Where do I begin? 1. It took about an hour after we were seated to have our beverages served to us and have our orders taken. 2. After our order was taken, our server went to lunch and nobody covered for her. 3. After waiting for another 45 minutes, they mixed our orders with another table. 4. We waited another hour for SOME of our food to be served. 5. We had to literally find the servers in the resturant to refill our drinks. the list goes on for about another 30 minutes. the restaurant was not busy, the A/C was broken. Worst experience at a Denny's, EVER!!! Management member Shelly sat, having personal conversations with a guest, while there was much disorganization around the dinner that called for help. As a manager myself, I felt my experience would have gone a lot smoother if things such as this didn't occur. Servers were great, but again management was incredibly unprofessional There is a difference between being friendly with guests' , and ensuring business. Versus fraternizing with guest on company time when there are problems occurring in store such as no help in the kitchen. I ordered six pancakes on the phone. They never called back to verify my order so I called again and they said they had my phone number right. I went to pick my order and they told me they could not verify my phone number so they did not have my order ready for pick up. Denny's just won a huge spot in my heart. As of today there is a pandemic going on. My boyfriend and I ordered some food from Denny's and to our huge surprise Denny's is doing something amazing for its communities. THEY ARE SELLING GROCERIES AND TOILET PAPER. Honestly these people know what they are doing they have great service and always have a smile some of the best service I have ever received. The food is always good the cooks really know what they're doing I've gone to other Denny's and they always Burnet but here they have a sense of went to actually flip a piece of meat bread or anything they might actually have to cook. We had a horrible experience!! My date and I had to sit and listen to the kitchen staff cuss at each other for well over 5 minutes. Management didn't seem to be bothered by it. Kind of forced to eat here because it was steps from my hotel. Food was okay for a Denny's. Hostess seated others, then decided to put away menus when open tables were clearly in sight while I waited. Servers are nice, but gave me the wrong smoothie ( there are only) two on the menu). Don't EVER order food online for pickup.They will screw up your order. I paid for a few meals and some deserts. They refused to give me the deserts because it didn't show up on their computers even though I had a printed order of the things I ordered. I told them to add up the cost of everything I order and there was extra money left over that proved I had ordered deserts but they still refused to give them to me. I and my husband came to enjoy some Denny's classics!! The environment was rather pleasant. The restrooms were clean, the food was great our sever she was very pleasant. The waitress took forever to bring us things we needed like Syrup for pancakes, drinks, hot sauce. what finally earned our waitress zero tip: I asked for clam chowder, got canned noodle soup. It was busy so I expected it would take awhile to get our food. There were 5 of us and two meals came out after about 25 minutes. The next three meals came out about 15 minutes after that. That is unacceptable. By the time the last meals came out the first 2 were finished and waiting. And my hash browns were cold, so it must have been sitting awhile. Went there Saturday morning. The young gal hostess was TERRIBLE!! BAD ATTITUDE!! BUT the waitress we had was AWESOME!!! She was so professional and so friendly. This place is busy, but service was fast and efficient. We sat at the counter and it was amazing to see the amount of food coming out of the kitchen and the coordination between the cooks and the waitstaff.
