Worst service ever! I ordered a T bone steak with eggs and fries, They messed up on my first order when I told them no mushrooms on it due to allergies they ended up bringing me my food with mushrooms on it !!! I sent it back and the next time that they brought it to me I cut into it and it was barely done! My eggs were also cold and hardly cooked! I'm never coming to this place ever again! While waiting there was a women cleaning who didn't see where she was putting her dirty dishes and I got my toes wet with one of the beverage a cup has.. that made me so upset but I was being patient. Then when we received the food we were waiting for it was cold when it should have been warm after waiting that long .... This location is fantastic. Always busy but they are great about making each guest feel welcome. The staff works well together. The manager Mark came to our table and chatted for a few minutes. The food was hot and delicious. Highly recommended. read more

My family and I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. Today was the first time we had a bad experience. My mom always likes to leave cash tips (20%) at the table, which she did today as usual. Our waitress Jazmin A. was closing us out at the front. She noticed my mom declined the tip option on the pad. When she completed the transaction she gave my mom the receipt and said "Have a great day and I hope you enjoy your money." We both were shocked and my mom just replied "Thank you!" If only Jazmin knew we already left a (cash) tip and it's at the table waiting for her. We will definitely be back because that's our favorite breakfast spot, but will make sure not to have Jazmin A. as our server. read more

So I same in past midnight and I'm so happy dennys is open 24hrs! I was starving and Chase suggested the bourbon chicken, which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended place to eat. Service is prompt and accurate. Food is made to order and ingredients are on point. And the people that work there make you feel at home. This place just became my late night place to eat! I order here for take out from time to time. This is not the case anymore .... everytime I order the app or site gives me a pick up time, and its great when i get there the food is ready for pick up .... the issue its 9 times out of 10 cold, this last trip i thought i would go 20 min. before my pick up as a test, and sure enough my food was on the counter ready for pick up ... AND COLD & undercooked ! (so this tell me all the other times it was ready way before what the ssytem is telling me) Also this place is known to "forget" add ons, for example I order a build your own slam, and I slam it up with 2 extra sides (mostly bacon) i think in the past year I have "donated" maybe $20 at the least for ordering sides and not getting them, yes i should check the order, but they like rush you out so fast and when you check they always tell me "everything is in there" so i feel bad checking in front of them, the servers are great and friendly, thinking my issues are mainly for the cooks, this last time the bacon was beyond undercooked, i love my steaks med. rare .... not my bacon people ! I will not be visiting this location for take out anymore, even though i live down the street from this location, i'd rather attempt another location, this place has burned me (not the food - thats all undercooked) for the last time. If the manager is ready this: the take away these cooks need to know, for one fully cook to what the customer is asking for, but also if the ticket states a pick up time of 12:30pm, as a customer i'm thankful the food is ready for pick up at that time, but that doesnt mean to cook it 20-40 minutes in advance, or as you get the ticket .... no you should honor the pick up time and make sure the food is freshly cooked and at least somewhat hot (and if you do cook before the time, a call to us would be great, so we are not eating cold or microwaved food, why else would you ask for our phone number and whatnot when ordering ?) read more

Whent there Sunday the 23rd of February at 1:15 pm with the wife and 2 children. I give as much detail as possible, that way the staff remembers who I am, & knows this story was not made up. We waited for 18 minutes on our table without a single a knowlodgement. After I noticed people after me getting help with drinks etc, I walked to the counter and requested help. At that point she said nicely "we will send someone to help". 14 additional minutes passed, & still no help or a single "we will be with you." Once again I walked up to the counter, at that point I requested for another waitress & to speak to the manager. I did received another nice waitress but never the manager, he or she was a no show. Location was not that busy but what I noticed the bigger groups where getting more attention, I'm assuming since they think the tip will be higher. 1st & last time here. If I could give a 0 star I would. To begin the employee's name "Kori" needs to be fired. We ordered appetizers and she brought them with our actual food. When she brought us our food she would make us pass the food to the next person and was lazy to not do it her self. The receipt for the food came faster then the actual food this was ridiculous. Then the person cleaning up came to our table before we were even done eating and tried to throw our food away when we were still eating. Doubleberry panckakes breakfast are awesome. I enjoyed very much the combo. Price is good. Very good service. Waitress Vanessa was polite, fast and attentive. Ambiance now is way better. I don't remember if before pandemic there was ambient music. Well, now it is and the songs are very good. The medley goes from early 90's till now. I will definitely come back. the manager art is very rude and not understanding I have been going to the Fontana Denny's for years before he even started working there I normally go almost every Sunday with my friends and family, but I will no longer do that. I called and explain to him that my child is in foster care and I was on a visit and on limited time, and if he could just put my name down to be seated I would be there in 10 to 15 minutes because Sundays are really busy. I have done that several times in the past never had an issue, as soon as he answered, and I asked, you said no he couldn't do that. and when I tried to explain to him that I have always had someone help me with that he started getting loud and arguing with me and I just hung up because I didn't want to argue. 07/25/21. I'm giving only one star because my server was a delight. She was super nice and I loved her customer service. What I do have an issue however is how a man, in a blue shirt with a bald spot on top of his head decided to raise his voice at a young server. Have you ever heard of being professional. Incredibly unprofessional not only how he talked to this young lady but at how he did it in front of customers. We had a large party after a sporting event and the staff was very accommodating. They reserved the banquet room for us with 20 minute notice. Our waiter G was amazing! So attentive and worked hard to get everything out quickly and hot! The biggest surprise was the food. I'm typically a snob when it comes to food and especially chain restaurants, but the food was all perfect. Poached eggs, omelettes, sandwiches and pancakes.
