Let me star with the good first . Ever since I discovered Windsor , over 10 years ago , I have been hooked on this place . The prices are very reasonable for beautiful evening wear and accessories. Of course you can find jeans , odd tops and such , but I believe most people go for the beautiful gowns and part dresses . As a photographer, I'm always there in the hunt for a pretty gown for a client . Normally, I'm never disappointed. I was there about 5 days ago and let me tell you , I walked out with one of the prettiest gowns . In fact , I still have one of Windsor's gowns from about 4 years ago . I purchased it for a client . The compliments were endless . Now, for the bad ; customer service. If I had to call there and needed help over the phone , I wouldn't have come . The manager stood behind the counter with not even a glazed look on her face . It was a " get out of my face look ," whenever she'd look up . She barely gave me any acknowledgment that I was there . I couldn't figure her out . She was dry as a bone . No conversation, didn't offer to help or anything of the nature . She acted as she was consumed in a few sheets of papers she held in her hands as I asked her for help at least three times . She never responded. I left a dress on the counter as I looked at accessories, and once I was ready to check out , I told her three times ( as I just mention) I'm ready to check out . Finally , I went over to another young lady that walked up and I asked her if she could check me out . She responded, with a yes . I asked her if that woman was the manager and she quietly told me , yes. Ridiculous!! If she doesn't want to be there she needed to go home . If you're in the business of retail , your job is to sell me the items I was trying to purchase. Be aware if you go that to shop . The inventory is perfect for anyone whom wants quality looking items at a reasonable price . It isn't cheap looking items at all , but the prices are pretty fair to me . The most I've ever paid for a lovely unique looking gown was 200.00. I usually just keep them for my business . The manager can really ruin the companies reputation , but I found what I needed. One thing for sure if she's the only person working , I'll take my business elsewhere, because I don't beg people and pay them too .

For example, a nine west ladies wedge sandal in black great condition was price around $8.99, then I see another nine-west wedge sandal in black poor condition almost identical but was priced at $17.99. the same as the handbags and accessories. it appears that they are maliciously pricing certain items higher or lower for certain consignors. Seems a bit shady to me. Staff is unfriendly, rude and stand offish towards certain customers and visitors. They are better thrift stores in the area.

I was enthusiastically greeted upon entering the store and received concierge service! I had so much fun with all the gals, trying on the options they brought to me and modeling the results. I walked out with three super cute tops that I could wear at my new job. I am definitely going back and plan to make this a part of my friend's itinerary when they come to visit from out of state.
