The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The Mexican rice and refried beans were great too (they make their refried beans from scratch...not too salty - hooray!). Our waitress Emily was wonderful as well. Very attentive and great personality. I believe the manager stopped by a couple of times to check on us as well. My friend got the meat lover's skillet, and enjoyed it. His only negative comment was he thinks it should come with toast. The regular coffee was excellent as well. Honestly, while visiting Vegas (I'm from LA), I'd like to get breakfast here every morning.

We ate breakfast at this location for 3 days during our vacation. We actually walked half a mile past the Denny's on the strip to reach this location. The Denny's on Tropicana is bigger and less busy, so we didn't have to wait for a table. Our breakfast orders always came out fast, and the food was cooked to our expectations. We ordered the Hearty Nine Grain Pancake slam, which includes 4 items. All the staff members were friendly and efficient. They helped each other out, and I never heard a cross word between staff members. All our servers were very good, and Alyssa B. was outstanding. There is ample parking. Ambiance is typical Denny's: noisy when busy, less noisy when less busy. Positive vibes between staff members contributed to an overall positive vibe. Javier Ponce was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always seemed to know exactly when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed. Javier knew the menu extremely well, gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. It was Saturday so go figure lol but I was completely hangry and was about to give up when I turned the car around to this Dennys! Thank God I did! We were seated right away! The place was super clean! And the food was Amazing! Everything we ordered came out to perfection! The best part was our waitress who really went above and beyond to take care of us! The Denny's on Tropicana in Las Vegas rocks! Although they were super busy on a Sunday morning, Liz, our server was quick to start our service and when she had 2 large groups to tend to, the manager, Karen, came over and took our order and made sure we had coffee continuously during our breakfast. The hostess pitched in and was serving food and bussing tables. The young man who brought our food was smiling too and took time for a pleasant conversation. Went there with my girlfriend a couple days ago, and we were both pleasantly surprised with our experience! When we we walked in and were seated the first thing we noticed is how clean and sanitary the place was kept! Our waiter was extremely courteous and made sure all of our needs were met. When we got our food it was absolutely incredible. I ordered a burger and the cook was somehow able to get the perfect medium rare that I haven't really seen many chain restaurants able to do. Went in with my family to grab some breakfast. We only had a limited amount of time but the server was very accommodating and got our orders taken quickly. Our orders came out timely and everything was delicious. Our server was fairly busy, but made to sure to check back with us. I was also impressed with how clean they were able to keep the restaurant. Working in the industry myself, I know how messy people can get, especially the kids. The staff did a great job of cleaning up after every table so it looked clean and ready for the next group. I first discovered this Denny's in July 2023. I was so impressed with it that I came back for all my meals. I tried it again on my latest trip (September 2024) and I still am impressed. The food was great, service fast and the staff, awesome. I've been to a lot of Denny's around the states and this one is the best! The restaurant is clean, and the staff is always keeping it that way. Plus the aisles between the tables is nice and wide. Easy to get to and the parking is great! Overall, I enjoyed our experience. They did take the time to make the table ready, the main course was good, the staff was caring, George manager was out and about checking on the guests. Now that's not somthing you see in restaurants now a days especially coming from a denny's I was in complete shock. I'd love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner. Do try their Flamin' 5-Pepper Burger it's amazing!! First time there and was very pleased with service. As soon as I got there I did not have to wait long was seated with in 5 minutes. Staff very friendly, my husband is usually very picky with food and the food was amazing it was just how we order. I've been to a few Dennys in the area and this one is definitely one of the good ones! I came in yesterday at around 11am and they were pretty busy, however I was sat quickly by the friendly staff and had my food within 10min. The best part of my experience was my server Ana. I was able to tell that she really tries to go above and beyond with all her customers, and is extremely efficient and professional. Were from California, on our way home from Vegas we stopped in Denny's for breakfast around 10am. We were astound at how clean the restaurant was compared to the Denny's in CA! Our server Jose was amazing and on top of it all, food was hot and delicious and we were surprised to see the manager being apart of the team and all over the place helping and interacting with customers. Our server,Hunter, on one day,and Isabel on the next we're quick and efficient and had a smile. They returned to our table often for any further needs. Also, Karen, the Manager was awesome. This is an excellent place to go during the late night and early morning hours. They're open 24 hrs, so you can go there at 2 am and order yourself a nice chicken salad or some pancakes. The staff is super-friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your dining experience a pleasant one. Decided to take my daughter to breakfast and stopped by this morning. We were immediately welcomed and seated at a clean booth. I love the old school interior and i really hope they NEVER EVER remodel this place. An awesome flair that you barely find anymore. And of course the main part, the food. It is delicious, well priced and good quality. It's a little bit off the strip, but the drive there absolutely worths it.
