Looking for a quick bite to eat before day 2 EDC, so I guess my experience is circumstantial. We walked in and the staff looked pretty busy with walk in and mobile order customers. However, the general vibe coming from the employees was a controlled chaos slowly unraveling. The manager did a great job with keeping his and his staffs stress down but they were starting to make mistakes and having to retake everyone's order over again. From the looks of it, they could have been swamped with Mobile orders as they had 3 big bags completed by the time we started eating. Aside from that, the food was average. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch, but nothing to write home about. Overall, great service and awesome teamwork from the staff. Maybe mobile ordering might be worth it over walking in, tho! read more

First time at this Jersey Mikes. Its inside a decent sized shopping plaza. This Jersey Mikes is well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking in front. The staff was chill and getting orders out properly. The young man as the register was attentive and patient, when I asked about ingredients due to food allergy. As always I really appreciate it. Got the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak on white. A bit cheesey, so maybe we get less cheese next time. And the bacon was kind of overcooked. Still good though. $20+ dollar sandwich and only a thin layer of meat. I felt like I was at subway with how dry the bread was, and the 95% bread to 5% meat ratio. Never going back. read more

I cannot eat here anymore. Tonight while dining inside a homeless woman came in and used the soda fountain to wash her hands, bathe herself and fill up all her water bottles. She then stole a bag of chips. The two young men working didn't do anything. I even said She just stole a bag of chips and one just shrugged and said nothing. This seems very unsanitary and honestly unfair to those who just paid to eat here. Then two young people who were friends of one of the employees came in and he gave them free soda cups and sliced up some turkey and gave it to them for free. There must not be a manager on duty tonight for them to be getting away with all this and being so careless. I will not return to this location. There are far better and cleaner locations in Vegas. read more

Immediately after I ordered 4 more people walked in. They professionally and friendly handled every order and got everyone in and out! Amazing! I walked over because it's close to my work. They were friendly enough and place was clean. However they had trouble keeping things straight they had to ask 3 times whose was whose and they made the wrong sandwich. I have an hour for lunch so I wasn't trippin. Others were in a hurry. I sat inside to eat and it was freezing in there. so think the guy was new mine was soaked in vinegar. Probably just a bad day. You know I'll probably be back. lol read more

Well, I have to tell this location is horrible. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with just extra grilled onions not extra onions. Unfortunately they gave me full of raw onions bell peppers, and no meat. It was all bread. I called. Left me on hold for one hour. I hanged up and it took almost 45 minutes to get a hold of them and the manager will still not get on the phone Very unprofessional. I asked for extra bacon on my turkey club. She charged me three dollars for each piece of bacon, very hateful woman that made my sandwich. In general I like Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are usually pretty good. My experience at the location on Paradise today fell flat, though. It took forever to order and receive my sandwich today. This I can forgive. It was a busy restaurant afterall. The problem was with the sandwich itself. As I was watching the staff make my sandwich everything was going fine. But when I asked for vinegar and hold the oil, a mistake was made. The bottles were mixed up and my sandwich was doused with oil. Not the end of the world but I really like vinegar. I should have said something and had the vinegar added but I was already getting impatient by the wait and didn't want to cause further delay. Issue number 2 was with the bread used for my sandwich. It was hard and crunchy like a crouton. Not what I expected, wanted or have had from Jersey Mike's before. That was a let down. It was clearly old stale bread. A non-food related issue is when I paid. I put my card in and selected a tip. I thought I finalized it. But I was told to insert my card again. Now I am afraid I may have been charged twice. I have not checked my statement yet but you better believe I will dispute the charge if I see a duplicate. One positive take away from today is the brownie I got. That was pretty dang tasty. Everything else was a bit of a let down. And I only came in because somebody left coupons on all the desks in my office. I didn't even know about this location until I saw the coupons. Terrible experience. Ordered 2 Turkey and Cheese and asked for extra cheese and extra meat. Whomever prepared the sandwiches never bothered putting cheese on one let alone the xtra meat and cheese on both. The sandwiches were very small and lazily prepared. read more

Lanetta, the manager, is awesome. She seriously deserves a raise or a corporate promotion because she gives excellent customer service and knows how to help her staff be better. Just wanted to put that out there before I wrote this review. So I used the app to order. Noticed they were advertising*NEW* portabella steak sandwiches so ordered 3 of them and a regular steak sandwich. Went in to pick it up. Said it was supposed to be ready but they were slammed with a really long line and they informed me they were "still working on it." Totally understandable. Sat down, watched some Tiktok and waited. Not sure how long it took, was too busy laughing at videos but when they called my name I happily took my order and went to the car to hand food out to my hangry kids. "Is it supposed to have meat?" They asked. "Yyyyyyyeeesss." "Well mine is just mushrooms." They grumbled. Hubby got out of the car and ran in. I followed behind, and he spoke to the manager, Lanetta who was very sweet and understanding. She verified our order and remade it herself. We totally fine, everyone makes mistakes, and like I said they were slammed so we just waited patiently. Lanetta handed hubby our order, and we left happy. Most definitely the worst Jersey Mike's sandwich I've even had in my life. The staff was busy and they were clearly having an issue keeping up with orders. There weren't many people in there, they just had one big order they were working on and smaller ones coming in. The biggest issue was that there was almost no meat on my sandwich and not enough meat in my wife's either. Another issue was the quality/freshness of the meat itself. It just didn't seem fresh like the other jersey mikes locations usually provide. I also got some end pieces in my roast beef which I usually don't see. They also forgot to put bacon on my wife's order that includes bacon, it wasn't an add on. The store is decently clean. They were out of straws and didn't offer me a to go bag for my order. Hello listener, I've never eat at a jersey Mike before I was told it was good. I went ahead and placed a delivery order witch took 1hour but that's ok I was in no rush. This sandwich was discussing they drown my sandwich in yellow mustard I ask for no tomato and I got tomatoes. My sandwich was so soggy and literally there was only one piece of turkey on each half of my sand. I took one bite and it was over it. Today's encounter wasn't very pleasant. I had a rather stale sandwich, and when I informed them that the bread wasn't fresh, they nearly accused me of lying. This rosemary cheese bread had probably been sitting out for a few days. Even though they just substituted ordinary bread for half of my order, my lunch experience was already ruined. I also requested a huge tuna sub, but I only received one that was half as big! It appears to be a portion of the kids' supper!
