Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it. This is the second car that I have had them make repairs on and the cars were like new when I got them back. The quality of the repairs are great and they always do a neat and perfect job. As if that's not enough, they also detail and wash your car when they give it back. Most other repair places leave grease stains and make a mess when you get your vehicle back. Not this place.....the car is always clean when you get it back. Also, customer service is very good here as they are always able to answer questions and they do a great job with dealing with the insurance adjuster. With both cars I had repaired here, I didn't have to even call the insurance company. They did all the work and stayed in contact with the insurance company and did a great job getting everything covered. And don't just take my advice, my dad uses them as well for any repairs he has needed on his car.
