He said it's first come first serve basis so i brought my car in as early as possible. They didn't try to sell me on getting new tires or breaks or anything, although i know I'll need these in the next year. They fixed the tire and sent me on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. I paid......nothing! Harrison said it was a small job happy to help. Here's the thing - even though I wasn't charged, I'll definitely be referring people to them. I already referred a family member who said they'll be going to Hillside in the next month or so for some work. I'll be sure to keep referring. When paying $2000 for a new set of tires, you'd expect the technicians to know what they're doing to accurately adjust the alignment. Not getting it right the first time could be understandable, but messing up the alignment twice indicates a lack of experience and attention to detail.
