This review could of been avoided if this location would answer the phone. I bit into my strawberry crepes and but into this bread clip! Can't quite comprehend why a bread clip would be shoved in the middle of my crepe? Pretty scary nearly cracked a tooth and almost swallowed this! Obvious there cooks need to be a bit more aware of their surroundings. Not a great experience! read more

The food today was amazing! Fresh out of the oven! Served gracefully by our kind waiters. I was even offered extra help by the manager Corina who made sure I was well attended and everything was going smoothly. Not every day you get that kind of attention from the whole staff. Everything is excellent. I always come to this location, but I love coming on Mondays. The manager Corina He is super friendly and always smiling and supporting We asked for the bill and she kindly took the bill from me. I had already been here and had a different experience, but Corina and Olga changed my comment. Food delicious pancakes some delicious I hope that Monday's employees win by asking them our opinions. My visit to Dennys was fantastic this weekend. My server was Luis and he took very good care of us. He was friendly and helpful with the different menu items. We ordered steak and eggs with blueberry pancakes and they were absolutely delicious. He refilled our drinks on time and made us have a great time. Thank you, we can't wait to go back! read more

All in all this rating is for the waitress not for the food!!! It's Denny's... don't set your expectations too high lol my fiancé and I came in here at about 4 am after a COVID bar crawl. We were seated right away and our waitress was super sweet and checked in on us multiple times. I got a bbq chicken sandwich which was literally two big chicken nuggets with some sauce between buns. Not impressed but I ate it. He got the $8 grand slam deal and it seemed to be decent, but the pancakes were a little burnt. Again, still ate it. read more

With so little time me, my girlfriend and a friend went here just to have a quick bite and get ready for EDC! To be honest it's like every other dennys but what made this place cool was that they were nice to me especially since I came in shirtless (I had a pashmina over me to cover up a tiny bit) but it was hot and I didn't want to deal with the heat and with it being so close to EDC time. The service was really nice too and they were very attentive! If there's one aspect I didn't like about the place is the judging customers but that's not dennys fault. Dennys is always going to be just that... Dennys. It wasn't a bad experience at all and the service and food was actually decent. It wasn't super busy as we went on a Monday morning but still took over 45 minutes just to place our orders and took a while for drinks, too. We don't complain often and we know things are hard and everyone's human! We had a good time but wouldn't say we would be back anytime soon. read more

I ordered food here last night. The delivery driver never delivered the food. He texted me that he left with my food because he only had the address and not the building number. There is NO BUILDING NUMBER!! It's a condo with only the address. I was standing in front of my address so the driver obviously lied and didn't even get out of the car to look. I called Dennys back to explain that my food never arrived. The manager said there's nothing she could do because it was Door dash's fault, not Dennys. She said to call Dennys' guest service line and then call her back. So I called guest services and they were closed. So then I called Dennys back to explain they are closed. The manager answers and puts me on hold. She left me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up. I called back for an hour straight and nobody answered the phone. They were ignoring me on purpose. So I called door dash to explain my food was never delivered. Door dash said since I ordered through the Dennys app that there was nothing they could do. So basically I paid for food. Never received the food. Then both parties are telling me they're not responsible. So today I call the Dennys back and guess who answers the phone. Armenia the manager who ignored me last night. I told her that I never received my food last and that you put me on hold for 30 mins. She says, well MAYBE we were busy. This is a joke right!?!? Then she says, well what do you want?? I want a refund or my food that was NEVER delivered!! What do you mean what do I want?!? I'm probably one of their best customers as I prefer through them frequently. I want to say that the food is always delicious. My problem here is the way that manager handled the situation. Not once did she say well let's find a resolution. I either could've got a refund or ordered again. That was never an option. Unacceptable. So I was contacted today by the main manager Eric. He was nice, and very helpful to reach a resolution. He fully refunded my original order (which is all I wanted) and told me that he will have a talk with the original team member who handled the situation poorly. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you Eric! I appreciate your concern. read more

We stopped by there after I had a medical procedure done. I ordered online for curbside pickup. My husband did not want to leave me alone being that I was still woozy from the medications.
