I felt compelled to write a review because of the one star ratings listed. For starters, I had one of my Shetland Sheepdogs groomed there ...reasonably price since it is comparable to the going rates at local grooming in Lebanon. They did a phenomenal job. My husband questioned pricing and I was able to prove to him that it is the going rate. Boarding I felt that both my dogs received the greatest care and received a great deal of love on top of it. I think our Shelties feel they are on vacation when we leave them on our trips! Thank you Denise's Dog House not for doing your job but for all the extra love you provide. read more

each year I take my mainecoon cat to have her groomed once before summer. the first time I was charged $40. last year I was charged $60. today the charge was $100 which is a total rip off. I know there aren't many places that do cats, but I'll put her in the stationary tub and wash her myself before I ever go back to this place. read more

Avoid this groomer! They do not listen to your requests for your animal. On our last visit, our dog was clipped so short that he had razor burns. We will never give go back here! read more

My two cats stayed here for ten days. They've never been boarded before. Thanks to everyone who works here, but most especially Renee, for taking such good care of my pets. Even though boarding was extremely stressful for me and my cats, they look great and are doing well. I wish I didn't have to board my cats, but I will bring them here if I need to board them! Also, Renee did a great job grooming and bathing my cats. They look so good and their fur is so soft! I'm sure they hates their baths, but I believe they feel better and are happier being clean. We absolutely adore Denise and her crew. Several years we've been taking our four-legged family members, and yesterday was no exception. We received the call, letting us know the pup was ready. I gave her the card number over the phone, so payment was made. It was a no-contact exchange, just pulled to the front, opened the side door of the car and one of the groomers popped outside with our dog. She set him down and waved to my wife, thanking her again. He darted to the car, jumped in, and off they went. In the days before the COVID worries, we enjoyed the small talk, short visits, and the way everyone in the office really enjoyed their jobs. First appointment was cancelled because the groomer decided she wasn't coming in that day. We have to have weekend appointments since we work in offices Monday-Friday and do not have the capability of using weekday appointments. Very highly rcommended, but very disappointed that we couldn't even get in for ONE appointment. Very bad customer service. Or porential customer service. read more

The staff at Denise's went above and beyond for me, I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet care with peace of mind. Their service was exceptional, and I am forever grateful for everything they did for me! I absolutely love this Dog/Pet Daycare and Boarding facility! The staff are all amazing animal lovers. My dog loves going here so much he runs to get inside every time we bring him. It is a wonderful, safe and fun place for animals, especially dogs who need to get their energy out during the day. Ever since we started bringing Teddy for doggie day care, he became one of the calmest dogs. We love this place!!!! read more

We boarded our two dogs in early July. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We have a german shepherd mix that is terrified of other large dogs - so we really liked the fact that she didn't have to mingle with the other dogs (in the past, we've boarded at a location where all the dogs are socialized together and our dog was miserable). We also like that our dogs were boarded together and could stay in the same kennel. They were with Denise for 6 days and when we picked them up, they were clean, well fed and happy. We will definitely board them at Denise's Animal House again. read more

we took our dogs there, and one dog had feces over him when we picked him up the other one we picked up and got her home was acting strange, come a few minutes later threw up a decent size plastic bag. Was borded for 5 days therefore was not from our house. Called them and they said they would investigate this. They called back and of course defended themselves and said the only way she would of got a bag is in the yard but yet no workers saw this occur. But the lady on the phone was stating that it didn't happen at home prior to drop off due to the bag could of killed her by then. Never heard a word back save your self the hassle go elsewhere read more
