    Here's how they will treat you when you ask for the out the door price and miss their call because you're in a meeting: classy dealership!

    Went to look at discounts and rebates available on Kia cars. Salespeople showed no discounts or rebates on potential purchases price. Salesperson showed 2025 KIA with over 7k miles on it without any discounts or rebates reflecting on a buyer order. You're better off buying pre owned or somewhere else. Salespeople showed me a vehicle used by multiple people as a loaner vehicle for the price of a new car. The price of a car sells cars and I absolutely don't see myself buying anything from this dealership. It was absolutely a waste of my time. Use Autotrader.com, truecar.com, KBB.com to get the best prices on any new or used vehicles. There is more resources available, usually dealers pay less than trade in value from KBB.com for a used car so it gives you a lot of room to negotiate a great price. Hope you don't fall for scams for any add ons on any cars. Caredge.com is another resource a good buyer can use.

    In my experience I felt like I was a valued customer and I was confident that I was receiving the best service as possible. Billy in the Service Dept is an amazing asset to the dealership! I've been working with him on my vehicle since March '23 and I have no doubt that no one else would've assisted me as much as he did. He fought back and forth for months with my Extended Warranty Company to make sure they did right by me. It was an extremely difficult situation but I'm thankful my car was towed into this dealership because I sincerely felt cared about and that provided me so much comfort despite the circumstances. I live in Austin and would prefer to drive all the way to Killeen for any future services needed on my vehicle. I do acknowledge that other mechanics were involved the services I received but as the face of the dealership (to me) Billy is awesome!

I ended up taking it to a Nissan dealership where it has sat in the shop for three months waiting for their extended warranty (CarMax ) to kick in and cover it. I then had to provide 10 oil change receipts and they made Nissan scope the entire motor to prove that it was nothing on my part that caused a piece of metal to chunk off of in to the motor. They took their time to the point we had to buy a new vehicle elsewhere. Carmax has managed to lose my paperwork on my gap insurance as well, and I've had to do all the legwork of providing original documents to prove what they sold me. their lack of response and customer service is a joke once they sell a car they have no regards for you and they are downright selling crap cars and getting away with it. they will not help you once you are out the door. how they are getting away with it legally case by case is ridiculous. i Will never touch CarMax again. I been on several platforms against CarMax for their less than mediocre sales and practices

Coming in alone as a woman I was surprised to not experience so much push back and didn't feel like I was being upsold unnecessary services/accessories/etc one bit, which was almost too shocking to be the reality until we sealed the deal in finance. I was able to get the exact offer that I came in for to the dollar on my new lease, but wish I had a higher value for my trade-in. Otherwise, I left a happy camper.     Our experience here wasn't the greatest. My wife was interested in a used Kia forte. After…read morecorresponding with Crystal about an out the door price, we didn't hear back for a couple of days and were concerned that the car we were interested in was going to get snatched up by another buyer. We had been searching for Kia fortes and Hyundai elantras, in colors other than grey, white or black, throughout the capital area that had low mileage and were in a decent price range. My wife teleworks and doesn't drive that often, so there was no need to get anything expensive. Each time we found one we liked at other dealerships, the cars got snatched up almost immediately, so we knew we needed to act quickly. I found the car sales managers email address on Yelp and emailed her that we were interested in the car, but hadn't heard back from Crystal. Crystal emailed back the next morning with the price, including TT&L, and said there was one other person interested in the car. We responded and said we would drive up to Killeen that afternoon. When we arrived, Crystal had the car parked out in front. She welcomed us in and got straight down to business. Other dealerships offered us water and/or other refreshments, which would have been nice since it was close to 100 and we had driven up from the Austin area, but nothing was offered to us. Not a huge gripe on our part, but worth noting given the experience we had at other places. We took the car for a test drive and were pretty much sold on it right away. We were going to finance the car through our credit union who was offering a very good rate, but it was the 4th of July weekend, and our credit union was short on loan officers and couldn't complete our loan in time. So we decided to finance through the dealership knowing we could refinance later. Crystal ran our credit and came back with a rate that was ridiculously high at 8%. She offered to run it through to get hits at other banks that might offer lower rates and I declined. When we met with the finance manager at the dealership, he dropped the rate down to 7.6%, which told me the original one they gave us was inflated so they could make a profit. He tried talking us into extended warranty. We declined and he started using tried and true scare tactics and said the warranty on the Kia we were about to buy was already expired. Thankfully, my wife did her research and said the car should still have 9k miles left on the bumper to bumper. Upon checking, the finance manager agreed and acknowledged he was wrong. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt since we were at a Chevy dealership and Kia's aren't his specialty, but he was awfully quick to point out the warranty was gone in the first place. So we declined the extended warranty, we declined the gap coverage and we declined a package that included "free" oil changes. We could tell he was getting a little desperate to sell us something because he was getting a little exasperated. He knew we were going to refinance and went on to tell us that the dealership would get penalized if we refinanced too early and that we should check with the lender since we might get penalized too. At that point, I just wanted to sign the paperwork and get out of there, so that's exactly what we did, car keys in hand. Long story short, if you know what you're after and stick to your guns, you can come out of this place with what you want. If you have excellent credit, shop for rates elsewhere, just don't expect to be treated special while you're there.
