I think we all know what to expect from a dennys so I'm not reviewing this dennys in comparison to other restaurants I'm reviewing it compared to other dennys. This place smells like sulfur ... aka old eggs and fart. We were gonna dine in but after one whiff we decided to do takeout and held our breath the entire time. It was absolutely unbearable. I don't know if it's always like this or if someone set off a fast bomb or if there was an issue with the plumbing but on this particular day (10/18/23) it was horrible. Stopped by for breakfast. It was early and not busy. Service was fast and the coffee was good. Breakfast of eggs and bacon with toast. Pretty standard Denny's flavor. Eggs were cooked to order and the toast has copious amount of butter. They offer grits so I tried them. No butter with them. Must has used all the butter on the toast ;) read more

I ordered hash browns and 2 pieces of bacon. When I got my bacon, it was half way off of the plate. Had to wait for my hash browns a couple minutes and it was burnt. Asked for another order and it was uncooked. Our waitress was unfriendly and grouchy! She didn't come back to ask if we needed anything else...which we did. Overall service sucked and would never go back there again. They don't even deserve 1 star! read more

The service here is so horrible. After a long wait with no one in the lobby, I was finally seated. There is currently one other party of four in the restaurant, otherwise it's empty. After waiting 15 minutes with no server, I walked back to the front. No employees were present. After waiting several more minutes I called the store phone number and was finally connected with someone in the back. I placed a to go order over the phone and despite me telling her several times that I was standing in the lobby she provided me the address to the store so I could pick up my order. Amazing place to stop off on our road trip back to Denver from Cali at 3:30 am. Staff was friendly and super attentive for it being the late night shift. Food came out hot and ready like 10 minutes after placing an order. Yes this dennys is the GOAT. Got the banana chocolate chip banana pancakes and the berry pancakes. Both had fresh fruit and were soft and fluffy. Great nighttime spot for breakfast in Vegas. read more

Bacon and eggs lacked flavor. We ended up throwing away most of the meal. Chocolate chip pancakes were "ok". I would not recommend unless you don't care all that much about flavor. We did pickup and they were pretty fast, hence the 2 stars. Also, the restaurant had a weird odor. read more

Went to the Denny's in Las Vegas, that shares a parking lot with the Tahitian Village resort. Michelle provided outstanding service. It could have been better. I have a 4 year old and asked for a child cup and was told they ran out so he was given a glass one. Tell me why the kids at the table beside us, who sat after us, we're given 7 children's cups from the same waitress. Aside from that we ordered a sandwich with no pickles because of allergies and guess what, pickles in the sandwich. We commented on it and the waitress told us she'll bring the sandwich back to the kitchen and they'll just remove it. Like bro no. We weren't the only ones experiencing not so well service, the table next to us were experiencing the same thing. Busy, busy, busy! They have a complimentary valet parking. They work for tips. We chose to eat at Denny's because it was convenient. We also received a coupon for $5 off if you spend $25 or more. We arrived at 10 am. It was already crowded but we were seated almost immediately. We asked our server, Myra, if it was this busy all the time. "This isn't busy! This isn't bad at all. Stick around, and you'll see when it gets busier." Myra was a gem. We couldn't decide what to eat, and she checked on us three times. We finally ordered the chicken fried steak skillet, the fried strawberry pancake puffs, a turkey club sandwich and the nachos. Our order took a long time. We were hungry and grumpy. Myra did a nice job keeping our water glasses filled. She came out and explained she had a new cook that only spoke Spanish and misunderstood our nacho order. We had asked that the liquid cheese sauce or queso be put on the side. The new cook kept putting the liquid sauce on the nachos and the shredded cheese on the side. Finally, she brought out the ingredients separately, and we did our own assembling. The chicken fried steak skillet was perfect. The fried potatoes were cooked through and the peppers and onions were caramelized well. The turkey club was alright. The strawberry pancake puffs were absolutely genius. Whole strawberries were fried inside the batter and it came with a fabulous powdered sugar dip. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We gobbled everything up. By the time we left, there was a waiting line. It was even a bigger nightmare outside with parking. The valets could not keep up with the volume. Gina working fridays Night Shift gets 10,000 stars out of 5. She's ON it! And she read basically all of our minds when we wanted a drink refill lol. I wish we were working for undercover boss so we could recognize her as the most greatest asset to Dennys. She's fantastic! Too bad we're regular schmoes here. 5 stars is more than well deserved. Food was great but the waitress that works during the late night is just a rude person. She was so rude my wife didn't want to go back but it's the closet place to eat staying at Tahiti Village. We did go back and gave her another chance but same result. Food was still good but she apparently doesn't like her job and it shows.. Oh well now you know good luck if you go there.. I recently moved to the area and decided I was hungry for an omelet and decided I would check out this Dennys. It looks almost brand new. The outside marquee you can tell is updated from others. When I got inside, it did appear they had just completed a rush. When I sat down I was greeted pretty quickly by Porche who was my server. From that greeting all the way through to getting my bill, her service was flawless. Her attitude was so good it was uplifting for me. I decided on the ham and cheese omlette and got a side of fries. I also added peppers and onions to the omlette. This omlette came out amazing. Not runny, burnt, just the right amount of cheese. The hash Browns were crispy on top, but not all of the way through which I like. The fries were hot and not burnt. Another server came by as well and asked if I needed a refill which I didn't since I was ready to go. Showed teamwork and she had a great attitude. Don't understand the 3 star rating. Came to this Dennys at around 7:30 pm. There wasn't a line and it didn't look busy. The woman at the cash register was very nice. I didn't wait very long for my food. It was pretty quick. The lady thanked me for coming and asked if I needed anything, but she had already put hot sauce in my bag :) I was staying at the Tahiti Village and when I got back to my room the food was still hot and fresh. They got my order right and they packed everything well. I'll come to this Dennys again when I'm back out here. read more

