We had breakfast on memorial day morning at this restaurant just because our friends wanted to have eggs and pancakes.. but I will make it short... We had to wait long time because it was crowded and we understand that because of the holiday 1. French toast, bread and bacon were black burned and we were 6 persons and we all had different selections. 2. The lemonade which they sell for almost $ 3 dollars had NO blueberries because they "just run out" and this was very early.... but we had to pay the full price for something they advertise and do not offer... 3. Waited about 7 minutes to be seated. We then waited 20 minutes at our booth. No one showed up to take our drink order the entire time. We just sat there, waiting, as the waitress kept walking by. The couple sitting next to up got up and left, telling the waitress they were tired of waiting and would eat somewhere else. We followed their lead and got up and left too. Don't waste your time here, they're too understaffed to handle even a light crowd. There's much better places to eat in Wisconsin Dells. read more

Ok. It's Denny's food (3+ stars - consistent) ... but wow was I impressed by the service (5 stars). We had a group of 10 and Heather was our waitress. She was very attentive - coffee, drinks, bringing and clearing food quickly and making sure everything was right. read more

The milkshakes here are amazing!!! We had the Oreo, cake batter and the peanut butter banana. They were so good. The food was delicious too. I had a burger my husband had the philly cheese steak and my daughter had a burger. All of them were delicious. read more

Went here this morning. Overall it was a good breakfast. However I felt very rushed the waitress came over asking if I made my mind up after only giving me two minutes to look and then almost every other minute after that until I decided. And at the end of my time there while I was still eating she brought the check to the table and came back about a minute after she came and said she needed it totaled out while again I was still eating. Also the grilled ham looks and tastes like the kind you buy as lunch meat which some may like but I personally am not a fan of. Other than that it was a good breakfast. read more

Very gorgeous Denny's the exterior is amazing and the vintage neon lights inside is great. The food was also fantastic! The waitress was very nice to us, but I was astonished with how the cashier was with me. Very poor customer service she wouldn't let me use my card, and so I gave her cash. She wouldn't take it and then finally used my card. She then glared at me and told me my card declined, bare in mind this whole time she was shaking her head, glaring, and mumbling under her breath. Then finally she said "just messing" but had no humorous tone to it whatsoever. She still continued to glare at us as we left. Was very confused with that part of my experience read more

Showed up around 10pm lookin for food. After loitering around counter for about 10min I was offered a seat and a menu. I said I knew what I wanted and it was a to go order.......... after that I waited over the next 15min. Beyond that I never saw a staff member again(up close at least). I just left, hungrier than when I entered. While I was there I got to see kitchen/cook staff enjoy casual convo and hang out and saw unsanitary conditions. Wouldn't recommend yes there is good food but the staff is really rude the host lost three people orders and reservation because she wrote the wrong name for the reservation. She has a bad attitude towards everybody. read more

Ordered a steak, maybe that was my mistake considering its Dennys. Worst steak ever. Burnt and it was NOT grilled like the menu states. The waitress agreed when I mentioned it was pan fried. The potatoes made me dry heave. I did not finish the meal and had to drown the steak in a1 sauce. The waitress never checked on us, took our order, brought the food, and returned when it was time to bring the check. Wait was long. 35 minutes. I live about 15 minutes from this Dennys and remembered real quickly why I haven't been there in over 10 yrs. I will never be back. Our table seats were sticky too. God knows w/ what. read more

Came here on Christmas Eve and it was busy but the wait was entirely too long. No one even bothered to say that it will be a while. Our family just waited and waited and waited... When we finally sat we waited again and as the waitress took our order she looked like she hated her job. Wasn't too pleasant. More waiting and waiting for our drinks. Got 1 drink wrong. Kept waiting for our food. It was about half an hour before got our drinks and a full hour before we got our food. They might have been understaffed but the place wasn't even full. After waiting for an hour for our food. Most of it was good except 1 order. The salmon was burnt. Overall it was not a good experience. read more

We usually go late at night while travelling through town to this location. They have the best servers and the food is excellent! Denny's really makes you feel like you are at home having a meal. Service is quick and attentive. Can't say enough good about the people, service and food. Wish there were more Denny's around Iowa and Wisconsin. Coffee is excellent, by the way! Good job! read more

Avoid going ! I would pick McDonald's over this run down place next time . The morning of 02/23 the waitress was rude to start with , the place looked very dirty & the food was awful . Our eggs were very runny , the pancakes were HARD and the toast was popped into a toaster and immediately popped back out . Our family of 5 took a few bites and then asked for the bill to leave .
