Burger was very salty and the fries. Also the waiter took way too long to get the food also they did not want to give me atleast a refund on the burger. I went to Denny's earlier today. Me and my four year old son had a nice time. First things first Michelle the waitress is beyond amazing. She is friendly, attentive and professional. Every time me and my family come in to dine she is here to greet me and my family with a smile. Today was mommy and me day for me and my son and he loves to come here so that's what we did. Michelle never disappoints. Thank you so much for always going the extra mile Michelle. God bless you and your family. Now second thing is the food is always good. I always get the wild Alaska Salmon meal and it is yummy. The flavor is so good. Here's a tip: Ask them for the garlic butter on top of your salmon or on the side. They are suppose to put that on the salmon but not every cook does. I am pescatarian so the food options are very limited for me here but my children love coming here and it's a great place to take your children especially when you do not feel like cooking some days. I highly recommend this location. The manager Paula is also great and professional. She always wears a smile. The waitresses Adriana and Sandra have helped me once before and they are also friendly and helpful too. God bless them all and their families. I'll be back Michelle. Service was alright but they were out of nearly everything we ordered. Every time we gave an item to order we were told all or part of it wasn't available. Perhaps we came on a bad day but every other place I have been always gave a warning that they were out of nearly everything before seating us and having us order. Great eggs/omletes, etc. That's what we always get. Cheerful service; great prices for seniors who don't have huge appetites. Love the 55+ menu. Went there this morning. It isn't 24 hours like it is advertised. We called and they said that they open at 6 am. We go there at 6 am and the doors are locked. Someone finally came to the door to tell us that they have no cook yet. Not only is there no cook there yet but it will take about 30 minutes to just heat up he grill. We felt bad for the staff that was there ready to work but no one to cook the food. Need I say more about this particular Denny's? read more

Soledad was an excellent server was quick and good with making our morning breakfast a joy

It took a very long time to get served. My son ordered a steak medium rare and it was rare and only looked like they cooked on one side. He sent it back and then only have 1/4 of it. And his side of mushrooms looked very undercooked. I ordered bacon avocado cheeseburger and onion rings. Only 2 very tiny pcs of avocado, hamburger overcooked and no flavor at all. The onion rings were overcooked and the oil fried in you could tell was very old. My stepdaughter got same as me and they did not put her jalapeños on as requested. We sat across from where the servers got their food and the servers were laughing because her party had asked for a manager. And the bathroom was very dirty. For 3 of us the bill was $77 and the server did not offer to take anything off. I would not recommend this Dennys. I've always loved Dennys but this one was so terrible I was really surprised at how bad it was. And thoroughly disappointed that I work so hard for my money and had to pay $77 for a very bad meal and hearing the servers gossip about customers. read more

YELP says it it open 24/7. When you call them the line says they are open 24/7. They are not open 24/7. I understand why somewhere wouldn't be open at 4:30 am but update hours so people don't plan on Denny's being open. read more

The phone does not ring in the restaurant, so you can't call and tell them you're outside to pick-up your 'curbside' order. I had to go in the restaurant to pick-up my order. Server said telephone calls go to the 'call-center'. Had Moons over Hammy (or something like that). Sandwich was OK, wish you could order some 'add-ons' like tomatoes, onions or peppers, to 'spice-up' the sandwich, but it was OK (with ketchup and hot sauce). This is the second Denny's restaurant where the phone does not ring in the restaurant. Apparently Denny's does not care about providing better service to their customers, that's why I usually go to a competing restaurant. read more

We pass by this restaurant all the time to our way home , Soledad is the best server ever, she takes her time to listen and is very attentive and checks in with you frequently making sure we are taking care . Getting there: Denny's is located right across the street from the In-N-Out. There is plenty of parking in the front lot, however it can get crowded during breakfast time. Experience: We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from our National Parks trip. It was pretty crowded, but we were able to be seated right away with a party of 4. I ordered the grand slam and an OJ, which was way too much food for me. Now Denny's lets you customize your grand slam with a variety of different options. Our server David was so sweet and made sure we had all our food in a timely manner. read more

My husband and I went for breakfast after working graveyard shifts. The waitress, Soledad, had the door locked but opened it when she noticed us. She said it was closed and told me to come back in 20 minutes. As we were walking out, the cooker arrived and recognized us, saying, "It is open, I will open the door for you." We walked back to the front, and Soledad was furious at the cooker. She had an attitude as she sat us down and told us there would be a wait. She did not come to get our order, so my husband approached the cook and informed him of our order. Soledad then came and took our order. We turned off the light bulb, and Soledad immediately came over and told us, "I had already told you in the past that you guys cannot turn off light bulbs." I replied that we are regular customers, and she is the only one who complains; the other waitresses do not mind. I then said, "Soledad, why are you upset and being mean to us?" Soledad replied, "We know you guys; you are mean to us, so we are mean to you." I asked, "How do we mean?" She replied, "You guys always complain about your food and never tip us." I responded, "I am an investigator, and as far as I can remember, there is no law requiring us to tip, and if the food is cold, I must assure you that I will notify you." How is that mean? She walked away without even apologizing. Also, on Google, this Dennys is listed as a 24-hour restaurant, but Soledad said weekdays they are closed at night and open at 6 a.m., but today they were running late, so I had to wait 20 minutes after 6 a.m. Finally, while she was setting things up, I believe for coffee, she received a call and was on the phone, which was unacceptable and very unprofessional. Please have a manager contact me to further discuss this. Her interaction was not acceptable. Food was 5 stars, highly recommend this restaurant but not if you get Soledad as a waitress. Remember, if you don't tip her, she will be rude to you. read more