8/20/21 - It is well after 10:00a., so this place is jumping, but I wish my food was. First, she took my drink order and I requested hot tea with lemon, I didn't think she was just going to bring tea, lemon & honey; no sugar whatsoever, not everyone uses honey. I ordered the lumberjack because I did not eat dinner the night before, too busy packing and then heading for the airport. That was way too much food for me, but everything was stone cold when it arrived! I asked for my eggs to be over easy and they were but too cold to enjoy. I forgot Denny's doesn't have good hash browns. The bacon wasn't crisp and the sausage was just cold. I brought my half-eaten pancakes with me because that might be my dinner for tonight. I don't see myself going down the strip in search of food today, still tired from my preparation for this trip, my mind is tired like my legs. The airport wore me out, way too much walking!! I will not advise my friends to come for breakfast, maybe late at night when it's not as many people. The only reason I am giving three stars is because of the waitress I had. We went in looking for dessert; maybe a shake. What we found was a great cookie and ice cream dish and an apple crisp with ice cream. It was SO good. Add in an amazing server, Ryder, and that made this a great experience. Ryder was great. He told us that one of the dishes was going to take longer than the other and asked if we wanted to have the kitchen coordinate our order to arrive at the same time. The location has good food, and great service. It's a mayhem for the late-night munchies if you're in the area. I was super disappointed that they ran out of sour cream for their nachos. Come on man, how could you not have that sour cream readily available for the nachos. The special pancakes that they have on promotion were legit. We t to this location this morning around 1230 am / 5/14 Crazy as hell. Arguments , people walking out food orders taking 2 to 3 hours. Employee saying they working off the clock , they only have one cook, screaming at each other, about to come to blows. The cook was trying to do her best. Pancakes burned, order was wrong. But need management to come in and fix this make it so bad I never had any problems before and the customer don't need to know you are quitting. read more

This isn't the best Denny's (their food is slightly "off" compared to other locations) but it's attached to the Tahiti Village resort, so that is to be expected. It's a pain in the butt to park here since the lot is filled with resort guests. Sometimes you have to park next door at the Budget Suites and walk over. Since this location is located in a resort, the prices are slightly higher than off-resort locations. I love Denny's and eat at them all over the country but this location has the worst service ever. I've been here several times and have had to wait to be greeted, to be seated, to be given menus, etc. It usually takes FOREVER for a server to even acknowledge you at all! The service problem here really needs to be addressed. Even when it's not busy you will wait and wait and wait. I was just here a few weeks ago around 10:30 pm and there were several employees and only ONE OTHER TABLE in the joint. We waited almost 15 minutes for somebody to greet us and take our order and then another 35 minutes to get 2 orders of pancakes. Yes, pancakes! That is the quickest food know to man to cook! This is an exceptional Denny's . Got off the plane, checked in to Tahiti Village, tired and hungry, so went to Denny's since it was close. Oh wow, not disappointed at all. An impressively nice Denny's! I credit this to the fact that this one is located on the grounds of Tahiti Village. My Server was prompt and friendly and kudos to the chef as the prime rib in my omlet was fantastic. 4 stars because my coffee was only refilled once and after my check was delivered I became invisible to service staff. Also, tables remained dirty and full of used plates for a great while until there were other dine-in guests to be seated.
