waiting for the "part" that no one came seem to find. They don't return phone calls or messages and when they do answer they seem so apologetic that it's been so long but then no actions are taken. Also they don't work on weekends, so God forbid your ac breaks on a Friday. read more

Our A/C stopped working during summertime in AZ on a Sunday...Shocker! I called our home warranty company and they put a service request in for Denali Services. They called me Monday and were able to get is in us an appointment for Wednesday morning (luckily we had somewhere to stay for those three days). Alvin was the technician and he was SO friendly. Through my home warranty company, I have had Denali Services out to fix my A/C, heating, and garage door. I must say that they are the WORST in the business on all 3 accounts as they have been called back out to my home on numerous occassions to re-fix the same problems. Their customer service is of the POOREST QUALITY. Just today they were supposed to come back out and fix an issue, (second time in the month of May) and they scheduled me yesterday, for today between 8-11am. They did not show up. When I called them to inquire if the tech was running late, they said the home warranty company had cancelled service. They receptionist was extremely rude and inconsiderate about my wasted time. When I called the home warranty company they stated Denali Services actually called them today to cancel the order because they were not coming out to service my unit. No one called to let me know, or cared about the poor quality of service that they delivered. I would highly suggest NEVER using this company for ANYTHING. Their quality and customer service is the WORST I have EVER experienced. read more

We have had nothing but great experiences with Denali Services. The technicians arrive in the the window of time given and while friendly were very professional. The lady in the office (Keri) is so sweet and helpful. We have had them out several times to different properties to fix appliances and air conditioning units and have been satisfied each time! I have a home warranty thru 2-10 (an ok company) and this company has been out to fix my AC last summer and y dishwasher 3 weeks ago. The office is always courteous, the tech is always on time and calls me about half an hour before to say he's on his way - the work is always done well, the tech cleans up behind himself and everything they have fixed continues to work just fine. Denali Services is a great company to have service your a.c.! They were prompt, courteous, and saved us a whole lot of money. The repair man was very kind and had all the answers we needed. Once he had completed the repairs in a timely manner, he cleaned up his mess and left us with cool running air! Quick and easy. I know that they also repair appliances and garage doors and though I have not had need of repairs on either of those, Denali would be the first company I would call. My home warranty company sent my service request to DS. Two days later they called to schedule a service call. They showed up two days later and said they would have to order the part. Ten more days and they called to schedule a time for the next day to do the part install. They didn't show and didn't call. They don't respond to voice mails. If this was up to me, I'd never do business with this company again. read more

I have had the very unfortunate experience of working with this company 3 times. My home warranty company sent Denali Services to our home for repairs and all 3 times they remain consistently TERRIBLE! Lack of quality work, staff professionalism (one technician came to my house at 8:30pm because he was running behind for personal reasons), lack of follow up (this time around I have been the one to follow up with them on the status of my repairs, my garage door has been broken for 2 weeks now and no follow up was initiated by Denali! but yet they were quick to take my deposit!!), I could go on!! I worked in customer service for many years and have a lot of understanding and patience with the service industry but this company's inability to produce quality work, professionalism, and adequate follow up and follow through has left me feeling obligated to share my feedback with others.
