I had a good experience here. I came in around 3:30pm and ordered a steak breakfast. I stayed until 5:30pm to study, and the waitress brought me a large thermos of coffee so I wouldn't have to wait for refills. Internet speed was decent when I came in. I appreciated not being rushed and was able to get some work done. It wasn't too crowded, and I was seated immediately. Ambiance is typical of any Denny's. I've been coming here for months and -every single time- I order on the app it's always something. They put sausage instead of bacon, the bacon is undercooked, pancakes are burnt, or my order is not ready after 30+ minutes when on the app it says it is, and more. I came in today and ordered a grand slam burrito and put in the notes no sausage crumble. Given the history I have with this place I checked my order knowing something will be wrong and there was sausage inside the burrito. I returned and asked them to remake it and after they took their sweet time correcting their mistake, it took them an additional 20+ minutes to give the order out and it was not even busy. read more

At one point when we finally decided to ask our server on the status before we got a word out she asked us if we were ready for the bill?? We looked at each other confused and then let her know we hadn't received our food. It kind of threw us off that our own waiter hadn't noticed we still hadn't received any food. Does that mean if we had received our food, she wouldn't have once came to check on us to make sure everything was good? To make it worse, from where we were sitting (front table by the kitchen) we saw her pick up the food from a counter hidden from our view and bring it over to us. Once we were seated, we ordered, they had some new Bettlejuice menu items and the hubster did not hesitate to jump on them. Our waitress Iris was wonderful. We visited this Denny's on Christmas. Upon arrival, the host seated us. I noticed there was only one server working, which I understood given the holiday. We sat down, decided what we wanted to order, and waited for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, two parties seated ahead of us were greeted, given drinks, and served within about 10-15 minutes, while we were never greeted or offered drinks. The host continued seating new guests in the front of the restaurant while we were the only two guests seated in the back, as shown in the photos attached. Eventually, a waiting lobby formed, yet we were not acknowledged or given any information about wait times. After waiting, the host then took the order of a family that arrived after us, and at that point we decided to leave. The only staff member who spoke to us was the busboy, who suggested we move closer due to having only one server. No similar communication came from the host or server. We were also seated next to an emergency exit that emitted a constant beeping sound throughout the wait. Suggestion for management: On understaffed or holiday shifts, guests should be informed of wait times before being seated. Hosts should coordinate seating with server capacity and ensure all tables are acknowledged and offered drinks, even if there will be a delay. Clear communication would have significantly improved this experience. Based on this experience, I would not return. read more

The manager here is ridiculous. Came here for breakfast with some friends before heading home after a trip. The food took FOREVER to come out, My friends meals all came out before Mine did and by the time the fish sandwich came out everyone was done eating. The fish was extremely overcooked, hard as a rock and deeply saturated in oil. I was pretty upset considering it had already taken so long just to get this dish. I ate my fries and when the server came I just let her know the sandwich was not good, I did not eat it. I told her I was fine paying for my fries and everything else but the sandwich was not edible. She took it to her manager who came out and proceeded to rip the fish up in front of me to tell me nothing was wrong with it. That it needed to cook for that long to make sure it was edible. I told him it was extremely hard , literally like a rock. They refried it or overcooked it. I eat fried fish often from many places and this was the worst fish I have ever had. The managers attitude and behavior alone left such a sour taste. I did not have time to wait for another sandwich . I will not come here again if this guy is managing. The server was extremely apologetic and nice. Tried everything to fix the situation. Offered me something to go, but I just did not have time. read more

I am going to try to put a picture of the actual receipt because I was beside myself when I looked at the price of two adults eating two regular plates with two coffees. What cost the exuberant price tag was the mere fact that we added avocados they charged us for the eggs of course but extra also and well I'll let you guys decide for yourselves when you see the receipt. She said it'll be a minute due to 2 parties being in front of us, which is no problem. So we wait, at no point did my husband walk up from the seating area and leave. She says I'm sorry, he didn't pay attention. So the manager says "oh I didn't see you." He didn't apologize, he just says "you will be seated next" Yes, no duh. We better be seated next. I decided we're not going to wait and give our money to o a place that doesn't respect their customers or our time: so my family and I walk out. We have a hungry baby and decided to leave, because that's the best way to show an establishment that you don't support them. How and why is this man a manager? You never have to worry about asking for your drink to be refilled or extra napkins whatsoever. She is very accommodating to your party if you have children or elderly disabled people. This particular location has ALWAYS been kind and accommodating to me and my party. I have visited this location more than 5 times and always past 12 am. Despite coming in so late with a party of at least 5 but ranging to 10 or even 12 people, we are always welcomed and often with little wait time. The service is always decent and timely despite the late hours and party size. One server knew our drink orders so well that when we came for the second or third consecutive night, she brought out a jug of the group's favorite drink without us even asking! My go-to order are the mozzarella sticks which always does the job. The eggs and pancakes are also pretty tasty. The pizookie dessert is great to share as it is quite sweet! We had to take pictures of the person trying to get by someone else opening the door that was not an employee. Their was no one standing in the front to help open the door nor greet. When he did come out he said, "hi ladies." I then asked," who is the manager and what is their phone number." The worker gave me the person's name and phone number and then said, "we're closed." And he said he doesn't have a cook and that the cook will be out until 730pm. After he said that I said, " I see you have people here eating how are they eating without a cook."
