I have had lunch there and found the food and service very good. This morning I thought I'd go for breakfast and was appalled buy the food. It was cold, egg on a bun was Cold and Cheese was still cold and hard from being in a refrigerator. The rest of food on the plate was hard and cold. We were given plastic utensils that could not cut food. When I asked the Manager for utensils metal rather than plastic, she said they had to wash regular utensils and would have to wait. My food was already cold. Came to the table that way. I would not recommend this restaurant to Anyone For Breakfast. Mind you the staff at lunch are magnificent and food was great. Someone in the kitchen decided to empty half a bottle into the wrap...I took a couple bites thinking "oh all the sauce must be in this one spot" only to find the entire wrap was like that... Halfway thru, since I don't like wasting food, I emptied the wrap's contents and even put it in a bowl and RINSED it with water and strained it just to taste bearable. I came here for some breakfast, as I needed to stay nearby and kill some time. I thought that Farmer Boy's would be a great place for some breakfast. Well, the first thing I noticed was a medium to large cockroach running around the floor. I stomped on it as quickly as I could, took some pictures, and then told a staff member. They thanked me and cleaned it up quickly. After thinking about that experience, I decided to eat something that was cooked, and went for the breakfast burrito. They wouldn't allow me to trade the red meat choices for either turkey or chicken without charging me extra. So I just ordered it without meat. Taste wise, the burrito was fine. The hash potatoes were a bit mushy. But overall, it was fine. Was disappointed that they wouldn't freely substitute all the red meat options for poultry. Was also disappointed that they ask for $5.37 to change your order to a "combo". That's an inflation wake-up call! I had so much better experiences with Farmer Boy's before. If it wasn't for the bug encounter, I'd give them 4 stars. Perhaps knocking off just one star is too generous? Not sure I'm going back anytime soon. read more

I thought maybe because I come here a little too often on my lunch break from work, but you can tell she knows a lot of her customers names and order. Overall customer service here has improved greatly and everyone is friendly and attentive as soon as you walk through the door. If I'm craving breakfast food, I order their skillets and if I want typical lunch food, I normally order the BBQ ranch chicken salad. Be aware, the salad bowls are huge and enough for 2 to share. Had an absolute horrible experience here! Save yourself a headache and go to Habit Grill down the road. I went to redeem my free birthday sandwich and grab lunch for my sick grandma and mom. Their app made it impossible to do so. The drive thru workers kept telling me to check my spam folder, which I did repeatedly even before they said anything. I asked if there was any other way to reconcile the situation and was told no. Then I requested to speak to a manager to see if they could do anything about it and the guy responds, brace yourself.. "My manager is standing right behind me and she's going to tell you the same thing. And actually I'm a manager too." Okay sure buddy.. that's why you're wearing a green T-shirt and she's in a button down.. At this point I am upset and asked for the corporate complaint number. I was told they don't have it on site. I asked again and they told me it was against their policy to give out the number. I was stern and said I want the number and they told me to Google it myself. At this point I said they needed to give me the number or I would sit there until they did. The guy closes the glass window while the second manager self identified as "Jackie" looked on her phone. Jackie said, as I could hear through the glass window, "With people like this I just.." I cut her off and asked, "Excuse me if you have something to say to me you can say it directly to me!" The guy opens the window and played dumb asking what I was talking about then he claimed they were talking about someone else. Again, sure buddy! I asked for the girl's name and said good luck with your job and both employees proceeded to yell at me out of the window. I spoke to corporate and was informed "the employees would go through training so this isn't an issue again." Okay.. how does that help me or make up for the terrible experience I had? It doesn't. Then I was told a third party runs their new app and that company insisted that they sent out the verification email that caused this whole ruckus in the first place. Nope! That company is an absolute joke! The third party company they're paying sent me an email that did not arrive in my mailbox until 8.5 hours later!! I ordered a Cheese Steak and it was kinda mushy. I wouldn't order that again but try something else instead. The Onion Rings were very tasty and I recommend trying those for sure. I went to lunch here today and ordered a barn burger with crispy zucchini. The burger was luke warm and seemed like it was sitting there for a while. The cheese was not melted. The only reason I kept giving it a chance is because I really enjoy Farmer Boys food and I think they have a great selection but there's something about the North side of Vegas where everything is trash. The food, the people, etc. Yesterday was probably the last time we go to this location. My husband went to pick us up some breakfast and after they took his payment he waited about 45 minutes for them to hand him the food. Mind you, this was in the drive thru. They never checked on him or told him it was going to be a longer wait. My husband had seen the cook just walking around. He also ONLY order 3 items off of the discounted menu!!! Once they finally handed him the food they said we'll give you 20% off next visit.
