The table that was say after us right behind us was served right away. My husband and the kids left at 10:10 because we were never acknowledged once! When I was walking out and asked who worked that section all the ladies including the manager looked like confused crazy children running around trying to find who works the section. This is one of the better Dennys locations in Vegas. I have eaten here a few time when i lived out here. We stopped here to grab a bite not long ago visiting . I got the Grand Slam with eggs, bacon, ham, hash browns and stacks of pancakes. They were refreshing with milk and orange juice to wash the food down lol. Customer Service was ok. Nice quiet mellow location surprisingly in the neighborhood full of homeless people. Make sure you lock all your doors when parking around here. All in all, Love the vibe here. The worst experience I have ever had in such a short period of time. I came to this well established dennys to pick up an online order for my breakfast this morning. The lady at the front counter was the most unbearable human to ever interact with. Never in my 67 years of life on this great big earth have I ever regretted interacting with an individual more. This was our best trip to a Denny's, ever. Hunter was an amazing server. We came in, party of 5, and a it hangry. He was kind, considerate and stayed on top of things. I also overheard him offering to help his manager to get more guests seated and taken care of, as they started having a rush. He presented as a true team player and was just overall impressive. Our waitress was absolutely pleasant! My mother and I had a lunch date and ANA was very attentive, positive attitude, and seemed to be a multitasker! Ana would get 10 /5 but if it wasn't for her I'd give this place 0 stars. Here's why! 1) the restaurant is very dirty. (Walls, table, floor, bathroom...etc) 2) the staff seems overwhelmed (and I could confirm this because right before we left the person who was at the cash register said they really needed help.) 3) while my mom and I were eating we saw a cockroach going from table to booth.... It was disgusting, and uncomfortable. My mom and I luckily were able to lift our legs up and rest them on the other side of the booth. 4) looks like someone ran their car through the side of the building and it's been maybe over a month that we've noticed it hasn't been fixed. My lady and I wanted some breakfast. This place is fairly close to us so we decided on Denny's. When we arrived, the staff greeted us at the door and immediately set us down. It didn't seem that busy, but I noticed the staff stayed on top of cleanliness as customers left to prepare for a new person. Our waiter was JP, and the man seemed like a machine. You could tell he was very practiced. He was asking multie tables if they needed anything, we all asked for different things, and he would come back out with all tables requests. This is amazing because that doesn't happen often these days to have people so on top of service. JP is who earned the extra star. The food was meh. My lady got a simple pancake breakfast and got a big dipper. The big dipper is, well, think patty melt made with pot roast meat served au Jus like a french dip sandwich. I can understand this creation since they have a pot roast meal on the menu and they're probably trying to make sure they use up the roast in extra dishes so it's not wasted. I thought the flavor profile was just strange. I ate it all because I'm not wasteful, but balancing the taste with the fries was important to my success. They did serve the pancakes with no syrup which was pretty crappy because JP took a while bringing it to us after we asked. We thought it was going to be his first slip up, but turns out, there wasnt anymore syrups filled so he cleaned a container and filled a fresh container with syrup for us. Came here around 1pm or so. My little girls and i had boneless wings, BYO, sample platter and the CFS. Service was amazing it really was but the food was disgusting! WE WERE SERVED OLD FOOD! Hash browns, bacon were old and stale, my daughters sampler was cold, my daughters chicken patty was old and stale she couldn't cut it or actually take a bite off of it. When i was going to pay i was asked how was everything i said service was good but the food was bad. All the lady said oh ok. NOT EVEN AN IM SORRY OR NOTHING! I came to eat with my friends after a long weekend and we just wanted to enjoy some freshly brewed coffee and a delicious breakfast. Once we sat down we literally waited for over 20 mins for someone to come and at least take our drink order. We asked a few members of who our server was and they did not even know. To come to find out our server was serving the two tables next to us when we arrive before them. She, her name is Maricela, continued to ignore us and did not even bother to check up on us. Even when she realized we were her table she did not take any action to greet us. Thank you to Javier who stepped up to finally offer us something to drink and to take our order. The steak was a true medium(first time I got it cooked the right way at Denny's), I watched everybody else's food look hot... but not mine. It was barely warm. My husband and I visited Denny's on Tuesday, April 9th for breakfast after my doctor's appointment. This location is convenient, clean and easily accessible at the corner of Eastern and Tropicana. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us at a table. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. He took our drink order (coffee) and returned shortly with it and took our food order. He was very busy but he made sure everything was good and if we were satisfied. I ordered the Grand Slam breakfast sandwich with cheesy, crisp hash browns. My husband can order off the senior menu. He chose the Cheddar scramble with pancakes, bacon and sausage. We enjoyed our meals. Everything was prepared fresh and brought to our table hot. I took some of my sandwich home as it is loaded with eggs, ham, cheese and sausage with maple flavor. The prices were reasonable and we received an AARP discount. The ladies working at the register were really nice and helpful as I requested a bag to take the rest of my meal home and she helped me by bagging up my takeout. I recommend this location. We had a great experience here for breakfast! We were greeted very cheerfully when we entered and taken the order right away. A cool thing that they do is using robots to bring the food to the table! RACIST or LAZY WORKERS LOCATION!!!! I am Asian. Hostess named Fabiola (woman) takes my name down for wait list. I have a party of 5... 3 adults and 2 younger kids. There are many open tables for all numbers of parties available throughout the Dennys. There are also no other Asians in the Dennys at this time. Fabiola calls out a Family of 4..... whom came after us by 2 other parties on the handwritten list. The waitress comes over to the hostess. I understand Spanish. Waitress was asking what she has on list to be seated. Fabiola says party of 2, 5, 6, and 4. The waitress says she will take the party of 2. Hostess seats the party of 2 which came 4 parties AFTER we checked in. I confronted Fabiola why others were seated instead of us. She says there was only space for those number of people. I told her, "I understood your Spanish conversation with the waitress....Fabiola's eyes opened real wide.....".....I continued, "You are lying because the party of 2 you just seated were placed in a booth.
